I had the most amazing experience ordering McDonald's through the Doordash app. Mind you, this was well over $80 worth of food, so we aren't talking a random hot apple pie. Less than half of the food was actually delivered by Doordash because the driver never waited around to find out if the order was complete and ready to go. He/She simply grabbed two of the three bags and left. What was missing: 2 Hot and Spicy Sandwiches, a cheeseburger, 20 chieken nuggets, and 13 chocolate chip cookies. What I got was my 4 drinks, 4 Big Macs, and 4 large fries. Like I said, we're not talking a tiny order here. When I called the Manager, I was told that the store had no way to contact Doordash to fix the issue, no way to get me the food which I was missing (and had already paid for), and that they would be happy to give me a credit for the missing food. I haven't eaten at this location in well over a year. So tell me how a credit is going to work, and how a credit is going to get me my food! Since I had to become my own unpaid Doordash driver, by the time I got the missing food home, the food which had actually been delivered was cold. This was not a good experience at all. This location needs to do a better job with delivery services. Maybe don't put the bags out where drivers can run in and grab them until the order is 100% complete. Or, absent that, simply cancel your delivery contract with Doordash until they can prove they can get it right. read more

Then they move over near the booths in front of the booth in front of the front doors I start doing the stretches on the floor there screaming across the room to each other. My husband and I decided to finally give this location a try since it is so close to home and all I can say is we were disappointed. The place was really dirty and this location is pretty small compared to most of their locations, so really it wouldn't take much for them to clean a few tables. The kiosks to order were just as bad and you can tell they have not been wiped down in a while. This location is to new to already look so bad. As far as the food goes, it really wasn't much better especially for what it costs. I asked for no onions and extra pickles and I got the complete opposite. I thought maybe I just didn't enter it right on the kiosk, but I checked the sticker on the box of my burger and it was in big bold letters exactly what I ordered. I just think from the sound that was coming from the kitchen area that this location has a very young crew and a manager that seems a little young himself and in all honesty looked a little overwhelmed. Don't get me wrong I am all for having a good time on the job, but I think under better management you could have both. Maybe, with better training this place will get better. read more
