If you like your ice coffee watered down, this is the place to go! If you don't want to receive all of the items you ordered this is definitely the place to go. I have been a regular customer for the past 6yrs and they still can't get it right. If you like to hear employees fighting and cussing at each other, definitely visit regularly. The food is usually fine, but my big problem with this place is how they try to park you in front of the store if your order is not ready immediately. It's a high traffic area and getting to the pick up spot can take a minute. Plus, if the drive thru is backed up, you can't access the spots they want you to use. By the time I was able to turn left, get in the parking lot and get in a spot, the one order of fries they brought me were cold! It's a really inconvenient thing to ask a customer to do. I'd understand if I had a large order, but they wanted me to pull around for a small slush. That's insane! I said no, it's too much trouble to go over there and had to wait at the window all of 20 seconds while they finished the slush. Ridiculous. The soda machine frequently is out of order and the staff working the window aren't always great at communicating. I'm going to try going somewhere else that doesn't stress me out. read more

I went into this Mcdonalds last night. It was 95 yesterday. We planned on eating inside after over a year of the dining being closed. The heat hit us the moment we walked in. No air conditioning and its been over 2 months! I don't know how the employees can work in these conditions. Its not right. This sucked. I don't set my standards high for McDonalds because we all know it fast food and it isn't some fancy restaurant, but they need to get their head in the game. This time, I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget with buffalo sauce, a medium fry, and a McFlurry. First, instead of chicken nuggets, they gave me two burgers with the buffalo sauce. So, I went back with the receipt and got my correct meal. Second, once I began eating I noticed a hair in my buffalo sauce. Right when I opened it, I noticed it. Do not leave the drive thru w/o checking your bag especially if you were hungry & craving something in particular there's a 99% chance it is not in your bag. I sometimes end up here only due to convenience of location, however, just make sure you check your order and have time cause they take forever too. I feel like a film of grease condenses off any McDonald's restaurant. As I pull away from the drive-thru window, a small part of me is uneasy about being a patron. If there was a drive-thru 7-11, I wouldn't frequent McDonald's drive-thru for a 42 oz. iced tea for $0.99 as much. Funny thing is, they offer a small drink for $1 on their Dollar Menu. Hmmm...16 oz for $1 or 42 oz. for $0.89? But, in these times of hardship every penny counts so I opt for the gargantuan sized cup that barely fits into my cup holder. He asked for our receipt .which we did not have. He said," we'll you have to have a receipt",.So we explained that we declined the receipt at, window one. Can't go wrong with a smoothie, large iced mocha frappe, and large coffee for less than $8. They now have a special for happy meals for $2.99 which is great: Cheeseburger or 4 piece chicken nuggets, small fries, apple slices or go- gurt, and a toy. I had to dock one star because one time I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget deal at the drive thru and it literally took about 40 minutes, no exaggeration. I had to park at a parking lot so I wouldn't block other customers. That's something I will never forget but it only happened one time. If I could give this place no stars, I would. The service and quality of the food here has gone downhill over the years. I will go to the one on Avocado if time permits. They are faster and more accurate. Yesterday, at this McDonalds, I ordered a large fry and a vanilla cone. Nothing wrong with the cone but the fries were under cooked and had no salt. When I got home, I couldn't even finish them they were so bad and threw them away. Sometimes, when you order a large fry with your meal, you get less than a large fry, the container is only 1/2 filled. I don't go here very often (maybe 2x/month) but I rarely see the same employees more than once. I guess they realize the place sucks too and find other jobs. Despite the numerous negative reviews here, ownership and management does not seem to care because things aren't getting any better. The app is horrible. Their frappe machine always seems to be down for months at a time. Their constant change of staff makes me wonder why people don't last long at this location. I live across the street from this location which makes it convenient however it is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've heard it all from, they're out of large cups, out of drink carriers, out of toys! I like their new remodel which was long overdue. I once took my girls for some happy meals and they were out of toys! The manager went off on her staff n yelled that they should have notified her earlier to order more. I agreed with her but I didn't feel comfortable hearing her yell at her staff in my presence. On another occasion, they didn't have the toy displayed but rather older toys. My children were devastated. They informed us if we save the toys n went back once they restocked that they would gladly switch the toys. So inconvenient. What child can be handed a toy n told not to open n save for next time? The staff is mostly professional but they always seem to run short. Today I had an issue with a mobile app order and was told they couldn't help me n I had to go directly thru the app. I then asked for the corporate number n was given a bogus number. I went back n informed them they had given me the wrong number n the manager gave me a local 619 number. I then told him I had asked for the corporate number which he refused to give me and told me if I call the number provided they should be able to give me the corporate number. It seems he simply didn't want to give me the corporate number. Won't be going there again. I read in the other reviews there's another a few blocks away on Avocado. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, but unfortunately it's the closest to my home, so I suffer. Long wait times to get order taken therefore long waits to get order. Staff poorly trained not knowing how to process coupons or app orders. Waited 11 minutes for apple pie to be ready that I had already ordered while my other tpitems got cold. New employees are friendly but become stone-faced if they last more than a week. Super high employee turnover. App menu is not the same as posted menu and nationwide sale prices not posted (perhaps not honored) with almost no items on the dollar menu.
