This has become one of my favorite coffee shops in Vegas! I would rate it 4.5 stars, but this app doesn't allow half stars. This location is fairly close to my house, so this is where I frequent. My go-to order is a chai latte with coconut milk, banana or lavender cold foam & light ice. It's delicious. But their Best Drink Ever is also scrumptious for when I'm wanting coffee. Their food is pretty yummy. I've only had a couple of the breakfast sandwiches, but I liked them both. My husband and daughter both love the food here. It's their favorite way to start a lazy weekend morning. The building is bright and always clean. Plus the service is always really sweet and friendly. It was.. okay. Following a long night my driving companion requested we stop for coffee. (It's not the business's fault but getting to this location with Sunday traffic from the 215 is a nightmare, ugh...) The branding is on point. The place is very bright, clean, and everything is well thought out. I liked the color palette and I thought they did an excellent job with the bee and Buzz theme. The menu has plenty of choices including some Acai bowl options and has some seasonal drinks, which is nice. The gentleman who took our order you could tell was quite busy but was polite and took our order. However, he put it down incorrectly. I ordered a cold brew and he asked me if it was the cold brew with cinnamon cream. I responded and told him no to the cinnamon and cream and he responded with okay but did not update the order. So when it came out, it was a cinnamon cream. The girl apologized but made up for this gaffe with a complimentary upgrade on the correct drink. Which was nice but we still paid more for the other drink. My partner ordered a horchata latte and that honestly was pretty decent. It wasn't overly sweet and I had some nice flavor. I actually really liked his drink. My cold brew is pretty weak. I didn't feel like it was a typical cold brew but closer to a iced coffee. And it was quite watered down with ice. Overall, except for getting our drink order wrong nothing was bad per se. It just wasn't the best coffee I've had nor the best service and I don't see myself going out of the way to hit this place. But it's cute, and some of their drinks are pretty good. Also, I know that management reads this. Great coffee addition on the east side. Not having many gourmet quality coffee shops in the area, Better Buzz was a great addition. Have been here a few times already and it's been a hit every time. Our go-to's are the honey and lavender latte, half sweet. The drive thru is efficient with friendly and energetic staff. This place was an odd experience for us as we are not used to security guards posted at the front doors of our coffee shops in California. This guy greeted us and held the door open, followed us in, started talking to the employees then proceeded to pick up orders and deliver them to tables. Color me confused. The service wasn't very friendly as we are used to at our home locations. I didn't enjoy my banana coffee as it didn't taste like banana at all so I decided to do another mobile order for my usual go to drink. I inquired about purchasing a cup from their merch section and the girl at the counter was neither helpful nor friendly. Their cups are dusty, gross and scratched up and they sell them straight off the shelves and apparently have no other stock or cups boxed at this location. Emily was amazing. She greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful with drink recommendations. Everything was very fairly priced. Our drinks and food were prepared pretty quickly and everything tasted great!! Emily truly was such a great part of our experience here at Better Buzz. I am so elated that I found this gem, and even better news is that it's in East Las Vegas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was unsure of which drink to get so the cashier recommended that I try Coconut Best Drink Ever. Boy, was it really good!!! Grand opening! The first 200 customers receive a cap and tumbler. It's nice to see a coffee shop that opens early at 4:30am and an option for coffee on the east side. There isn't much on this side of town, but it's great to see new businesses like this in the area. On grand opening day, we were greeted by friendly staff. The establishment was well lit and its bright decor was inviting. Not many in the area are familiar with Better Buzz, as it's an SD establishment but I'm glad to show my support from the East side. I ordered the best drink ever, hazelnut divinity latte and better breakfast. All that I devoured . The best drink ever was sweetened but just right. The hazelnut was rich but both drinks were amazing. I have yet to try the others and my friend had the buzz energy mimosa drink that is only offered at this location, which is like a tangy energized drink but no actual alcohol. The better breakfast was fresh, but a standard breakfast sandwich. I wasn't too crazy about it, but would try their other food items. They also have a rewards program. This wasn't as busy on opening day in the first hour and I don't think people on this side know about it or it's grand opening day unless they follow their socials, but it's exciting to have a place to be early in the morning for my coffee fix :) read more

It is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly (including the GM's) and the space invites you to take a seat and work the day away. I tried the iced horchata and it was basically cinnamon, I've had horchata before and this was basically a heavy cinnamon latte which is sad. Additionally, I tried their almond croissant as that's my favorite but this was more a Danish than croissant. It was very doughy, however, the taste was decent; just wouldn't consider it a croissant. I keep passing this place so I finally decided to drop in. This coffee spot is located in a pretty busy shopping area, but you can't miss it. The decor and design is pretty unique and makes a play on the word buzz. We ordered a latte and an americano and both were extremely strong. I do like my coffee bold, but it was a little overbearing. Didn't try anything else because the sewer/ dirty water odor was quite strong throughout the place. We sat down for a while to study and were there about 2 hours, and the smell just wouldn't go away. I recommend they get that checked out. It made the whole experience unpleasant. Also if you plan to sit and study a while, there's not many plugs to use. Overall the service was great, but some the smell needs to be fixed. read more
