I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but don't come here unless you want to be treated rudely. Sadly I learned that the hard way, trying to give it a chance now I have to leave a bad review, the girl on drive thru was so rude she even huff and puff when we were giving her our order. Umm who is the customer and who is the employee??? I know it's MacDonalds but still I know hard working students who have graduated from a university working hard a Macdonalds so it's sad because it speaks really badly of the managers do you really have to hire people like that or put them at the window with that attitude. I have been to this specific McDonald's three different times and every single time the lines have been to the door! They only have girl trying to do three peoples job. The manager Cristal is so rude and disrespectful. She is suppose to be the manager I would think she can be nicer than the staff but no she is far worst. This has to be one of the worst establishments that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. 25+ minute waits minimum in the drive thru every single time and they still have the audacity to make you park and wait for your order. McDonalds food has gotten ridiculous EXPENSIVE! A regular Big Mac meal and kids hamburgers meal = $15.00!!! Way overpriced and wasn't even supersized. We came at 3:00p on a Saturday. Kids area was nasty with food all over the place and trash covering the floor. The only kid in the play area just peed on the playground slides and his mother took him home. Informed cashier that a kid just peed on the slides. No one came out to clean or shut down the play ground at least until it got cleaned. Then a lady proceeded to wash her hands under the Sprite tab...I told her it was not water and told her to go the bathroom...she looked like she was high on something and she was with her family who all asked me for money. Every time I go to this McDonald's drive thru at night my food has been lukewarm. From the fries to the burger. My orders are simple, just medium fries and 2 cheese burger meal. Today I only had one car and a high school / young college age kid on a bicycle in front of me. The bicycle probably should not have been allowed in the drive thru to begin with but oh well I guess. So I'm thinking this wait should be short and if not then we are probably just waiting on the fries that should be hot and fresh from the fryer. After a 15 min wait for the kid on the bike in front of me waiting on his food and the cashier by the looks of it taking her time to flirt with this high school kid he gets his food and finally leaves. I finally pay and grab my order and when I was just about to ask for ketchup the cashier closes the door on me to talk to another employee! It came off extremely rude and will not be coming back to this location. To top it off my food was room temp and not fresh at all considering the long wait. Unless you want rude service and cold food I recommend eating at a different McDonald's or opting for a healthier meal choice altogether. read more

But oh wait you forgot the other 9 cars infront of you ordering the same thing. So that's at least 5 minutes per car. You're looking at perhaps a 45 minute wait for food regardless of how fast you think it's made. at the end of the day it's still made by people who have to put it all together, and doing that takes time you ignorant pigs.
