Rally's used to have good burgers & fries. Now all they have is good fries. The burgers are worse than Mc Donald's. We went there (4 people) burgers and fries for dinner. 2 of us took 2-3 bites and threw the rest of the burger away, the other 2 ate 1/2 of the burger and threw the rest away. I would have rather eaten at Whataburger, at least we would have eaten the whole burger, and it would have been fresh. The meat at Rally's tasted like it was cooked 2-3 days earlier, it definitely wasn't fresh. Sorry but I will definitely never buy food from Rally's ever again. read more

If you ever go to a rally's, DO NOT EVER go to this one. I ordered a pickup order at 12:24. Arrived at this location at 12:29 and told them my order. Guy on the speaker said it wasn't ready and to park in the parking lot. I did so and waited while about 5 or 6 other people in the parking lot got their orders handed to them, some that arrived after me, until the parking lot was empty. When it reached 12:55 I was fed up because I also saw other cars pull in the drive through and leave while I was waiting. So I went back thru the drive thru and told the lady at the window my order. She looked behind her and there was my order sitting for who knows how long. I finally got my order about 30 minutes after arriving with the store not being extremely busy. And to add on top of that they also did not give me the four sauces I ordered which cost money and there is no way to report this for a refund on the app. I waited for an unnecessary amount of time and also was not given things that I paid for. The food is always pretty good but because of the people working at this location, I had a terrible experience and was given cold food without all of the things I had ordered. Wow talk about terrible service. The guy described the difference of sandwiches by number of scoops vs type of ingredients. If that wasn't enough they charged me for individual items after I specifically ordered a combo and instead of upcharging for a shake for a meal that should have cost between $12-13, they charge me over $18 just because I got shake. Their CS team at corporate even backed them up saying that if I made changes it makes sense how they did it... Regardless the shake was disgusting. Tasted like spoiled milk and artificial strawberry syrup. Ended up throwing out the nearly $6 shake. Trust me, just go to a better fast food restaurant in town. They are next to a Whataburger and it's light years better. Go to Fuego next door for amazing Mexican food. Skip this garbage and save your money. read more

The lady taking orders at the drive thru tonight was super nice. She entered my entire order right the first time. There was a bit of a wait because they were busy but surprisingly my food still came out hot and tasted really good for a fast food place. As we approached the window, a patron began taking to an employee & said patron began walking into the drive thru to talk to the Rally's employee thru the side door in the building, commenting about his "quarantine" before spitting onto the ground - 3 feet from my open car window during a pandemic. I'm contemplating just driving away at this & disputing the charge with the bank. I've been at this window for over 30 minutes. Cars that came in after us (but used the right drive thru) come & go yet we SIT. They may be under new management, but they may want to rethink that. I ordered 2 meals and they asked me to park and wait because it will take awhile to make my food, which is perfectly fine. 27 mins later he brings out my food. The fries were old over cooked and cold, I ordered a large fry and it was less than half full. My small fry was full but also old & over cooked and cold. Both burgers were also wrong.
