If I could give this McDonald's no stars I would. I am absolutely appalled but the absolute idiots working here. Truly disgusting. There was over 20 people waiting no communication no apologies nothing. As customers tried talking they pretended to be mute not speaking or making eye contact there was over 12 workers just chatting and taking bathroom breaks. I have worked in fast food places and restaurants and have gotten in rushes this was an absolute shame. Truly a disgrace. Corporate needs to shut this shit down. read more

I brought my granddaughter through the drive thru and purchased a bundle box. Much to my dismay the price was 18.99 before taxes. I hadnt realized the price had gone up so dramatically as I purchase the bundle box all the time at different locals but, the price was always 13.99. I accepted the price because I didnt want to hold up the line. Then, when my granddaughter and I begin to eat, I find no napkins in the box. Luckily, I did have some in my glove box. Ive ordered food many times at your location when I come over that way. Never did I realize you were a tourist trap store. Sorry to say you have lost my business. I don't know why this location has so many bad reviews... This is my local McDonald's and they NEVER disappoint. The workers are nice and the service is super fast. I heard a really rude customer giving them a hard time once and they remained so calm and professional. They've never forgotten any of my food and always greet me so nicely. read more

I had the best experience that I ever have had at a McDonald's. There was a man, I didn't think to get his name which I regret, but African American and presently arm in a sling who went above and beyond for my special needs toddler. My toddler was struggling since it was close to his naptime and he had never been in a fast food place. This man came over not once but twice to give him something and try to cheer him up. Sadly, despite us working on manners at home consistently, my toddler was not the most polite and the man's smile never faltered. Although my toddler did not appreciate it in the moment, he has no idea how much I did. This man deserves a raise, a promotion and accolades. Also, the woman that took our food was very polite and speedy. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is an hour from where I live or we would be frequenting it more often. It felt safe. Went today to get a bagel sandwich and large unsweet iced tea. Order was over $5.00. Bagel was $3.79 and I thought all drinks were $1.00. Nope, iced tea was regular price! The one that has the least ingredients and was the best for you was more expensive. I cancelled my order and went to Wawa. Got a large coffee, flavored, a hoagie salad, a cup of vegetables with peanut butter, a cup of cheese and pepperoni and a large pretzel for $13. This location itself is pretty nice; however they seem to "encourage" you to use the self ordering stations since they do not have a designated person at the register. And even when you use the stations, you have to pay at the register if you want to use your app coupons. We came on a Saturday evening after visiting Dutch Wonderland and the food took a while to prepare, there was no sweet tea available at the counter, and my cheeseburger tasted disgusting. read more

We came here to grab a bite after checking out the Amish countryside. It was clean. The only issue was the cashier looked pretty dumbfounded when I gave her my order, it's not like I landed from Mars and started ordering. The food also took a while. Do not go to this McDonald's. My 13 year old went I. There and looked at the menu board. She saw 10 piece nuggets for $4.39. As I was pulling out I noticed a 20 piece for $5. No one told her she should order that. When I went back (out of principle) to discuss with the manager, he said that was the policy. He was rude as was another female who appeared to be a manager. The staff was unhappy and unfriendly, the bathroom was dirty and the manager could not be more rude. I understand it is McDonalds but the staff is terrible with poor leadership. read more

The employee THEN decided to tell me to hold on, a customer, so she could chit chat for a minute with their "friend" or whatever it was while there was a long line of people waiting. You can tell most people don't care which is sad because I've encountered a few gems that work here but the others just ruin it for everyone else. I have been coming to this Mcdonalds for a little while now and today I came through and my meal was wrong. I ordered; Big Mac meal with a coke, sausage muffin meal with a medium Moca frappe no whipped cream, extra ice and chocolate. I order that drink the same way every time. I also worked at a McDonald's before and know how everything is supposed to be prepared and look. Only this time the Big Mac only had one party not two, the hash brown for my mcmuffin was over fried, my muffin was burnt and my frappe drink was in a small cup with the drink over flowing the top of the lid. Spent just about 15 minutes in drive through. They got my order wrong. Manager was extremely incompetent and very rude. There were only 4 cars in front of mine. Two others had to pull aside and park to wait the extremely long time. At first there was a long wait for someone to come over speaker. No one acknowledged we were there for like 2 minutes. I started to think speaker was broken. Then a man taking my order, he for some reason could not get it right. After he messed up two times a woman came on. I ordered drove around to pay. I then complained about how long it was taking and the woman ,was extremely rude telling me she can cancel my order if I kept complaining to her. I then pulled up to pick up window and waited for obnoxiously long time. When the woman Heather returned I then asked to speak to manager. She said she was the manager and threatened to cancel my order again. She was pregnant and her crew member kept telling her to chill out to think about the babies. Can you imagine you are the manager and your worker has better control than you do. I got my food and drove away of course my signature sandwich was wrong and disgusting. After this horrible McDonalds experience, I felt that it was critical to write a review.The manager on duty was very disrespectful and quite rude. My bank card was not swiping correctly and instead of the women at the window pausing to get her Manager being that I just learned they are unable to type in the card numbers she proceeded to say that there was absolutely nothing that she could do. I requested to see the manager of course after having no luck with the employee. I thought he could provide some assistance, however instead he continued to say that" what, do you expect me to just give away free food? " Now my mom has worked for this cooperation over 7years. She raised me on a McDonalds salary, so I am well aware of what you can and cannot do.
