I called a year ago after having a couple years horrible service. My suggestion at that time that they did/do secret shopping to find out who or what was the problem(s)? This is honestly the worst McDonald's. I hate coming here, but it's like the only thing in town. I ordered online for a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. I pulled up to the drive-through to pick up my coffee and they were telling me it's not a drive-through order so I told them maybe it's countertop or curbside or whatever but I'm here and I have the code, they keep telling me they can't find it in the system so I ask them to check the countertop side and ask them and they still can't find shit. I am literally showing them the receipt on my phone for the order I just made and then paid for and they're like ok so they make me a iced coffee, the cup is not even full of coffee, it's got sugar in it, I was just like fine. I'm taking this shit and leaving cause it took me 20 minutes to get the coffee I ordered. And even then it wasn't correct so I just left. There's no point in arguing with the kids that work here. The employees here are incredibly incompetent. I ordered three meals. They provide our sodas and tell us to pull into lane one. They said it would be about two minutes for our food to come out. Five minutes later, our food comes out. No biggie right? This is how incompetent they are. I ordered a Mc double no onions. This place completely messed up my order, and over charged me for my meal. When i asked them to replace the bun with an artisan bun they charged me a dollar for doing so. Then they lied to me saying it has the bun to which I found out I received the sesame seed bun. They also then changed it and didn't refund my money saying that you don't get charged for replacing buns, even though I know I do. This place was amazing before they remodeled, they place is nice and modern now with the Coke Freestyle machines, however the service is by far the worse in this area. It is almost guaranteed for the staff to make a mistake on your order, either the wrong order, mistake on it or they forgot something. They will bring your food to the table but will probably forget the drink, Ketchup or something else. Fries are usually crap, cooked on old oil giving it horrible appearance and worse taste. Management at certain times is mediocre at best, and you get the feeling like you are almost bothering then to make things right. Go eat elsewhere! read more

We received 2 burgers with no cheese and that's it. Lol we also ordered a mc chicken sandwich with CHEESE which there was no cheese when we got them. Just went through their Drive-thru and they were STILL serving breakfast at 1040 even though their cut off is 1030. That was just too awesome! Most McD's I've been through are super strict about their bf times. Anyway nothing beats an egg and cheese biscuit, no meat here with a nice OJ and yogurt parfait! The parfait is really one of the reasons I wrote this review. For $1 you get a nice serving of yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and granola.
