I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. I decided to give them another chance and once again they screwed up my order. Then this manager walked in tall dude i think is name started with an N or something like that. It seems all the bad reviews are from a while back and I am happy with this McDonalds. Only thing I would like, is for more of the $1, $2, $3 Deals to be on the app so I can do curbside order. Lavona's back at mission. This girl does so much more. If "above and beyond was a person" she would be the face! I was happy to see her today. She made my day. Just me being in there for 10-15 minutes she was everywhere. She checked on every table asking if they needed anything. I seen her turn a upset customer into a happy customer . Ordered 2 sundaes of unequal amount to which the employee forgot along with my drinks, and bbq sauce. When I went back to ask for the drink, he pointed at the cups and said "right here." This review is in regards to the service. Saturday night I brought in 6 preteens hyped up on sugar that suddenly did not want pizza but still needed to be fed before a slumber party. I normally grin and suffer though using the self serve kiosk to order but Saturday night was too much. All 6 of those kids wanted custom orders and I didn't have my glasses or patience. Nassir (Please forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) must have seen how bad it was and came over to the register to help. He calmly and very nicely helped us through our whole order and had it brought out in record time. I really appreciated the help, I had lost a very close family member early that morning. My husband and I were trying to manage my daughters birthday party while mourning a loss and sleep deprived. Nassir was unknowingly our hero of a rough day and we will be forever grateful. read more

Hmmmm? I'm surprised by the overall review. We always go to this McDonald because it's the closest to our home. I've never had any problems with them. They do have a lot of seniors here in the morning, like one reviewer said. I feel pretty homey when I dine in. However, I think they can make an improvement in the children's play area. Also, they took away all the outlets when they remodeled the place. I think that's a little stingy of them. You see, some people like to dine and still have access to their phone or laptop while charging. I think they will get more customers that way. Ok, down to the food, I say. I like their sausage egg mcmuffin. I will only eat my English muffin that way. Believe it or not, their cookies are super yummy. They taste similar to my hubby home-made cookies. That tells u a lot when I say that because when my hubby makes cookies, I chow as many as my body could take. I like their hash browns, crunchy on the outside. I like their soft-serve ice cream cone. I have a nostalgic feeling towards it. I used to go to Cal Skate up in Sacramento n they would sell the almost-the-same ice cream which only cost 50 cents. My hub thinks their coffee is superior than other fast-food restaurants. Their apple pie is good too but they can't beat the apple turnovers at KFC. As a second place, that's not bad for McDonald. Their quarter or double quarter pounder is good. It's the most pure form of a simple burger. I like their filet-o-fish. During Lent is the best to buy it because it's on sale for less than two bucks. The service is consistently terrible. Orders are always wrong, and the staff is not only disinterested in taking your order, they argue with you when you try to get it fixed. I was trying to tell her what happened and she simply asked what it was then i gave her the incorrect soda, as my hand was reaching in the window to give it to her she shut the window on my wrist.
