By far one of the most disgusting McDonald's ever I've never seen so many flies inside of a food restaurant. The trash cans were over filled with trash. The floor had trash all over it, and they were taking forever to give orders to the people that ordered, including myself, they called my number up and my food wasn't even ready so I stood there for an extra 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food which they had partially ready so when they completed my order my food was cold. They had workers that weren't doing anything. Just in all a bad experience never going here again. read more

Even though I'm very close by, I will never come here again!! I did a curbside order on the app, and that's where the problem started. Waiting at my car for over a half an hour and my order never came. Ended up going inside and they said they could not find my order. I looked at my bank account and I had been charged for my order. Then I noticed my order sitting on the counter. The manager said that I had miss spoken and said that I had a mobile order for pick up and I said no, I was waiting at the curb for over half an hour! I have to complain about an employee ANIYAH. Not sure if she was an assistant manager or a normal employee, but I witnessed her being rude and speaking angrily at another customer just because they asked for her receipt. Regarding restaurant #31236 Just wanted to share a few photos on this store. Today is Saturday May 19th. My wife and I are here for lunch with our 2 kids. QSC not measuring up.  The restaurant is dirty. Trash cans are not cleaned out and overflowing. The playground area is horribly kept. There is trash everywhere. Not sure if this place is short staffed or just lazy management. We only saw 1 employee who was working patiently with customers on how to use the kiosk. It took 21 min to recieve our order. I don't think I have ever walked out of a fast food place because it was taking too long. I stood as the next person in line with no one behind me for like over 5 minutes without being called. That may not seem like a long time, but they were barely busy. Again, no one in front of me, no one behind me. Even the line outside only had like 3-4 people. I only went inside because I'm on keto and wanted to try the kiosk. In that space of time, I watched them screw up 3 orders by forgetting to add items. And someone standing by me said his order hadn't been called and 4 people had already been served since then, even though he ordered before them. They didn't even make his order. They just straight up forgot it. There were so many people working, I don't know how you screw up that badly in the span of like 10 minutes. I finally walked out because the idiot at the cash register started talking to some dude in Spanish about where she's from and random crap while I still stood there and waited for eye contact. Please recycle your whole staff because they are morons. read more

Picked the kids up from school and to my irritation they both requested McDonald's for dinner (I have only their mom to thank for them thinking this is a wonderful choice). It's McDonald's, OK, I already have tempered expectations but this one, tonight, somehow managed to get 3 of 3 items wrong on our order. I ordered two kids meals- each with a cheeseburger- and one six-piece Buttermilk Chicken Tenders. Neither kids meal had the cheeseburger and the tenders box had only five pieces in it. Of course this wasn't discovered until we got home, a 20 minute drive away. Not only did I get to burn 25 minutes in the drive-through process but I also got to make the kids dinner when we got home. so I came to this McDonald's tonight which is the McDonald's by my house which I come to all the time despite the terrible customer service so the manager who would not give me her name she speaks broken English and is one of the many rude employees there I went to use my McDonald's app. She said the code was not working, so I pulled up to the window, got a different code for her and showed it to her on my phone. She proceeds to tell me it's not her fault that it's not working that I need to fucking pay for it or leave that I was holding up her line, she then closes the window and starts talking crap to the other people working there I will be contacting corporate and to top it all off. All I ordered was to MCdoubles and they gave me two McChicken's. It's a very simple low-paying job to work at McDonald's. If you can't handle that I don't think you're fit to be working. read more

ZERO out of ANY NUMBER. When the staff serves you your order way before the three or four people who had been waiting for their order prior to your arrival, be very concerned. My fries were lukewarm and the cardboard container which enclosed my sandwich of choice had a use first sticker. I don't know if this is some sort of expired food violation Health Department but literally what was inside the container was dried burnt and inedible in addition to clearly being Beyond its servable quality. This locations team members gave me this fossil that was doubling as a fish sandwich. I've never had this problem before at this location in terms of the sandwich, but 7 times Outta 10 the fries are going to be lukewarm and or soggy. Based on the overall 1-star rating for this location it appears the team here is in need of retraining and rebranding for McDonald's quality. I have never received a fossilized sandwich or soggy lukewarm fries at the location off of Alessandro in spite of them being extremely busy. I won't be back. I was looking to enjoy a nice cheat meal with my and we chose to go to this location for that which ended up being a horrible decision based off of our food and the service we got when we were going through the drive through. I had ordered 4 quarter pounders and fries for my family and all except one of them came this way! The patty wasn't even cooked right for one. The fries were so stale as well. I didn't think to check my food when it was handed to me from drive through trusting in the service and for me to open my family's meal and to see this just when we had gotten home got me so down, it's not cool to mess with someone's food ! This isn't an angry review, but hear me out. I recognize this location is one of the busiest locations in Moreno Valley. However, they appear to be extremely under-staffed. There's obviously too much work for the little employees that work at one time. Even though they were very nice to customers, it was obvious they are extremely stressed out. Hire more people and/or pay the employees more money. It took 30 minutes for me to receive my order because a single person is working on many orders at once. I understand that because of Covid, there isn't available seating, yet so many people go to that location so everyone is all congregated in a tiny space instead of being able to spread out. It defeats the purpose. However, the only thing that did upset me is the mother in front of me allowed her child to get a slushee AND TWO McFlurries. Wtf. read more

Worst Mcdonalds in Moreno Valley would give 0 stars if I could. Today, I ordered curb side to go as soon as I arrive the app wouldn't allow me to check in so cool now I have to go inside. The line is forever long filled with upset customers and the restaurant is filthy dirty floors and filthy tables. Manager yells at us to get in a single file line whether you're ordering or picking up. As soon as it's my turn the cashier disappears and helps out in the kitchen leaving nobody upfront. When the cashier finally came back the manager tells them to only take orders no pickup orders. I protest immediately because I've been waiting and I dont see my order on the screen but they took my money. Finally after 40 minutes I receive my food and its missing the free happy meal I got from the app and no sauce at all after being told it's all in the bag.
