I do not like this location. The person at the drive-thru was kind of rude, and she told me they will only offer a small drink with the meal deals. Not sure what's happening to the food quality corporate wise but it's declining. I'll just speak to this location of course but I stop in here to use the restroom in the mornings while working. I usually grab a coffee and a sausage egg McMuffin. I don't like, appreciate, or look forward to using the inside kiosks to place my order. The screens are dirty and full of fingerprints. Kinda grosses me out. I'd rather have a real person to talk to and place my order. So I use the kiosk and then go back and wash my hands again so they are clean when I eat. As for the food sometimes it's warm and bread is soft. Other times it tastes like it's been premade and sitting under a heat lamp as the bread is overcooked and tough. It's hit or miss. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's in Mesa if you go at night. 95% of the time my order is wrong and I have to go back through the drive thru wasting time getting missing items. Like I swear every single time somehow I am missing a part of my order and have to go back to get it. Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals for my kids. No one behind me in drivethru and asked to pull forward to wait in front stall for order...when I get home ( 3min drive) no cheese on either and they both not even warm. And no napkins or ketchup. During the day it's not a bad place. Actually the only McDonald I'd recommend within a 10 mile radius of the place because all the others are garbage. But at night, especially after 10 or so, the line gets ridiculously long due to short staff I'm assuming. I rarely write bad reviews, but this is my second terrible experience at this location. I'm going to have to find a different fast food place to hit on my way north. The first time, we got into a big line of cars, because my husband wanted a soda for a long, late drive. We place our order and are told they are out of soda. Fine, that happens, except it meant that we were stuck in the drive-thru line to buy NOTHING for 10+ minutes. Lame. Maybe put a sign up or something, so people don't get trapped?? The second experience was just now. I ordered the southwest salad. I've had t before and it's pretty good. It's dark out and we're in the car, so I put my dressing on the salad in the dark.
