This location consistently has good customer service, short wait times (I usually order drive up), and has never forgotten an item (crossing fingers). A big plus for me is that I don't have to ask for ketchup or napkins; they're always provided. I recently tried the Grinch meal which was fun even though the food included the usual menu items. This is a rather smaller McDonalds in a giant parking lot, so you will need to keep your eyes open for it. Food was served up fast and service was pleasant in an Island kind of way. I give a solid two stars and that is being generous. The hours of operation, as posted, 6am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 6am to 10pm Friday and Saturday. Yes, the dining hall is clean and appears to be fairly new. However, be warned as the dining hall opens at 8am, not a minute early. We got there half an hour early and had to sit in the parking lot like most tourists wanting their breakfast and coffee. Notice the drive through with decent line of cars, almost mistook the place for In N Out. Being that we are from California, we had to order the Spam, scrambled egg, and rice platter for the kids. We used our McDonald's apps for 2 deals today, separately. We had a BOGO free deal for the Big Mac, and we used points for a free large fries. We had to use the kiosk. I'm not a big fan, but it worked okay. We also got receipts, which had the survey on each. Once completed, we can use each of the codes for another BOGO free meal. Our food was up quickly. The fries were not hot. Barely warm. The Big Macs were hot - and chewy. They were a little tough. It was an okay lunch. We had to ask for complimentary waters as the drink machines were barricaded and closed. The cups were tiny, and we had to ask for several refills. This McDs was not the cleanest, either due to customers who don't clean up after themselves or overworked employees. Didn't matter. The drive through lane was long, & it was very busy inside, too. Went through the drive-through because the dining room was closed. It took 20 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my Terri sandwich. It took me four napkins to wipe all the sauce off. Conveniently located near a Target. First impression is exactly like any other McDonalds you find in the United States. Includes some advertising on the outside that's specific to this McDonalds depicted as "Managers Special". Upon entering this relatively clean restaurant, there's a sign indicating that customers should use the kiosks or app to make orders. This is so that the workers can concentrate on making the orders as there were only three employees working and this restaurant was busy at the time. Will that prevent you from ordering at the register? No. Used the kiosk and ordered a buy a big mac meal and get a free big mac special as well as a haupia pie. Took about 5 minutes for me to get my order. Everything was hot and fresh. Like others have stated, this location doesn't have refills which is pretty much starting to be the norm. read more

Although there are 2 drive thru lines only 1 is ever open, the dining room walk in has not been open since Covid. Actually if dining room area has been open it's been just a handful of times DO NOT waste your time and go to this location. Also if you look in you'll see they are very short staffed. We had the artisan bread with grilled chicken, so good! This location was packed and some of the tables weren't cleaned but it was very busy.
