Keepin it real at our layover here in Miami Blessed enough to find this not on a Sunday, small stall, quick service but nothing exceptional, im spoiled by the good old Chick Fil A days where everyone gets greeted nicely. Food didn't hit as hard, not sure why, fries still good, but still better than a lot of the other options in the airport

I was happy to see that they added this Chick-fil-A betweenE and D gates at Miami International Airport. While there was a little bit of a line, the staff was able to handle the orders very timely in true Chick-fil-A fashion. I got my favorite breakfast, which is the mini chickens. Everything was hot and fresh and delivered quickly while trying to catch my flight.

We stopped there before our flight and ordered two number one meals, and we wanted one of the drinks with a sweet half & half and the second drink, unsweetened half & half, but then, after letting the cashier know what we wanted a few times, we gave up and just took what they gave us which was one correct drink and the other just unsweetened ice tea. Then, when waiting for the food, they call you by name and the guy handing the food out was in total shock when me and someone else with the same name approached for the bag of food, and it took a second employee to help him figure out who the bag went to. Also, what's annoying is they have a tip jar and tip option on the register when it's not a sit-down restaurant with table service. Cost was $29.92 for two regular size number one meals and one cup of fruit.

Love chick fil a, but the cashier Dalis has a bunch of attitude. I hope management tells her about the chick fil a culture.

But once we landed in MIA, we had a bit of a layover, so it was nice to stumble upon a Chick Fil A knowing we'd get our meal in 10 minutes at a decent price.

(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.

Do you have the late night munchies? On the hunt for a quick and tasty bite that'll hit the spot?…read moreAre you plain in the mood for a chicken & gyro bowl? LOOK NO FURTHER. DCG is the spot to go! This was my second time grabbing a bowl from DCG and it was a homerun-outta-the-park experience. The food is exceptional, the flavors, delightful, and the ordering experience is a breeze. I love that you can build your own bowl - similar to most places where you can pick and produce amongst the offering of ingredients. If you're in the area or are willing to drive 20-30 minute, this spot is well worth it! I highly recommend it!

They even thanked me on the way out, which always leaves a lasting impression. Flavor This lamb gyro was perfectly balanced. Juicy, well-seasoned meat paired with chickpeas, crisp lettuce, and that tzatziki sauce that brings everything together with a creamy, tangy punch. Texture Every bite had something going on--tender lamb, crunchy lettuce, soft wrap, and smooth sauce. No boring bites here. Portion More than filling. Honestly, they hook it up. And shoutout to the extra fork in the bag--because once it starts falling apart, you're not letting a single bite go to waste. Overall Experience This is one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave. Great people, great food, and that feeling of "I'm definitely coming back." By the time you get to the last few bites, you're lowkey hoping there's more hiding in the wrap or at the bottom of the bag. That extra fork wasn't just clutch--it was necessary. Nothing gets left behind. If you're in Miami, DCG is a must. Don't think twice. See you again, soon

The man at the counter was friendly and repeated my order back to me. It only took about 3 minutes for it to be ready and they again repeated it back and handed it to me. Drink bar and some tables has yet to be wiped down. The restroom were unisex and were not too bad. SERVICE: Staff were very polite. They answered my questions as it was my first time and gave me a courtesy for something they don't have. FOOD: I thought that this was another version of Pollo Tropical. Well, stand corrected. And although they serve a grilled option, this is a legit fried-chicken place. For drinks, they also offer fancy juices and horchata...pretty cool. Oh them chicken were lightly breaded and crunchy and well seasoned. The three piece meal comes with one side and a bread or tortilla. The fries were not bad but the coleslaw was delightful and crunchy. Overall, I am glad we ventured out to calle 8 And tried this place. That chicken flavor is memorable.
