When I arrived, I noticed that the order screens appeared to be off, so I proceeded through the drive-thru to confirm whether the location was open. As I was driving through, I saw an employee near the drive-thru window and attempted to ask a simple question about whether the facility was open. I am not sure of the employee's name or whether she held a management position. Instead of responding or indicating that the location was closed, she looked at me in a manner that felt hostile and intimidating. There was no verbal response or gesture to clarify the situation. As a military veteran who served for five years, I found this interaction unsettling and unprofessional, especially at a location I regularly patronize. Been in this drive thru for over 30 minutes. This is the worst service that I've ever since. Not to mention all the people walking up to the car begging for food and or money. I felt extremely uncomfortable and but not terrified. This isn't the best neighborhood so to me they should really do their best to get the customers in and out of drive thru quickly. The highlight of my visit was learning that the fried apple pies are now back. First thing that comes to mind when you visit this McDonald's is their parking lot is huge, long lines in their drive-thru and it's in a rough neighborhood. I was working near by and decided to get some dollar cheeseburgers and decided to get some here. As I was walking to the main entrance I saw someone urinating in the alley, always a lovely site to see. Going in you'll notice the nice new spacious interior and the lack of customers inside since everyone get their food from the drive thru. I ordered my food from the kiosk but the wait time was longer then expected. Ordered 2 dollar cheeseburgers and one mocha frapp but it took 10 minutes to get them. I've been going to this McDonald's for over seven years. I really never leave reviews for McDonald's but for about the last three months the service has been horrible. I went through the drive-through in between 11:30 PM and 12:30 AM. I asked if I could have my fries fresh the drive-through attendant said no I had to take the fries that had been sitting there. I asked for my money back since I have my card connected to the app, it automatically paid for the food, the worker told me to come back tomorrow and speak with the manager honestly it is very disappointing.
