I've been here a lot with my kids. Overall it's a good enough location & its about what you would expect for a McDonald's.

I would give Zero stars if that was an option. I placed an order today and paid with Apple Pay. I was then told that my payment did not go through and they needed to charge me again. I first checked my bank and Chase showed a pending payment for the total amount of my order. I asked to speak to the manager and she was VERY rude and said I don't have enough money in my account and they could not give me my food. I showed her the pending charge for the full amount of my order and she did not care. I assured her I had plenty of money in my account for a McDonalds order. She still refused to give me my food and said If I wanted it I would need to pay again. Needless to say I left with less money in my account and no food. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and I have visited many in the US and around the globe. read more

Waited 15 minutes for our breakfast with no one in the store. Food was fine but the dining area was dirty. All of the tables needed to be cleaned. Terrible attitudes from the employees. Don't think we'll be back. read more

This has to be the most unfriendly McDonald's I've been to. The intercom wasn't working properly and the lady taking the order acted annoyed that she couldn't get my order. Finally, I made it up to the first window and she was just as rude in person as she was through the intercom. Moving on to the second window, the lady seemed irritated that she was at work, swinging the bag of food toward me waiting for me to grab it. She never uttered a word. I hope that management looks at this and makes appropriate changes to make this location better. I'll be back at some point to give it another go and update my review. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's locations along the Wasatch Front. Always clean and as good as you can expect from a McDonald's. The drink choices here are great as well. Only 4 stars because it is McDonald's, and they're not on the level of some other chains when it comes to food quality. read more

Ordered 10 minutes online before going to pick it up. Show up and nobody answers the mic I sit there for 10 minutes for service and still no answer. I then roll up to the windows to see if someone is there so that I could inform them I've arrived for my order. Me and another guy trying to pick up food see two men just walking around and completely ignoring us. We knock on the window in case they didn't see us but they looked directly at us and chose to ignore us. Another 15 minutes go by and one guy sits down in the lobby this other guy waiting for his order taps on the glass till he acknowledges us finally coming to the window after 25 minutes of just trying to speak to somone. He tells me at the window they're closed for an hour denying my order when I had already paid. Finally he makes it another 10 minutes go by and I get my order and leave. The drinks I get are barely over half full, food is a mess in the bag and fries are cold. Dude working was blatantly rude can't get much worse then this. read more

Worst mcdonalds EVER! Luckily we have a better mcdonalds by our house. #1 15 minutes at a FAST food drive though is ridiculous. I asked for hot sauce, wasn't given any, WORST runniest frappe ever! It was like chocolate milk. Then I asked for a large cup of ice when I ordered and when I received my order , I had to ask again because it wasn't there.. I'm not sure who's in favor of increasing minimum wage to $15 per hour but you'd need to do a lot more than this to get that.. read more

I'm pretty sure it's a requirement to have bad customer service to work at this location. All I wanted was Coke Zero with my order but I was told "no Coke Zero" then the lady proceeded to slam the window closed. So I pulled around and walked in and replaced my diet Coke with Coke Zero. Fries were cold/old and stale, part of my order was missing, no sauces provided for 60pcs of chicken nuggets (when we asked for sauce the worker showed us an empty black bin), and the place had flies crawling on the workers back. *yikes* McDonald's Draper - Please Do Better!!! read more

It's rare that I would give 5 stars to a McDonald's, but this one deserves it. The speed of the drive through in the morning is incredible. I stop on my morning commute, and being located right at the junction of Bangerter and I15 is very convenient. From the time I pull up to the drive thru until the time I'm back on the road is usually under 2 minutes. And I've never had them mess up my order once. read more

This McDonalds is on the ball. Their drivethrough is speedy. They always have your order ready by the time you get to the pick up window. Also, they have wifi inside and their staff is actually happy to serve you! Definitely one of my favorite locations. read more

Always helpful! The new screen that allows you to order is INCREDIBLY helpful! I come here quite often, and they are always very nice. If they ever forget something on my order, I just drive back up and they replace it, no problem! Whenever I ask for dipping sauces, they always give me a ton, which is a good thing. Their food has always been fresh for me, they're fries are always crispy, and their drinks are always cold. Perfect blend! Definitely come here! read more

