Terrible service..first off didn't get asked if my order was for here or to go. I had to inform the young lady as she automatically assumed to go. She then said she would let the kitchen know to fix it. Which obviously didn't happen as they called my order to go. I'm waiting at the counter with my bag to ask for some jam and I get ignored by 4 different employees. A different customer came up and asked for something and was given it without question. I was standing right there and I was still ignored. I knew I didn't like coming to McDonald's for a reason but this just cements your fuckin horrible service at every single location. Run by a bunch of fuckin idiots that can't count food and put the right stuff in bags. And don't know how to provide service. read more

Sorry, but this 1 star review is about the owner. By contrast, the food & service have been agreeable and consistent with our positive Mcdonald's drive-thru experiences. This one and only time, however, we dined in on a Saturday for breakfast, and that will be our last visit under the current ownership. While seated, we notice all three televisions were on the same partisan One America News (OAN) channel. Seriously! Who dines in a McDonald's only to be surrounded, not by a kid-friendly channel, or by a food channel, or heck even by a sports channel, but by nut jobs offensively spewing political sewage the entire time. This is not an inviting dining atmosphere, and there's no doubt the owner doesn't have the sense to respect his/her guests by showing family-friendly programming. They say they don't have double burger anymore even though it shows on app. Order 1/4 pounder with no seeds and when we get home the bun has seeds. Being allergic to seeds had to go back and change. This McDonalds continued to get worst all the time. That's why it only has 2 stars. read more

I'm very disappointed in the McDonald's on Lugonia & Wabash in Redlands. They're really flubbing up the orders. I ordered a happy meal for my grandson- a hamburger with cheese only, extra fries instead of apple slices and the usual, juice and the toy. When I picked it up at the 2nd window I asked about the extra fries. The your man assured me they were in there. Wrong! A few fries and apple slices. Next time I'm going look at it when he gives it to me right there at the window. They've messed up other orders as well. And since they've brought back the spicy food, there's frying the happy meal chicken nuggets in the same oil. My grandson won't eat them because they're too spicy. Very disappointed in McDonalds. I don't think the young employees are trained enough. read more

This McDonald's keeps closing its drive thru so that they don't get any customers! It's supposed be 24 hours but they block the drive thru with a bunch of cones so that no one can order. It's really annoying and they should update their hours if they're not actually taking customers at certain times read more

This NEW drive thru sucks. It goes from two lanes down to one which ends up bottle necking. Cars are backing and blocking traffic.

I came at 11pm after work one night and was told they aren't open and can't serve me at that time because the machines were being rebooted. Keep in mind I've worked in fast food in the past and know that when the machines are being rebooted they are still able to take cash. I asked the lady, "are you guys not open for 24 hours?" And she said, "we are but it's only me right now and I can't take your order because I'm the only one scheduled for the kitchen and register" So first the reason was the machines then she proceeded to tell me it was because she was alone. read more

I have been enjoying morning coffee with friends almost daily. Great staff, great cup of coffee. Dining area is always clean and well taken care of. I have great concern about Service Dogs. In the past week there has been three times that service dogs are in the dining area. One customer was feeding his dog from the table. I don't know whether this dog was service dog or not or perhaps dog owner that have his with them all the time. I saw no indication that the dog was service animal. I don't know if this dog is properly vaccinated or license? What credentials does a service dog owner have to posses to enter into McDonalds with service dog? What is the policy of non registered service dogs entering into McDonalds Restaurant and then using the dining area. read more

Most recently, I was driving home and didn't notice my order was wrong until I arrived home. I called the company and started explaining what happened and was hung up on. Worst McDonald's ever. I keep telling myself I will never go back but decide to keep giving it another shot because it's close. This place seems to forget that customer service is the key to retaining business. My son and I went last night. I counted 5 different employees, including the manager, that walked up to the counter, looked at six of us waiting to order, never said anything to us and walked away to continue doing other things. I drive thru McDonalds sporadically for a Happy Meal for my granddaughter. I am asked if it is for a girl or a boy. I told the order taker that toys don't have a gender. He advised it is McDonalds policy to ask in this manner. Rather than saying 'would you like a transformer or my little pony', they say boy or girl toy. How presumptuous and sexist!! Not too bad during the day but zero stars for their late night service. Just got home after dealing with a super rude staff and opening up food that isn't even edible. Guess they throw the fries back in slightly warm oil or something because they weren't even warm but they were translucent with the amount of oil on them. This McDonald's takes FOREVER. Every time I have gone through the drive-thru it takes at least 30 minutes. There's always a line and it always move slow. I try to circumvent the drive-thru by going inside but once again, it takes forever. There's nothing fast about this McDonald's the average time to wait and get your food is at least 30 minutes.
