Honestly, I try to stay away from fast food and nothing's really open right now so I chose to get Taco Bell and was honestly surprised considering I walked and their store was closed and all they had was the drive-through open their manager. Rob was friendly and welcoming along with the girls working there. It's rare to see people smile, and fast food and I absolutely get it. It's not an easy job, but it's nice to just simply feel appreciated in a world gone mad. This location is probably one of five in the entire world that runs like this. Lady at the window was rude. Gave her a code the app said to use and she made a big deal about it then rolls her eyes when we pull up, hands us a drink that is drenched in soda, and tells us we need to use my name from here forward, even though she pulled up our order with the code somehow? If we weren't supposed to use the code, ok, you can say it nicely. Then I get home to find some weird clear liquid, water or spit, drenched all over my tacos. I call the manager and tell him the situation, then ask if any one else has reported a weird liquid on their tacos and he responds with an attitude "No, no one else reported and spit or liquid on their tacos." This Taco Bell location has recently gone through a remodel and seems to still finishing up the remodel, but is open for business. The new remodel looks fresh, clean and more modern. Like most fast food restaurants, they are pushing for you to order through the kiosks, but there is someone that comes out to take your order if you would rather order with a person versus the kiosk. Employees I have encountered on recent visits have been fairly nice and helpful. The best deal at Taco Bell is their Munchies Box which comes with a crunchy taco, bean burrito, chalupa, cinnamon twists and a drink for $5 plus tax! I don't think you can find this amount of food at any other fast food restaurant! read more

Bad customer service. Our experience at the drive-thru was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. It was very clear the employee was in a bad mood. We had just witnessed him arguing with a DoorDasher, and despite us trying to remain polite, his attitude carried over to us. He cut us off when we try to said we have a pickup order. When we pulled up, we got our order and we simply asked for some hot sauce. But he rolled his eyes and responded with an annoyed tone, saying, "what kind?!?". His attitude was very obvious and completely unnecessary. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude over such a simple request. We were not being difficult customers- just asking for something basic. Even if there was no sauce available, we would have understood. To make matters worse, when we opened the bag, the fries were completely dumped out and not even placed properly in the container. We showed the "shift leader" (so he likes to call himself) where we were charged twice and he still wouldn't do anything to help. My family and I just left this location from ordering through drive through. I ordered a #3 which looked like the 3 Doritos Locos Tacos. I usually double check my order and the one time I don't, we received a burrito supreme and a regular hard taco. I also ordered chips and cheese. I called the location no longer than 15 minutes later to say that I received the wrong items and Dave notified me that I ordered the wrong item. (other recent reviews seem to say that this whole ordering the wrong item thing is a regular occurrence) I didn't receive my receipt so I couldn't double check. He said that if I came back with the wrong items, they could replace my order. However my 6 year old was hungry and just ate whatever she got. He said since we had already eaten the items -- there was nothing they could do. I told him that I would just call corporate to get it situated. I called back a few mins later and someone else answered and handed the phone to Dave. I overheard this guy saying... "she called back again." I called to express they also forgot to give the chips and cheese and if I could come back for a refund however he said since there's no way to verify if we got the chips and cheese, that there was nothing they could do and that I should just call corporate. He kept insisting that I confirmed that I did receive the chips and cheese and continued to talk over me. I asked Dave if there was anything he could do to make it right and he was taking over me. Not to mention he was helping other customers excusing me while I was on the phone. Hella f#%king rude. I thanked Dave kindly for his sh*tty customer service and hung up. I know, a whole ordeal over some tacos. I wouldn't care so much about the missing items if he had been more understanding. Just left this location. I've never been here before once I came in. It looked inside, and was greeted nicely the guy who took my order, looked to be a manager or so, he was nice until I got to my car and noticed my order was wrong. I immediately came back inside. Told him that I said number 2 he says no you said number 3 I said once again no I said number 2! He still wanted to debate back-and-forth instead of saying maybe I heard you wrong, but I thought you said 3 but will fix the order, as a manager you should never argue with the employees. I was driving back from a concert and it was pretty late, around 12:30 AM. I hadn't had dinner yet so I thought I would stop at my favorite spot, Taco Bell. I checked all of the locations around me to see which were open, and this one said it was open until 2. When I tried to enter the drive through, an employee had parked their car in it so customers could not enter. I then walked up to the door and was screamed at by an employee because I asked if they were open. He shouted at me that he knew the sign said 2 AM, but they were closed. If I had a choice between McDonalds and Taco Bells breakfast, it would be Taco Bell because of the AM crunch wrap with SAUSAGE. In the picture I know it looks gross, but give it a chance! It may seem small, but it's packed and stacked of breakfast goodness of a hash brown, sausage, eggs, and cheese. Their hot sauce is necessary with this breakfast crunch wrap! They have a meal that comes with the crunch wrap, 2 Cinnabon delights (which are doughy delightfulness), and a drink (orange juice was extra .30 cents) for $5.31! You are pretty much satisfied at the end of it. If I only could eat these more often and not get fat. read more

I pick up food for clients and my family, and every time that I give them another chance they prove to me that they are not getting better. I have talked with the management more than once in the past year about complaints not just from my myself but also from my family members, and clients. Some who I have worked with have said that they have been giving them advice just like I have. It's like they don't care about what they are doing to others health.
