This morning at 7 am I stopped by to get a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. It tastes disgusting because it tastes like someone flipped the egg or bread with the same flipper used from fish. The manager is rude! I went in there today not causing a fuss and staying my quiet self. I was asked if I had any more 5s to pay with when I handed her a 5 and a few ones to pay. I'm a hairstylist so I spend my cash tips on small purchases and had only been asked that at this location. I was also called "crazy" in Spanish by the manager to fellow employees. We live in a diverse city where most people at least have a understanding of Spanish so my feelings were hurt that I would be so harshly judged for my appearance. I was at this restaurant's drive-thru on Sunday, Oct 1st, and bought an Egg McMuffin. Bad mistake... the egg was undercooked and runny, no canadian bacon, cheese was melted, but was not put into the sandwich correctly so most of it had run out the side of the sandwich. Called, but went staight to voicemail. Left a message so I hope they fix the problem before too many more customers have the same experience. I know it's a McDonald's but it's by far the worst! I placed my order and hadn't recieved my food after 20 minutes so I went up to the counter. There was a line so I waited. The MANAGER saw that I was holding an order number and she pulled the man who was waiting in line BEHIND me to get his order. Then she left the registers after he ordered, leaving me standing there. Another lady asked if she could help me. I told her I hadn't gotten my food yet (I didn't get a receipt either, weird) and wondered what the hold up was. She asked if I'd ordered a Happy Meal and McRib. Yes, I did. She looked up at the order screen and said, well, your order isn't here. She got the manager to come back. She asked what my order was and again told me it's not on the screen. She said I could place a new order but didn't have an answer as to what happened to the first order. Absolutely the worst McDonalds ever. We have been there many times but only because they are open 24 hours and having off schedules from nightshifts in the military, I'm normally hungry late at night. This McDonalds is always out of parfaits and the food always tastes old. It's obvious that food is just pre-made and sitting out all night long. The service is all around horrible but this is probably because it is independently owned. The orders are always wrong and the servers blame you. They do not use the order menu screen and when you ask to have your order read back to you they always catch an attitude. I'm pretty sure corporate would be pretty appalled if they knew how much of a disaster this location is. read more

If you look at my profile I almost never give negative reviews. I'm pretty easy to please. This McDonald's is among the worst I've encountered in regard to the wait. They are SLOW in the drive through. I'm forced to use this place or subject myself to an extra 20 min of driving. Tonight I was going to use the lobby instead and they had locked it already, thirty minutes early. I will say that the food is USUALLY hot and the staff is courteous. This seems to be the same management issue so prevalent with the service industry these days. Simply not having enough people on shift is making wait times unbearable. Four employees, total, in the restaurant during the late dinner rush. It must be incredibly frustrating to be a solid employee and be overworked so management can pinch pennies. McDonald's food is the same everywhere. No review needed. What is needed is a review on the HORRIBLE customer service this particular restaurant provides. How does a "shift manager" not know proper coupon policy? If I try to redeem a coupon on the listed expiration date, that coupon is in fact valid. Don't try to tell me that you stopped accepting a coupon the day before, when the listed expiration date is today. And when I question that, don't give me attitude, because hey buddy, you're wrong, not me! I live a block away from this mcdonalds so i go there for a cheap meal. every single time i use the drive thru i have to wait 15-20 minutes before i get to the speakers to order...when i get there i have to wait like 5 minutes... after that i have to wait some more for the cars in front of me..when i get to pay, i still have to wait cause the cashier's not ready or cannot multi task..when i get my food it is old already...absolutely the worse mcdonalds i've ever been to and the SLOWEST.... read more

My kids and I visited this drive-thru location and ordered 2 Mighty Kids Meals, a couple cheeseburgers and a Egg McMuffin and spent almost $19. We arrived home and the fries were missing in both meals. This is just another reminder why I avoid this fast food chain. Poor service and no intention of resolving this issue. Yesterday morning, while driving thru to grab a quick breakfast, not only did it take forever to get my cold food (sadly normal for this place), the workers were openly talking about their maintenance man's drug problem and an employee got screamed at by her manager for throwing something away she shouldn't have! The remodel didn't turn out to good. Tables are haphazardly placed and not well thought out . Wi-Fi doesn't work very good, if at all and the one TV has the McDonald's Channel only. I realize this is McDonalds, but the one at Main & Greenfield is far better! read more

Always makes their coffee old and cold. Their measurements are always off from other McDonald's on iced coffee. Shouldn't they all be similar. Theirs looks like tinted milk. Stopped there today for a quick meal after shopping. Just the 20 piece chicken nuggets which were on sale - perfect to share. Plus two sodas. What a shock when we walked in. They had just remodeled but it is not an improvement. I know some McDonald's are supposed to be 'upgrading' their image to a more adult venue. Dreary shades of brown and beige instead of the bright colors before. Fewer bench seats and a lot of tall tables & bar stools to go with the McCafe theme I guess. But I figure ok, not my problem. Our nuggets fairly quickly so we thought they would be hot and fresh. Nope. Cold, hard and tasted like they were baked and left in an oven. Visited the Rancho San Diego McDonalds last night after a game. Had more than 1 person in the car. Teenage girl working the drive thru on 3.12.15 @ 9:00 PM should be fired. She forgot my drink as she was too busy talking to a another teen at the counter. When she came back to the window, I told her I was still waiting on my drink. She looked at the drinks lined up on the counter and shoved the cup in my hand quite forceful causing the lid to come off and the drink to spill on my arm, and the inside of my car. She then slammed the window and walked away. I went in to speak to the manager on duty (Kevin) and he was completely over exhausted with trying to wait on customers obviously covering for the drive thru teen who was still flirting with the teen boy at the counter Pretty sad when a manager is doing an employees job and customers are being assulted wih drinks at the drive thru. She was rude, unprofessional and snotty. These people forget that communities are small and businesses talk. This McDonalds has really bad reviews from what I can see.
