If you want to get sick while you're here then definitely stop at this McDonald's. It is nasty dirty. The staff is rude and the food is less than par. The soft serve ice cream has never worked in years yet. They always say it just broke that day. I was in the play area with my grandchildren for over an hour and not one staff came in to clean the tables, the floors or empty the overflowing trash cans. If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald's is a complete embarrassment to the brand. The service was nonexistent -- not slow, not understaffed -- nonexistent. Employees were standing around whispering to each other like unsupervised children while the restaurant was in total disarray. They were out of basic items across the board. No sauces, no ice, machines down, and somehow still couldn't get a simple order right. And don't even get me started on the so-called "napkins" -- they handed me bathroom paper towels. Yes, actual rough, brown, dispenser-style paper towels from the restroom, as if I'm supposed to eat a burger with sandpaper. The place felt like it was being run by people who just didn't care -- no urgency, no professionalism, no respect for customers. If management exists at this location, they should be ashamed. I've had better service in a gas station at 2 a.m. than I did here. This place is AWFUL. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Almost nobody speaks English and everyone working there is incredibly rude. No customer service whatsoever! I needed grape jelly and the crew working behind the counter just stood there and stared at me like I had a third eye and didn't bother to ask once if I needed something. The service was beyond unprofessional -- I waited 45 minutes for a basic order, and when I finally got my food, it was stone cold like it had been sitting out the entire time. No apology, no explanation. Even worse, the workers were yelling, laughing, and playing around in the kitchen the whole time. You could literally hear them shouting and goofing off while customers were waiting and the line was backing up. It felt more like a high school cafeteria than a professional fast food restaurant. Worker or manager at the front was extremely rude to a group of hispanics in front of me. They refused to take their order themselves and just kept pointing and yelling 'kiosk', even when they didn't understand. They walked out after a couple minutes of being pointed the other direction. They could've had more manners and simply shown them to the kiosk if they didn't have anyone hired to understand Spanish. The female running the drive thru apparently didn't realize her mic was still on & we heard her entire conversation & heard her *sigh* when we asked to give us a minute. To start, to get to this place is impossible. No one told us there was construction blocking the entrance! We had to circle back to sneak in. By the time we got there, breakfast was over!! My kids were heart broken. And they had no sweats available to order. My lil boy loves his M&M McFlurry and he couldn't get it!! Had I not ordered the same meal At the Fort Walton McDonald's the other day, I wouldn't know how subpar this McDonalds here in Miramar is. I ordered two chicken wraps with no ranch one came with ranch one didn't. That was probably a 2 1/2 inch long single piece of grilled chicken by not even two finger widths compared to the Fort Walton McDonald's which was almost half of the chicken breast. My fries were cold as if they've been sitting there when I brought the wrap with the ranch back up the kind young man apologized but then they forgot to make it AND Forgot about my new fries. They initially forgot my guacamole and pico I ordered on the side so I had to make three trips up to the counter. No one was even in the place at the time so it wasn't like they were busy. I would've Brought the pathetic wrap back up there but it would've been my fourth time going back up read more

However, my experience today was the worst I have ever had: The overall restaurant was dirty, looked like they had been wearing the clothes for days. All I wanted was to order a coffee to go. The person who took my order acted as if I was interrupting. Cold and unfriendly, she took my order "a senior coffee to go with one sugar on the side" and handed me a slip. . . No 147. Then she took the garbage out and proceeded to serve food. However, it was not in her plan to get me the coffee, I had to wait. I finally got a call and had to leave, $1.07 in the hole. Absolutely embarrassing level of service, even for McDonalds. The person taking our order got it wrong in the drive through line. When I corrected the order, the person refused to make the correction until we got to the drive through window. Once we got to the window, they got the order wrong again and made us pull up for at least 10 minutes to wait for our missing food. After waiting over 10 minutes for our food (after window 2) I had to go in the store to remind them that we still existed. Once I went in, the person tried to hand me food that wasn't even my order and said they were sorry. Had to order from the kiosk, which doesn't give you a receipt. Then we waited at the counter to get cups and three employees turned to look at us, no one asked if we needed help. The manager is yelling at the employees the whole time. Watched a man stand at the counter for 15 minutes before someone finally came to help him after the kiosk closed. We pay good money for their lattes and more often than not they suck. It's a bit of a hike to go back up there, besides that we have complained and it seems to go on deaf ears. As far as this chain goes, one of the worst units I've ever visited. COLD fries - when I asked for the manager, she said they were very busy and that was her excuse. She didn't even act like she cared. After staring at her for a minute, she agreed to replace them. And it took fifteen minutes to get a replacement.....I had to ask TWICE. If you're the unit owner reading this, you've done a poor job in staffing and training. And if you're the manager, you should be ashamed.
