I ordered a double cheeseburger burger value meal. The burger was good and hot, my fries were hot but very hard pretty much burned. My nuggets were cold I asked for honey mustard sauce but got ranch. I couldn't eat the nuggets I'm not a fan of ranch. $5.77 was a waste of money to only enjoy a value burger. read more

Was just in the McDonalds on Oxford ave. It's been awhile since I was in here. Remodel looks good, so the grand kids want some nuggets, so we ordered a ten piece and fries so I was hungry also so I purchased a Big Mac meal and the wife had a QPounder. After a short wait out the door we go everyone grabs their order, got home and opened mine looked good and when I took my first bite looked a little weird so I took a peek and behold only one burger not two whole beef patties special sauce lettuce, cheese, pickles, on a sesame seeded bun. Very disappointing, so no more Oxford ave. McDonalds I'll get my nuggets and burgers elsewhere. read more

The big breakfast came with a old stale biscuit and there was a hair in the scrambled eggs. I hadn't ordered from McDonalds in over a year due to a previous bad experience and getting the runaround about a refund of my money. I guess I'll stop ordering from the McDonalds Corporation entirely since their services are completely unacceptable! Here I come BK you have a new customer. McDonalds do better and most of all be better with your presentation of food. Make sure all workers wear a hair net and that your food is fresh. My Mom and I decided to come here after work, before Ash Wednesday. The line was long, but they moved us out pretty quickly. The cashier taking our money was very nice. They forgot to give us one order of fries (since we ordered two). We drove back to the restaurant (luckily we were only a block away when I noticed), and I went into the restaurant. They apologized and asked what size I ordered (they did not even check my bag or the receipt really). I was truthful and said a Medium. The food was also really good. Crazy thing is I rolled the bag back up afterward and drove home (only 3 minutes) and my fries were already cold (even though they were fresh out of the fryer when we received them). Maybe it was just really cold outside. I will be back to this location! read more

I went to this McDonald's for the first time ever, this past Saturday (and my first time at a McDonald's in many years.) What can I say- its McDonald's. The food was what you would expect. The customer service was excellent though. There was a problem with the latte I ordered, & I ended up having to wait about 10 minutes for it. After waiting, it did not taste good at all. The manager came over, apologized, & remedied the situation. If I ever return to a McDonald's, I'll be sure to give this one another try. read more

As I'm about to walk in I noticed an employee on drive thru side running out to smoke a cigarette, with kids around. That's my 1st issue. 2nd I place my order and while I'm about to take my daughter to the bathroom I noticed that same employee come in from smoking a cigarette, not washing his hands, and returning to work. That to me is disgusting. I proceeded to the bathroom and to my daughter to the men's, when I opened the the door there was a severe pungent smell that made my daughter gag. Of course we did not use it. Not sanitary at all. When I get my order I rush out because of my daughter needing to go to a bathroom. I get home and noticed my meal was wrong, I asked for no vegetables. Of course there was onions on it, and no bacon, just meat, onion and cheese. I bought 2 happy meals and one did not come with a toy. My daughter's are now upset which is why I'm doing this survey. I've been coming to this McDonald's since the early 90's and noticed a huge decline in customer service over the years. This was 1 of many issues I have had over the years and most certainly my last. Me and a group of friends got in line to purchase nuggets and fries to share and enjoy. They told us if we are buying anything we are not allowed to sit down and have to take it on the go. They said that because we are teenagers but we were not loud or obnoxious. We were going to use our money on their food but I guess not. Also, there were other people sitting down eating. Just because we are teenagers does not mean we are going to keep away customers. Thank God Taco Bell is right next door because I would gladly spend it there anyway. read more
