Horrible service! I bought food and a woman (the manager?) told me after I already had paid that I can't eat inside. I asked why politely considering I had already paid for my food. They said they were refusing service to students. Confused I asked why they are refusing service after I already had paid for my order. Considering I was with my younger brother and we already paid I refused to leave and told her we would leave after we were done eating. We were not disrespectful in any way shape or matter. We are order number 193 today taken in the lobby. We arrived at 10:45 on Sunday after church and wanted to order two happy meals for our grandchildren and two breakfast combos for us but the Kiosk and the App only allowed breakfast options so I had to ask for help from a employee. Well I had to get someone's attention from behind which wasn't easy. I was told McDonald's system doesn't update until 11:00 so they need to fix that. I placed my order with the employee and we waited a very long time for our order only to find out the happy meals were not prepared correctly and I had to bring the meals back to the counter asking again for hamburgers with lettuce only but when I got the happy meals I could tell they reused the same bread to remake the burgers because I could see onions all over the hamburger bun so I had to remove what we didn't want on the sandwiches because the staff wouldn't do it. Also NO NAPKINS or KETCHUP or SALT or Anything whatsoever in the lobby. You have to get someone's attention to get anything you want. You almost have to go behind the counter to help yourself because they only FOCUS on the DRIVETHRU and not the dining room. Also we had to hunt for a clean table because they were not cleaned or even wiped down . What happened to customer service guys? This is the reasons why people go somewhere else to eat. At least when you go to a cafe or restaurant they greet you, bring you to a clean table and take your order and BRING It to you prepared the way you asked. This location is absolutely not managed to be ran as a good business. This is a fast food restaurant but they take far long to get orders out. They have a terrible time converting from breakfast to lunch. Lunch starts at 10:30am. They seem to not be able to be 100% ready for lunch at that time. So they wind up sending multiple cars at the drive through to the parking lot for their orders while they have sent other cars to wait in the parking lot for breakfast. That is insane! Also if you use the kiosk to place an order, they tend ignore the table number that you enter on your order and call out your table number from the cashier station instead, with no warning. What in the hell is wrong with their laziness??? What in the hell is wrong with this place in general?? These guys can't even keep an eye on the overflowing trash can that is right outside their front door! This restaurant sucks starting from the owner right to the manager!
