I'm a regular customer at McDonald's ALWAYS ON the go with three little kids and this location on 91st and Thomas has lost us forever! The rude young girl at one of the windows who didn't wear a name tag for some odd reason; maybe because she knows she is going to have a attitude, sucks. Argued with me about giving a coupon code at the speaker and not the first window that they "don't take coupon codes at the first window" I said I'm sorry now that they are enforcing that I'll remember that but here's my code now.. she refused and began to argue with me saying that she could not take the code if I wanted to take an item off because she can't take my coupon code & I said I wanted all the items I just want my 20% off & she slammed the window on me & so she opened it back up I asked to speak with the manager & she again slammed the window on me another two times. She ended up accepting my code & ignored the manager question and asked if I wanted my receipt. At the next window I asked Kai for a manager & she kindly got one & I was told "I'm sorry I'll speak with her" she deserves to be fired or suspended. That was ridiculous to were my 6 and 4 year old said "I'll never be like that mom" random as we drove off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER & I've been a restaurant manager & a waitress. I know both worlds. This McDonald's is the worst. They have horrible customer service, and there drive thru is terrible. I go into the drive thru and a nice young man asks me what I want to order and a lady interrupts him and tells me to wait. They had me waiting for over 10 minutes. I say "hello" because it was taking forever and all I get is a "wait" from the lady in a rude tone of voice, and I have to wait an additional 5 minutes. Finally once they get to asking me what i wanted, i ask for 2 ice cream cones just to find out that there ice cream machine was broken. If I had a chance to give this place a no star review, I would. This McDonald's take the longest to bring your order out through the drive through. They make you wait in a designated parking area to bring your order out which defeats the purpose of a drive-through! This time specifically they took 50 minutes and even got the order wrong! I've been holding back on a review for too long. On top of getting the order completely wrong there was no mayo or lettuce in the hot and spicy plane bun with a chicken breast. No, I did NOT go back to exchange my order because even if I did, they would of messed it up again. Lost money and wasted time here. I would like to add that a different time I had ordered a large drink, they repeated the order to me before paying and specifically said "large drink" back and I proceeded to pay once I got to the second window I received a medium drink and I asked the employee "are you sure this is a large" she replied with "yea" and I told her it looks like a medium and she said "the order says medium not large."