We have gone here quite often. However the last time was so bad it will be hard to go back. Ordered through the drive through and had a rude individual take my order. She mumbled something about payment but could not understand. Got to the first window and after waiting forever went to the next one. The lady yelled loud enough so I could here it. She wasn't telling me it was just her talking to herself. She yelled "I don't have a till at this window" in an angry voice. I decided to drive off and take my business elsewhere. The staff here is incredibly rude! I went through the drive through and repeated my order 3 times. On the third time the lady ended up yelling at me! So I walked inside to order instead. When I saw the manger and complained to him how rude it was and all he did was shrug and say "okay". He didn't even care! They gave us the wrong drink, didn't give us a hash brown with our meal, tried to charge me for a coffee that I didn't get and wanted to charge me for a cup of whip cream for my dog so I just went to beans and brew and got two for free. Will not be returning anytime soon read more

I am so sick of complaining to this McDonald's location. It seems like we are always screwed up every time we go to this place. The crews are just so bad when it comes to completing your order. If I can give zero star I would. Today, we went there and ordered 1 double cheeseburger(they gave us 2) , caramel frappucino, 1 kids meal( we said apple slices, and they didn't, they also did not provide any drink), 1 cheeseburger(which we did not get at all) a large coke( we did not get that too), and 2 spicy chicken sandwich(we got this order right),1 large fries(the fry container looked like it was beaten, also it tasted so bad, like it was microwaved, it wasn't crispy at all!). All of this for 20 bucks! We did not even get a receipt at all! We don't want any free burgers or whatever that you think could make up for the bad service that we experienced! We just want the crews to be better at this location! We want them to repeat our orders and also listen to us! Not just dismiss us while we are still ordering food! If they hate their job so much, why don't they work someplace else? We are your customers, we might not always be nice or right, but don't treat us like how you treat your job! If you work in a customer service area, you have to love your job and listen to your customers! Just quit already if you don't like your job! Awful customer service. I understand the bar is set low based on the short exposure between staff and customer. However that isn't an excuse to be rude, condescending, sassy, short. There are multiple instances from this single visit that pushed me to write this review. From beginning to end the girl at the window taking my order and giving me my food was wretched. Maybe she had a bad day you say!? Well that's also no excuse to take that out on a paying (friendly) customer. No excuse. Be better, do better. And treat others with respect. And to add, the food I received, 2/10. And the sauce I ordered (Ranch & Ketchup) never made it in the bag. I tried to get the girl to come back to the window and she refused. So I went back to the order window and she said she was "too busy" helping another customer and that she can't help me right now. Disgusting. Even though this is a new McDonald's, every time I go here they get my order wrong or something happens. They are not friendly at all. I feel like I'm being a nuisance to them for even wanting to order. This last time I went there, I ordered a hamburger and large fries and the hamburger was actually a cheeseburger wrapped in a hamburger wrapper. The fries were cold and soggy. Another time, they dropped my debit card behind the register and it took several minutes for the guy to move the register and find it. I will be avoiding this McDonald's from now on. I work remotely, so when I go to McDonald's I'm looking for good wi-fi and plenty of outlets -- and this one delivers. Plenty of other businesspeople have discovered the place, so you probably won't be the only laptop jockey around. Word to the wise: laptop theft from MicDonald's restaurants across the valley is quite common, so when you hit the restroom, take your electronics with you. My laptop was stolen from the McDonald's on 2100 S and about 950 E, so I learned my lesson the hard way. This McDonald's is clean and the staff members are polite and helpful. It stands out as one of the best McDonald's in the Salt Lake Valley. read more

went through the drive through tonight. the girl working didn't even ask what we wanted for the drink on one of our orders then didn't give us an order of fries or a hot and spicy. i called when i got home and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. the chicken nuggets were hard as a rock, the fries had definitely been sitting out and were soggy and disgusting. food sucked, service sucked, what a joke. read more

Several McDonalds recently have pulled the crap late at night including this specific location early at 2am Sunday morning 2/19/17 "we have no ice cream our machines aren't running". Aka, coming from someone who's worked fast food, someone cleaned and dissembles the machine for the night so they can go home right when their shift is over. Cmon! read more

THIS MCDONALDS IS GARBAGE I went through the drive through around 10 on Thursday and had ordered food of course. I get it (thinking it's totally fine) I drive all the way home to see that most of the food is absolutely burnt. I go back they give me an odd look like in stupid for returning burnt food and took it to the back. 2 mins later they come back and give me a new one. that was Thursday, next day I go and I get my food (check them first) I hurry and try to ask for sauce and the worker closes the window door without even acknowledging that I'm there. I wait and he opens it again to see me and goes "yes?" with attitude. I ask for sauce and he LITERALLY rolled his eyes. I got my sauce and told him sorry for having to put him out and left. honestly awful service after 10 if you are looking for something better with good customer service drive to another McDonald's they don't value there customers or the food they put out. read more
