This was a good day for me and my sister so we stop to get a bite. It wasn't that crowed so we ordered our food and sat down to eat. I notice that my onion rings was a bit hard so I took them to the cashier and ask if they can make some more but just a bit soft. As I was waiting Martin called me up and told me that they didn't want to make them again because that is the way they come out. I know that to be a lie because I always order onion rings from them so he offered me something else. I believe he knew I didn't want nothing eles but what I ordered. He felt really bad for me so I went on and ordered fries he offered to give me something to sooth me. I really appreciate him and the manager should also praise him for being such a kind and loving employee. I remembered why I do not patronize this establishment and drive 20 min away. Our fries were given to us cold while tasting like they were over done & refried. I live close enough for my fries to be piping hot when I pull them out the bag to devour. Looks can be deceiving. I don't know what happens here but when the sun goes down so does the service here. Once they close the front dinning area, the service goes to hell. Always a line in the drive through. Don't order delivery it's gonna take 30 to get the order after wait 20 min for it to be prepared. Order somewhere else, do not order here. Your food will be cold. And often times it's wrong. I'm not sure why but lots of fast food restaurants give poor service once the dinning area clothes. There is always trash around this store. Most of the staff are not friendly, it's really not warm and inviting. Ambiance? What ambiance? There is none. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed to serve the community like this. I ordered the grilled chicken salad club. It was good but the chicken wasn't cooked enough. It is sitting on boarder of being raw and actually cooked. Anyone with a weakened immune system could easily get sick from this chicken. You can tell it isn't cooked enough because it's hard to tear apart l, extra soft and mushy; and has this odd crunching sound when biting into it. I came to Jack in the Box early this morning to purchase breakfast for not me, but for my coworkers and my children. I went inside because I had multiple orders. My children ordered first and the food came pretty quick, BUUUUUUT one of my children orders was wrong and they put COLD cheese on the sandwich. Then it seem like they had a problem warming up my COLD cheese smh. Then after I received the rest of my orders it took them an ADDITIONAL 12 minutes just to give me an orange juice. Without fail this continues to be the worst Jack In the Box I have gone too. I used to deal with multiple problems in the morning time. From slow staff, to long wait times and even Latino employees using profanity and the "N" word like they were at home. I would use the survey system on the receipts for my grief and even was called back once from management and told how changes would occur. A few weeks ago on a Sunday around 9pm, I mistakenly came to this place for a $3 wakey bakey snack on my way home. It too over 10 minutes to make. 4 people in whom had placed their order after me received their food before me. I asked the cashier, "why is my food taking so long". She said she didn't know. I asked "does it normally take this long". She said "I don't know". once I finally received my "eggs, hash browns and cheese" that took over 10 minutes to wait she barely acknowledge the fact that other orders placed after me and that were more complex had been given out and my wait was inconsequential. Shittiest of the shitty this one needs to be shut down, I'm afraid to eat what I just ordered now. Threw away most of my order, I ordered 3 egg rolls, 4 tacos, medium curly fries and a salad. My wife couldn't eat the egg rolls or fries, they were stale and hard, most likely from the previous day. Managed to eat only one taco. They don't give you anything if you don't ask for it , had to go back for the salad dressing, hot sauce, and fork for the salad. I felt rushed to order and then they didn't even get down what I ordered, I had to order the rest at the window. The reason why I said it needs to be shut down, once I went back in to get the dressing, every customer in there had an issue.
