I had a great experience here this morning. I needed a quick breakfast after an appointment and decided to go through the drive through. My total time from start to finish was maybe 5-7minutes. It was 8am, a little busy. The two cashiers/workers I interacted with were both friendly and helpful. My order was correct and the food was good. Placed a mobile order and waited in designated parking spot. App said it would be out in 2-5 minutes. After 15 minutes went inside and there was no one in the front to ask any questions. Went back to car and pulled into drive thru. Now it's been 25 minutes... get through the line and tell person at the speaker that I had been waiting for food. She said she would send someone out with the food...I told her I was now in the drive through! Get to the window and explain again and guy says "someone took your food". They charged me wrongfully for my order and after correcting it said they refunded there wrongdoing, and still after that the money was never refunded, I soon left and looked in my bag and my order was still incorrect and after calling yet again I was met with a manger that only knew how to say okay and there's nothing we could do about it. there is always something wrong with this mcdonald's, first of all their drive thru is TERRIBLE, maybe once in a blue moon they have someone actually doing a great job taking orders and getting the line to move. i went to this location at 2:30AM today because they are supposed to be open 24hrs , i was waiting in the drive thru to order and literally nobody answered then more cars started pulling up so i just rolled over to their last window when a woman opened it and i asked what was going on. she told me they're closed and i asked how they're closed if it's 24hrs and she said it was only her and maintenance. if y'all are closed because you guys can't function a store properly there are ways to notify customers without wasting their gas and time, i've worked at McDonald's and they easily could've placed cones blocking the drive thru areas, notes on the ordering station, literally anything to signify they're not functioning for the time being. read more

This place is beyond ridiculous. Stopped in the drive-thru today at 1:30pm. Was surprised there were not a lot of cars. Ordered a regular hamburger and large Fries. After paying, told to drive around to place #3 and wait for my order. Uh...okay....after sitting there for exactly 18 minutes, I turned off my car and walked inside. Woman who was obviously a manager, leaned up against a counter texting on her cell phone. Several bags just sitting on the counter. I stood there and stared at her. She looked up, saw me, and walked over saying, "are you waiting on an order?" I felt like saying, "no just standing here staring at you for no reason." But I said, "Yes, I've been outside in my car for about 20 minutes waiting on my food. What's the problem?" She looked at the bags and said, "What was your order?" I told her. She picked up a bag and just handed it to me. No apology, nothing. I said, "I also asked for specific condiments, are they in there?" They were not. I said, "20 minutes for a burger and fries is ridiculous." She made a plethora of excuses, including "I was on a business call when I was texting." I never even mentioned her texting, so she obviously knew I saw her. ZERO customer service. A multitude of excuses. Just pathetic. I got on the corporate website later and complained. Got the obligatory email back apologizing and telling me it's a franchised store. That's all I needed to hear. Explains the pathetic service for no apparent good reason. Horrible customer service. I went into the lobby this morning and was the only customer inside at that time. I guess I interpreted the cashier's morning conversation with the other employees. The cashier was ignoring the fact that I was waiting by the register. She decided to take my order after one of the other employees told her that she had a customer waiting. I asked for a coffee with creamer. I noticed she had messed up the order when I got to work. I called to get a refund for $1.40. I was told to bring the coffee back and got hung up on.
