Hadn't been to this location in years because of a bad experience and super tiny portion. Decided to give it another shot due to a few years passing. What a mistake. First the young girl at the counter clearly hates her job and didn't want to be there. Her attitude sucked. Ordered a rib eye bowl. See the pic for what a got. What a complete joke. Been going here for years and was very happy with service food atmosphere the entire ordeal but the last time I went there I got home and looked at my food and there was hardly any meat on top at all I thought it was just a fluke went back tonight same thing spoke to the manager and said what happened you guys used to give a lot of me and he told me it's up to company standards and we weigh everything before we sell it, I've never seen this manager here before he is new and evidently he changed things so I asked for my money back and he was nice and polite and gave me my money can't pay that kind of price for a bowl of rice read more

Stopped at UPS store with my wife. We were hungry and saw Waba so decided to stop in and try it. First time. We were very pleased. We had one sweet spicy chicken and a chicken shrimp combo. Had sweet chili and garlic sauce on the side. Portions were good and with veggies and avocado on top. It was very tasty. The service was quick and friendly. Absolutely the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The whole team needs serious training on customer service. One of the girls working there was yelling at people and shaking her head like she couldn't be bothered--completely unprofessional. The new manager isn't any better--never smiles, just stares at you with a stink face like you're ruining his day just by walking in. Honestly, why are they even working there? The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever... walked in was not greeted .. I the customer greets the employee and no response. She was a young Hispanic girl black hair with acne/no make up (today 4/22 at about 6pm) and very rudely response to questions. I almost let her have it and planned to walk out until I noticed my young son witnessing the rudeness. I did notice the tip jar completely empty as expected with this kind of service. She actually said thank you at the end when my food was ready but at that point her customer service was already very poor and she could probably tell I wasn't happy in the end. I responded as I left ... " Have a better day" As I left and won't be back. Owner -- coming from a customer based contract recruiter get rid of this girl as she's making you loose customers. The food however was not as good as I remember it. Both chicken and steak were dry. The portions for the plate appear to be the same if I was to order a bowl instead. Beware if you eat here the employees close the restrooms to paying customers simply because "the guest leave the restrooms a mess and they don't want to clean them up" was there today at about 12:45pm and that is what the Mexican guy and African American girl told us as they refused my family to even wash our hands before eating in their establishment after we paid $40 for our food. They didn't even have any hand sanitizer available. My understanding is that by law Restaurants, coffee shops and other eat-in food facilities must provide clean restrooms for customers and guests. Waba grill do better this is simply disrespectful and disgusting. Hire better employees because the two that were there should be fired, the girl is rude and all you see is horseplay. Online it says you guys open at 10 am. on the sign on the door it says you guys open at 10 am, I was nearby saw it was about to be 10 and headed over, I walked in at 10:03, door is open, and a light skin woman who is a little heavyset with brown/ blonde long braids tells me their aren't open, I believe her name is Tina or something similar, she wasn't wearing a name tag I only overhead her co worker say something like that. This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not. During dinner time they have run out of meat and they can't fulfill your order. This happens a lot and it's an hour or two before closing, but they don't seem to care. The extremely loud music makes it very difficult for my husband, who is hard of hearing. He has trouble even placing the order in person. Also, the lack of hair nets or even hair pulled back is disturbing. As well as the guys with beards and girls with their long hair draping over the orders they're putting together. Ewww. I would also suggest cutting the chicken up better so there's not pieces you have to spit out. So gross to bite into something hard. read more

I have never had a worse experience with a place to eat. We received the wrong order on 9/24. I called and they said there is nothing g they can do because there is no manager there. I asked for a call from the manager when she is available. I didn't receive a call so I went by on 9/28. Again no manager. I asked if they could just fill the correct order. He said no.
