I had to re-order 1 single hashbrown because my youngest decided she wanted that instead of what we got there, so instead of walking back there to grab me 1 hashbrown, I had to stand in line and wait for 3 other full orders to be fulfilled on the screen. No common sense with these people. And when I asked for ketchup, the lady filling the orders was so inconvenienced that she moved at the pace of a pregnant cow. We are down from GA on softball trip. Went in on 7/16 @ 10:20am to the 4511 Orange Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561 location to get breakfast. Right when we walked in, a lady by the name of Anistasia (Not really sure if that was her name) yelled out we could not come in unless masks were worn. My wife stated the mask ordinance did not go into effect until 5pm but Anistasia stated it was a McDonald's rule and not a state rule. We said ok and I went out to my truck and got 3 masks to put on. After entering the building masked, I started looking around at this staff noticed that the majority of them were wearing there masks below their nose or even under their chin. So I told Anistatia that I was going to take my mask off since none of them were wearing their mask the proper way. She immediately blew up and yelled out to her staff demanding they put on the mask properly and then turned and yelled at us for questioning why we were "Worrying" about them. I simply wanted her to know that what is good for one is good for all. Don't force me to do something that you arent willing to do. We have enough stress is the world without going to a fast food joint and feeling threatened by staff. To the owners of this business....You have a serious problem with this lady! PERIOD She has an extremely violent temper. She told me that "I NEEDED TO GET A CHECK ON MY WIFE"!!! So I in turn told her I would see her in the unemployment line. We have eaten here a few times on our vacation and this is by far the worst time we ate here. We were told to use the kiosk so we did. People were coming in after use an received their food before use. We waited a good 25 mins for our food. I will not return to this location. The only reason for the 1 is because I had to put at least 1. Very up happy with the service we received today. My daughter order the breakfast burrito meal and didn't receive her food with the rest of ours which we waited for another 10 mins. read more

If you like old re-heated fries, burnt nuggets, waiting in long lines, and poor customer service this is the place for you. Came here to get a meal for my family, ordered curbside 15 minutes ahead because i knew the line would be long but i should have went drive thru instead. Sat in curbside for about 25 minutes and called twice only for them to pick up and say we dont go outside you come in. Thats fine i had no problem but i went in and the food still wasn't ready after 10 minutes. I was given my cups and told to pour my own drinks. After the lady walked away she mumbled under her breathe "we aint got enough workers to go outside come get your own d*** food" as a worker was outside on the phone and another standing in the corner with his arms crossed. Luckily we got all of our food but like i said it was burnt and all the fries were just reheated and unsalted. read more

Every time we go to this location, the employees are rude and the food is sometimes under cooked. This last visit, my son and I simply wanted bacon cheeseburgers and the lady at the order window told me they don't have those. I was informed that they call them quarter pounders. Well when we showed up some guy sprinted outside and told us the bread is gonna be weird, and I said I guess that's okay, and he ran back and banged on the windows and yelled "lemme in" and it was almost probably an hour wait for 2 sandwiches. It's a beautiful Sunday morning ... so I decide to go to McDonald's to get my wife and I Some breakfast. I walk in .The place isn't to busy .No one in line to order . I walk up to the counter to order. The young lady taking my order looked so annoyed to do her job . So I put my order in a simple one at that. 1 chicken biscuit ,1 sausage biscuit,and 1 steak bagel meal. Simple right ? Well not at this McDonald's. They messed up the order . The worst McDonald's you can come to. Don't go through drive thru cause they'll park you over on the reserved side and make you wait. They dropped my bag of food, then took the bag back in, brought the same bag out minus a fry, gave it to the guest next to me, went back in and finally brought my food back out. Cold French fries covered the bottom of my bag. Guess they were using them tO keep my burger cool and nuggets cool. Forgot to tell them I like them hot. Bag had went through so much and was greasy from top to bottom. At least there drive thru time is quick on the books. Took probable cause 20 minutes and every parking lane stayed full of people waiting on there food. Not the first time or the second but I'm sick of this McDonalds. Unfortunately it isn't possible to give zero stars. Three days AFTER Memorial Day, these people cannot give any kind of customer service whatsoever. I've been in the drive thru line, 10 cars in front of me, and not one single car has moved in now FIFTEEN MINUTES (actually longer because I didn't start timing it on my stopwatch until at least five minutes after waiting). Not a single car has moved. And now I'm stuck in the line because two cars are now behind me. This place is a pathetic joke. Whoever is responsible for managing this place needs to be fired, and the whole place might as well just get shut down. I've been to this location several times, and even when there's only been 2 or 3 cars in front of me it's always been at LEAST a 30 minute ordeal. WORST McDonalds in the US!!!! They never get an order correct. I once got a 10 piece chicken nugget that had a bite taken out of it. It also was bone cold. I guess I should have looked at the poor reviews of this location before I set foot inside...I give this place zero stars. When we walked in, people were standing around waiting to order and for food. I used the mobile kiosk to buy two breakfast combos. Fifteen minutes later, we still didn't have our food. I decided to ask for my money back and cancel my order after noticing the same people waiting for food when we walked in still waiting. I stood in line another five minutes when our food finally came out. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was so disgusting that I threw it in the garbage can after one bite. It was covered in some kind of unidentified sauce or partially runny egg, but I couldn't tell you exactly what it was because I didn't want to taste it to find out. Worst McDonald's experience of my life. Idk how you can screw up a large coffee, but they managed to do it. They have the ordering kiosks like in Europe. That wasn't the issue though. I love the kiosks. The issue was the cold coffee that tasted like vinegar & the 18 minutes I had to wait for it bc mine was put at the end of the line after everyone's food instead of them handing you a cup or coffee right away when you order. They were out of coffee and gave me a blend of decaf & regular that had been sitting and they had an issue when I asked for fresh coffee so I took the old coffee and left. read more

This location has converted to the self ordering kiosks, so I thought I would give it a try. Ordered a double quarter pound'er meal, took my number and sat down. I also was curious about the new, fresh, cooked to order 1/4#er. Well, my tray arrived, classic cardboard carton with the words "double" on it. Opened the box to find a single. Went to the counter and the clerk argued with me, pointing to the words "double" on the box. Finally I opened the box for him to show him it was a single. "OH', takes it and walks away, leaving me standing at counter. Returns several minutes later and hands me the box back. I return to my seat and eat my double, one hot and fresh patty and one slightly cool patty. Interesting taste. Think I will go back to packing my lunch. read more

We were asked probably 6+ times what we had ordered, paid at the first window, was accused of not paying at the 2nd window EVEN THOUGH WE HAD OUR RECEIPT? It was a fiasco. They then proceeded to hand us someone else's order, and once they finally gave us OUR order they gave us a Sprite instead of a Coke- which is fine, but NOT what we had ordered. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! The entire staff seemed as if they were "high" on something especially the girl taking my order! She could not comprehend anything! While waiting for our order, which no one was even fixing, a customer came up and told my family and I to make sure we check our food because his hamburger he ordered had no meat on it. Well that was the final straw for me! I mean we're trusting these people to be competent enough to fix our food! So I canceled my order, which they hadn't even started on 10 mins after ordering, demanded a manager and a refund! Well no manager came but another employee came and helped the incompetent girl give me a refund, but I used my debit card was ensured I'd have a credit in my account by the next day..., needless to say there never has been a credit or refund!
