First, I really love McDonald's. I don't need there very often, but I do enjoy it when I do. I'm a creature of habit and I always like to order a cheeseburger Happy meal for myself. No onions. The meal is just big enough that it's perfect for me. We got here at 10:20 in the morning. I didn't want breakfast so we waited in the car for 10 minutes and went in. So the weird thing is that breakfast begins at 10:30, we went in and ordered at 10:30, but somehow our fries tasted like they've been sitting there. We both commented on it. I get that breakfast stops being served at 10:30am. However, when you walk in at 10:29, nobody is there to take your order, and the kiosk has already automatically swapped away from breakfast..? I logged into the app and most of the store said closed for the holiday (which I thought was a great gesture to their employees). However, this location said it was open and the app allowed me to submit my order. I drove out of my way to come to this location, only to find out that it was also closed for Christmas. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes for our mobile order to arrive. We ordered two Happy Meals for the kids and a 10-piece nuggets. They brought out our order, but didn't provide us with milk or sauces. I enjoyed the McDonald's fish fillets. Those might be my favorite. Besides the filet, I really liked the spicy chicken for a while. Eventually the spicy chicken got too spicy for me. It got difficult for me to eat. I had a hard time eating it. Even if I drank water my tongue was too spicy. Sometimes the cheese is centered. Sometimes the cheese is flashing off the filet. I like it when it is centered because I can eat it evenly. The fish fillet doesn't have much else on it. I like it fresh and hot with a soft bun and crispy filet. I also love McDonalds fries. The fries are tasty when crispy and hot. I like that on the app I can get a free large fry some days when I make a purchase. The app is great. I just don't like all the space it takes on my phone. Apps are slower than just using a website. It is tiring remembering all my passwords. I change my passwords all the time when I forget. read more

Wow. I'm speechless. My experience at mcdonald's today was incredible. It all started when i pulled up to the first window and saw my man German. Not only was German incredibly nice, he was also looking fresh til death. My man was fitted. My experience only got better as i pulled to the second window. Everytime we have gone here in the past, all of the emoyees have earbuds in, theyre so slow....they're usually not very friendly, always mess up the order & are unhelpful. This McDonald's is pretty bad. It's right near us, so we've been several times thinking maybe it was a fluke or they have improved. It is not a fluke. They will always mess your order up and serve you food that has been in the warmer too long. If you go late at night they will tell you they're only accepting cash. This is the most disgustingly dirty McDonald's I have ever encountered. Trash was overflowing by the soda machines, every surface was dirty with spilled sodas, coffee, creamer etc.. Trash on the floors. The ice cream machine was disgustingly dirty. I asked for a manager and asked her if she's been out front to see how filthy it was because every table was dirty as well. She said they were shorthanded. I recommended they bring somebody out with a rag to at least wipe some of the surfaces down which they did but it still looked dirty afterwards.
