This McDonalds is awful!!! When the Chicken Siracha Sandwich came out with the Potato roll it was awesome!!! I loved that sandwich!!! However this McDonalds only had the Potato roll for a couple weeks and then never restocked it. This last week I went in and now they discontinued the sandwich completely!!!! :( I am done with McDonalds!!! You finally get something that tastes great and you discontinue it!!! I don't know why I keep coming to this McDonald's. Some are awesome, cola is on point, always happy even though they fake it to make it. Then there's this one, horribly understaffed drive thru wait is ridiculous, always seems to be out of something or it happens to be unavailable, have to wait on something that is super basic for my kid, nuggets come on. I can't wait for the "under new managment sign. Some employees are great. On the whole...it's worth the drive to a different location. read more

Terrible service and when they advertise use our new mobile app for discounts they say their machine is not working. I can understand once, maybe twice but three and the forth time not working is a little ridiculous. This is McDonalds the company trying very hard to rebuild its reputation with so many competitors out there with better food and healthier options. The drive thru is always packed and slow so I generally go inside to place my order if I am in a hurry and in need of a junk food fix. Just like any other fast food establishment the food is inconsistent in temperature and quantity. I do not expect high quality from fast food. The location is near where I live and I rarely crave fast food so it is a decent quick fix. read more

I prefer to come to this McDonald's because it's the closest to my house. however it ALWAYS seems to disappoint. Their ice cream machine is never working. It's supposed to be open at 5am , but this morning it was 5:07am and the workers were just outside talking and no one inside to take my order. Then one of the guys tells me it's closed ? They don't even deserve the one star! This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The line is always 7 cars long and they always forget an item or make it wrong. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I've tried going at different times, drive through and inside, to give them a fair chance but every single time, it's horrible. The food is always bad, cold, put together sloppy or the order is screwed up completely. The wait time in the drive through is ridiculously long (I could literally go home and cook the stuff myself in less time! I usually only do fast food once in awhile when I need something quick or sometimes when I'm in too much pain to cook and we don't have much at home). The sweet tea is always watered down and taste like sugar water with almost no tea flavor, the fries taste like they were from the previous day and the ice cream machine is broken more than its not (although that's usually all McDonald's). The employees are extremely slow and will stand there in the window having conversations with other employees that aren't even relevant to work, meanwhile you're just waiting to pay them for your order. They look at you like you're bothering them! Inside, isn't even better, every time I've been there, it's dirty and it takes way longer than it should to get your order. I'm a patient person and I've also worked at a McDonald's before, I'm not being unrealistic or exaggerating, this place is bad! I went there a few months ago and the bathroom was so disgusting that I couldn't even use it...and I really had to go! There was bloody tissue on the toilet seat, feces on the floor, paper and trash everywhere and the sink area...lets just say that it would have been more sanitary to not wash your hands after going to the bathroom! I reported it to them and nobody seemed to care. We had to wait another 25-30 minutes for our food and not once did anyone go check the restroom. They were not even busy at that time and at least two employees were standing there doing nothing but talking about a party or something. The fry machine was beeping for several minutes and they just kept talking like they weren't even at work. I will personally never ever go back to this specific McDonald's and I would rather drive several miles out of my way to go to another one if I really want to go that bad. If I could give this negative or zero stars, I would! I honestly don't know how this place is still in business! read more

Just fucking nasty. This McDonald's is plain out horrible. Nasty food, nasty bathrooms, bad service, just disappointing. One time I ordered a chicken McNugget happy meal and do you know what I got in the McNugget box? I didn't get McNuggets, I LITERALLY got fucking tarter sauce in there. I'm not fucking joking. There wasn't anybody in line and the guy took our order pretty quick! However it took an extremely long time to get our food..there wasn't anything speedy about this fast food location..and on top of that he messed up my kids order... the guy did apologize for the wait however. All four trash bins were in need of emptying asap..I left my trash on top were you leave the trays. There wasn't any room for my trash..it was overflowing on all trash bins..trust me I checked.. read more

This yelp review is long over due. I came in here last week at 9am to try their caramel iced coffee. It's been years I haven't have McDonalds and some coworker of mine from LA told me that their iced coffee is good and worth the price! Wrong! Their iced coffee would have been good if they do not have any coffee grains on the bottom! I asked the guy in the drive thru if they have a different one he can give me (an iced coffee with no coffee grains on the bottom). His response was, he didn't brew the coffee that morning and they need to brew a new one. He didn't even told me how long it will take and if I am willing to wait. If only Starbucks have drive thru around where I live I wouldn't have wasted my money in this place! read more

If you are going for icecream you might want to call before going. Their machine seems like its always broke or always out of icecream. It sucks when you have to sit in drive- thru and all you are ordering is icecream,then you order and they tell you sorry we dont have any! You still have to sit there and wait for everyone else. They have ripped me off for about $18 worth of food now. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. Missing items, completely wrong orders, but my favorite thing they do is ask you to go park while they make your order then they will bring your order to you so that thier drive thru clock is reset. Usually I dont mind doing that for other restaurants if it makes their drive thru times look good. Only problem here is that since they get my order wrong all the tine, im stuck having to now walk in and complain. Sometimes I go in to complain but sometimes im in my PJs so I dont want to walk in....hence now they ripped me off. read more

Ok really it's just a McDonald's. Service can be better but what does need immediate attention is cleanliness. Floors are dirty and restrooms are disgusting.
