No one said or did anything for 20 minutes. This is at 150p-210p on 12-3-19. The mens room was in a horrible state: clumps of hair on sink & urinal, garbage all over the floors. Sooooooo slow! I arrived for a Postmates pick up, and there was one gentleman standing at the door waiting before me. We waited over 10 minutes when he finally got his order. Another lady pulled up, told her order number, and they brought her order out right away, and she was Postmates also. I couldn't believe it! I told them again the order number I wanted and that I had already told the girl that I was here. I waited another 3 minutes. Unbelievable! About 17 minutes just waiting for an order that was placed online, and should have been ready when I got there. When I questioned them why it was taking so long, I was not given a plausible answer. I tried to be patient with them but it just seems they don't care for their customers. I ordered 3 happy meals and a quarter pounder combo at the drive thru because they weren't allpwing anyone in the restaurant at the timing of writing this review. I received the happy meals and the drinks but they told me to park my car in the lot and they would bring me my burger. I was there for at least 15 minutes and not one person came out. I got out of my car and I waited another 15 minutes outside the restaurant doors while employees came out to assist other people waiting for their food; nobody attended me as I stood there. Finally I was the only one left and I assume someone in the cameras saw me and finally came to ask me what was wrong. I told them what I was doing there and they were clueless as to what I was talking to them about. They ended up getting someone else to assist me and I showed them my receipt and they still asked me if I was not given everything that I ordered, I told him honestly that I was only missing my burger and fries. 10 minutes later they finally come out with my food without even an apology for the delay or the fact they seem to have forgotten about my order. They didn't even get my order right, I asked for cheese only and yet that wasn't the case for my burger. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone coming here. Go to the McDonald's on the corner of Century and Avalon, atleast there they won't fuck up your order. read more

It the two workers knocked it out fairly fast, it would have been faster if it weren't for a few angry customers who made a point to yell at the cashier and demand to speak to a manager because only 1 register was open. I have to agree with the previous reviews. The most memorable thing about this location is the lack of service, courtesy and drive-thru efficiency. Not everyone I've interacted with here is like that but I'm reminded of a few drive-thru employees who seemed to be displeased during a few visits. Had the urge for coffee. Went through the drive thru around 1pm. Only two cars in front of me. Not sure if they have something wrong with their intercom system. On my end the young ladies voice came through the speaker loud and almost inaudible and it appeared that she had difficulty hearing on her end. Went to this Mc Donald's to get coffee. It was 9:58pm and the dining room closes at 9pm, but I saw a few people still in the restaurant so I approached the door. I was told by an employee that the dining area was closed. Funny thing is that there were people sleeping in the booths and on the tables of the dining room. I looked closely at one of the people and she was obviously a customer as she had a bag of food and receipt on the table. I motioned that I just needed to use the restroom and the guy shook his head.
