I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY AT... well ANYWHERE! ... WHO EVER OWNS THIS MCDONALDS needs to FIRE THEM ALL (except Judy).. the so called manager "crystal" was literally arguing with me... ! I told the so-called manager I needed to add an order she told me that she's trying to take an order and stop interrupting her, I then told her she needs to treat customers with respect, and what did she say?? ..NO I DON'T and all I need to do was add something quickly as there was a huge line behind us.. she then said that I couldn't add an order. The food was as you'd expect from a mac donalds, but the ice cream cone was a bit sad and lifeless. kinda saggy like my frandmas hoo ha's but sully was really nice & super cheerful & was probably the nicest worker I've ever met from this place, after coming almost every week since we've lived here. very respectful and always great conversations. Please close down already. I think the owner of this gas station owns the McDonald's also. Not 100% sure but I am sure that he is one of the unfriendliest people I've comes across in a while. I know a lot of people avoid even filling up or eating here because everyone who works here is usually rude. Slow service at the drive thru and was waiting in the drove thru line for over 15 minutes in practically the same spot. We finally were next to order then crew came out and put up cones to close off the drive thru line and walked away without telling us why they put cones in front of us. Please just shut this poor excuse for an establishment down. Multiple times I've walked in only to be greeted by a barrage of flies, and no these are not just flies that happen to be in the gas station. These flies are there because this McDonald's is extremely filthy. Not sure why they didn't just shut it down when the gas station changed from shell. The worst part is walking up to order food. Even if the line is nonexistent and you are the only person ordering, these people tell you "everything on the menu is going to take 15 minutes." I'd also love to know who put the sign up on the drive thu menu that said "our beef patties may not be 100% fresh, but they are always 100% beef...like what in the hell. Is that supposed to make me WANT your sloppy nasty food even more. I'll never go back and urge anyone else to do the same. read more

Went to Mcdonalds in Gold Canyon for breakfast to go and 3 people in line, the little seating area was filled with older gentlemen drinking free coffee. While I was waiting to order these guys kept cuttin line and going to the side barking "I need a SR refill" Free of course, I finally ordered after about 10 minutes and waited another 10 minutes and the whole time more free coffee, Then I get my food after about 20 minutes they slide my bag to me and I said I need my coffee, GUESS WHAT they are out of coffee ,they had to make a whole pot this kid put my cup under the pot to fill it up while it was filling I went to get sugar and a stir stick and they are out, I was so pissed I just walked out with no coffee, Absolutley crazy read more

By far this is the worst McDonalds I've ever had the displeasure of patronizing- and this includes those nasty interstate "restaurants, " Somehow they manage to get every order wrong. To Go orders wind-up in the bag upside down & wrappers on the wrong way. This is a very limited menu store, which, in this case is a good thing! The new Circle K in the same building - sache on over is cleaner, modern and gives you gas OUTSIDE! This McDonalds is NOT my kind'a place. read more

This place is awful. The fat redheaded girl needs to be careful because shes gonna disrespect the wrong person and end up cutting her life short. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 quarter pounders w/cheese. One was just with ketchup the other everything but no onions. When I got home I saw the slip that had the special instructions no onions, when I opened the box guess what onions. Plus the bottom bun was hard and the meat patty was half off the bun. I used to come here a lot for years because there isn't much by my house but the past few months every time I have gone the fries have been cold and nasty and the burger was about the same. My last visit I decided I will not be going back. I spent $14 and the fries were nasty and my bun on my burger was burnt and hard as a rock. I don't know what had changed in the last few months, if they got new management or a new cook but it was the worst thing they could have done. read more
