Why is it that no matter which location I choose to go to, each and every one is equally as disappointing? I boycotted for 6 years and really wanted a crispy chicken meal today. Most of the sandwich seemed to be made out of mayonaisse and the fries were fresh but made with old oil that made the roof of my mouth extremely waxy and flavorless. This locations was absolutely disgusting, my child and I ordered food and went to use the restroom. This restroom clearly had not been cleaned in days. The floor has black mold like substance in all the corners, their was STOOL smeared on the walls, one toilet was clogged with stool floatlong at the rim, trash and used toilet paper all over the floor. The toilets clearly have not been clean in days if not weeks. i have used portable restrooms at county fair ground cleaner then this RESTAURANT. I was disguste, if your restroom can look like this for people to see. What do you hide in the kitchen area. I canceled my food inform the manager. She said "Oh it's dirty, okay we will look into that during down time!" It was us two plus one older gentleman eating. Clearly this is okay by the staff since the management wasn't concerned. I live RIGHT NEXT to this place... so its my go to place for food. used to go there at least 5 times per week. they are mostly out of parfait. very tasty cookies if they are freshly baked. once they made me park in the front to wait for my cookie and the manager told me she was going to bring it out once they are done but then she completely forgot that I was there.she told me to wait for 5 minutes.. i waited a goodf 20 - 30 minutes ended up having to walk in there and she seemed confused when she saw me.. pretty food fries..hash brown sometimes wayyyyy to greasy...no ketchup with fries..lol i only got my ketchup like......1 out of 10 times that i order.. they do not change their menu on time. i once got there at around 6am, and it was still burgers n fries n not a breakfast menu trash at the end of drive-thru pretty stacked up at night...usually bags and stuffs sticking out...lol one time i went there late, and there were two guys smoking pot outside next to the bush. everything else just like any other mcds. read more

I'm done with this McDonald's. I live nearby, every time I forget that I don't like them & come here, I end up disappointed & get reminded why I shouldn't have come. They mess up my orders 90% of the time. One time I ordered a Big Mac and found out it only has 1 burger patty in it. Came here twice first time through the drive through and they mess up the order putting cheese in my girlfriends McGriddle when she specifically asked no cheese because of her lactose intolerance. Man, I know this place has bad service, but after 5 times coming here n 3 out of 5 they get my order wrong, I've had enough. Went in today and ordered waited for like 10 mins and had to go up there to ask for my order. Girl says she forgot to put the receipt on the queue so I wait another 5 mins.
