I documented the incident with photos and a video to present to the manager, who offered me a replacement fry. This McDonalds never fails to disappoint. If you go past midnight I can guarantee you you will be told it's "CASH ONLY" ... Let's go back to about 2 weeks ago. I ask for a Big Mac and 4 cheeseburgers with 4 sides of Big Mac sauce (I order this for my kids every time, all locations simply charge me $0.50 per sauce which I don't mind) When I go to the second window to pay I notice the sauces are not on the receipt. I ask the kid at the window if he could add the sauces, since I know I can't just ask for them at the last window. He tells me I'm going to get them at the last window. I get to the last window, I get my food and ask if the sauces are in. They assure me they are. I open a small cardboard box on the top of the bag with Big Mac sauce in it... I assume they did put all 4 sauces. I get home to realize the gave me a plain Big Mac with the sauce on the side and none of the 4 sauces I asked to purchase. Yesterday i go to get a McFlurry.. when I pay I ask for them to pls have it go through the McFlurry machine to mix it (if I don't ask it's never done) I'm told "sure ! Worse than awful! I mean this deserves zero stars! It's sad really because many years ago I had a ritual: I would go watch a play at the Miracle Theatre and then after the play, I would eat from this McDonalds in my car. I hadn't done it in a long time because I don't go to that theatre as often anymore, but I did watch a play there a few days ago and came by this McDonald's for a late night meal. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and a coke. I drove off and parked my car to eat. I grabbed by coke and noticed it seemed light in weight. I opened the lid and noticed they poured half the cups worth of coke inside. Really? That little? Cmon you guys buy the syrup in bulk and you cheat me on this? Look at the picture it's incredible. I now wondered how my food was. I started eating the fries... tasted rancid. It tasted like old oil. Tried the burger, spit it out. Terrible! I had to drive to Checkers down the street to eat something. Threw all my McDonald's food in the trash bin at Checkers. It's really upsetting to have to buy food a second time at another location because the food was that bad. It's also upsetting to not even be given a full cup of coke when I paid for it. I m not a fan of fast food restaurants, but I was hungry and McDonald's was right there. Never again. The cashier made a mistake. A burger doesn't sound like a quarter pounder, and neither the price.I was treated as if it was my fault that she made a mistake and that I was very cheap to be asking for my money. This was the most horrible McDonald's experience I've ever had! I went at 3:30pm and they were not busy. I walked right up to the cashier and placed my order. I was eating in, so the cashier told me to sit at a table and gave me a large plastic number to display, and that someone would being me my order. I waited... and waited... and waited!! I was sitting across from the opening to behind the counter so I could see clearly what was going on. The only employee who knew what he was doing was the young man at the register... everyone else was either chatting, looking confused, or making mistakes! After 20 minutes, I asked an employe to please check on my (simple) order. He never came back. I got up to find him... he awkwardly said he had given my food to someone else! No apology.Just walked away. Asked another employee to please check my order... he said it would be right out. I was hungry so I waited... and WAITED!!!! After 10 more minutes I went to the cashier and told him I was leaving and wanted a refund. He got the manager. (15 min now, and food still not ready!) Manager did not apologize... did not even say anything to me!! Not at all manager-like! Gave me a refund. I left very hungry and VERY unhappy! Made me think twice about EVER going to another McDonald's! There was a gentleman standing nearby who observed the situation.He had come in with his elderly mother. Store says that they're open 24 hours but when you pull up to the drive-through it says the store is closed. Lights are on, workers are inside. Are you open or are you closed?
