Then when i tried giving a mcdonald's survey the lady giving the food and saw this and asked for our receipt to give all three orders. Today, 11/30/2016 is the first time I actually ate inside this McDonald's. I believe I have used the drive thru in the past about 5 times in total. Actually, this is the first time I have been inside any McDonald's in many years. I don't know if all McDonald's are now like this, or it is just this location; however, I had a fantastic experience. You walk in, and it is actually a comfortable laid back environment. The restaurant was very nice and extremely clean. It was just me and I arrived at about 11:50AM and dined in. The two employees at the registers were very nice and pleasant to deal with. At this restaurant, you sit down with a table number and they bring the food to you. It felt weird to me....at a McDonald's; however, the lady who delivered the food was also very pleasant and even went back to get me an additional sauce. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience at a McDonald's. I definitely cannot wait to return to this location again. read more

I will never return to McDonald's ever! In fact I will vow to never return to any McDonald's ever in my life because of the burger or fries I had on Friday afternoon at this location. I ate a quarter pounder at 1:30pm and by 4:30pm my body was trying to heave it out! In fact, I had hot-flashes and cold-sweats, I almost passed out. They'll give you the wrong drink, forget to give you fries or something. If you come to this McDonalds, go inside! The best inside remodel I have been to for the decor. It is worth seeing how clean it is and some features such as video games for kids or lounge area. They have video monitor with the menu. The inside does get packed and the drive thru is a zoo! They really try to pack people here since the lot is small. Drive Thru is a bitch, sometimes you might as well order inside. - Inside tables are run-of-the-mill fast food tables, but there's something about these McDonald tables that makes me want to eat at home or in my car. - Service is fast, I only had to wait for food once (they had me pulled out of the Drive Thru line for a couple minutes and allowed me to cut back in). - Never got an order wrong here, nor have I had a cold chicken nugget. I've always had McDonald's coffee and decided to give this place a go since it was close by to my workplace. The building has a pretty modern look and for the most part was clean. McDonald's food is fattening but it's so yummy sometimes. I rarely get their food anymore but their coffee has always been consistent and good. I used the drive through because I was in a rush and they feature two drive through lanes to somewhat speed up the process. I ordered my typical small coffee with one sugar and one cream; and the fresh aroma of coffee filled up my car. For $1.52, I can't really complain about it; it has caffeine and does the job of keeping up energized until 5pm. So give their coffee a try! read more

One of the few times someone has provided notable customer service (for any fast food restaurant). I was craving a fruit cup of some kind. They don't have one, but he was super nice and said that they can make one for me with what they have. They could slice up bananas, mix in apple slices, and add in raisins - and it would only be a dollar or so because it's just the cost of those regular items with no extra charge. He was really patient and helpful, trying to find a creative solution for my late-night craving. I just went to this McDonald's and tried to place my order and was interrupted by the order taker and therefore I found out my order was taken incorrectly when I arrived at the pay window. I saw that they only put 4 sugar on the receipt and I asked for 12 and I also asked for 4 cream and received none as well as no stir sticks to stir in the sugar that I finally received. The worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's and I eat at McDonald's almost everyday. I ordered a Big Mac that was cold and the meat seemed very dry as if it were old. The burger was inedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich that had no chicken on it(No Chicken!!??). My fries were also cold. The only food that was edible was the small side salad and I believe that's only because they don't prepare it. After calling the establishment the worker apologized for the service and ensured me that due to the time being 12:37am that I could come in the next day to speak with a manager and get my food remade. The lady with the ugly blue eyeliner named Cindy is definitely slow. I came to the second intercom and had nobody take my order. I normally wait for somebody to say something first because I know what its like to work fast food and have somebody annoyingly repeat "hello?" into your ear. There was something wrong because they continued taking orders for other cars in the other intercom. I pulled to the first window and was greeted with a jumpscare. I tried to quickly just ask to order the one thing I wanted but she cut me off and kept repeating I have other orders what do you want? I said can I order since she cut me off before I could even get a word out. She said Yes I've been waiting. I ended up pulling around again to a different intercom since I didn't want to hold her up or other customers. Since there was a car in my way I couldn't pull forward. I have never been fought so hard for my order at McDonald's before today. When placing my order at the drive through I informed the person taking the order that the car would be placing two orders (so that my passenger and I could both use our $2 Big Mac coupon) we each ordered Big Macs with large drinks and one order of the 2 for $6 10 piece chicken nuggets. They repeated the order back and after reviewing it ensuring both ordered where correct we proceeded to the next window. Upon arriving they lost my order. Being that the drive through was busy and it was lunch time I calmly reassured them I understood and repeated my order showing them the (Big Mac) coupon and paid for my order. My passenger then had to repeat their order as well. We make it to the 2nd window and my passenger gets their order Big Mac ($2 coupon) and large soda. They hand me a my drink then a bag with 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. I inform them that they missed my Big Mac and offered to show them my receipt, they ask me to pull into waiting area and they will bring out the Big Mac. This is when the fun starts! As Nancy approached my car with a bag I got out my receipt out just in case she wanted to see it instead she begins by asking me want the issue was. I explained that our car had two orders offered to showed her both receipts (she refused to look at them) and instead insist that I had ordered incorrectly and they didn't charge me for the Big Mac which is why it wasn't included. I point out that on my receipt it clearly shows that is was charged and that the coupon was used on my phone as part of the order. Again Nancy insist I ordered incorrectly and they are giving me the burger with no charge. I POINT OUT ON THE RECEIPT WHERE THE CHARGE WAS APPLIED and tell her that no I paid for it and she's wasting her and my time explaining how they misunderstood my order which I repeated to them three different time and broke it down for her only to be met with her ending it with "well you ordered wrong". I drove away before my passenger got out to give her a piece of her mind. Long story short I am greatly disappointed and frustrated that a McDonald's employees felt the need to escalate the situation unnecessarily and couldn't acknowledge the mistake on their end three times over. read more

Overall OK. Cheaply operated. No napkins, no condiments. There's been two occasions in which a black person caused trouble. First one tried to punk out the manager, threatening him, because he wasn't allowed to get free soda during the summer. The other instance was a guy kept walking around muttering to himself, then got the tray of a father and son of their table and asked for money. He was ignored. Next he went to do the same to 3 old ladies (75+ up). I think they gave him money as he was ordering next time I saw him. Not racist comments, I was only observing and reporting what I saw, factually. Management should have a better handle on things so that paying customers are kept safe and enjoy their food and not be bothered by those who just lurk around asking for money, inside the restaurant. read more
