Placed an order for a few people on the mobile app. Drove home to find out half the order was missing. At this point I looked into the app to see how to request a refund for the two items, which then tells you to get in touch with the store. The phone number takes you to a automated phone directory, so there's no way to resolve the issue without going back to the location. Funny little run around there. read more

If you are blind, have photosynthesis seizures, an intellectual disability, etc...beware of this location. (I was assisting someone with special needs. They were denied the right to order their food at the register.) I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my disabled client received at this location on 5/15/2026 around 11:25 AM. We were told that customers were not allowed to order at the register and were forced to use the kiosk system instead. My client struggled with this situation and was essentially denied the opportunity to place an order directly with staff. What made this especially upsetting was that moments later, another customer walked up to the register and was allowed to verbally place her entire order with an employee without any issue. When I questioned the inconsistency, the employee stated, "That's because we're really busy." Being busy does not excuse treating disabled customers differently or refusing basic accommodation and compassion. There was no apology, no attempt to assist, and no empathy shown by the employee who initially turned us away. California businesses should understand that accessibility and reasonable accommodation matter. The experience left us feeling humiliated, dismissed, and unwelcome. I hope management properly retrains staff on disability accommodation, consistency, and respectful customer service moving forward. YOU ARE BREAKING STATE and FEDERAL LAWS! I don't know what kind of magic this McDonald's runs on, but the food here is always hot, fresh, and tastes like happiness at 11 PM. Every time I go through the drive-thru, it's like they just knew I was coming -- my fries are crisp, my burger's warm, and the ice cream machine is actually working (rare miracle, I know). The service? Super friendly!! The drive-thru is quick, even when the line looks long. Ambience looks fine too, from what I can see through my car window while I'm devouring my fries. Also, can we talk about how generous they are with the ice cream? Look at that swirl! It's practically a skyscraper. Of all the McDonald's I've been to this has to be the worst one. I hardly come to this location but had to this time because of rush hour traffic. First of all, their drive-thru menu screens are broken. They flicker and you can't really see your order to review it before you move on to pay. Secondly, I ordered a chicken nuggets happy meal, which I don't normally do so I'm not too familiar with the choices. So the employee asked me something through the speaker, which is hard to hear, so I asked "Did you ask me if I want 4 or 6" to which he replied the same question as if he was a robot instead of answering yes to my question. Then, he didn't ask me what dipping sauce I wanted so I told him I needed ranch and sweet and sour. I moved on to the pay window and get my food only to find out when I got home that there was no dipping sauce and I had apple wedges in the box. I seem to remember the employee asking in the past if I wanted apple wedges or double fries. Worst McDonald's experience. This location has messed up a couple of times. No straws, missing cheese, missing hash brown, missing toy. I can express that there is no excuse for this. I've been here several times, and it's not too bad! To kick things off, I will say that McDonald's has great breakfast sandwiches and good breakfast food in general! However, McDonalds is just not that good of a restaurant on the lunch and dinner side of things. I mean, everything except for the fries which are actually delicious, and Mcflurries that are great too, is actually trash which makes sense since the only thing on the floors of most McDonalds locations including this one is trash. Their chicken sandwich is definitely not one of the better ones in the fast food game either, and I'm not even sure their burgers contain real meat because it certainly doesn't taste like it. They are actually disgusting. And, everything is so expensive! It costs like $6 for a small fry. But, the employees are cool here, and if you come, go in the morning to get a McGriddle. It's the second best breakfast sandwich in fast food behind Starbucks' double smoked bacon gouda egg sandwich. I was waiting in line when the customer in front of me was returning her food because she saw the manager drop a hash brown she pick it up with her bare hand and put in the little bag and gave it to the customer. The customer was telling her what the manager did and the manager got mad. The manager then started saying that they were lazy for not cooking at home, she kept repeating that a lot and a lot of other bad words. That maybe the customer didn't know how to cook. Worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. Customer service is trash. There's been multiple times my order's been incorrect/ missing items. Always have to check my bag before I drive off. And then no apologies for incorrect orders either. Tonight 4/16/23 around 8:15 pm I drive up and give a deal code that I always use through the app for 2 medium fries with the purchase of 20 pc nuggets. And in addition I got a quarter pounder and mccrispy. I pull up and the male cashier reads the order to me.. quarter pounder, mccrispy, and 1 medium fry. I was like it should be 2 medium fries free with 20 pc nuggets. He said it's for 1 medium fry. I showed him the deal on my phone, he enters in the items into the computer individually but can't seem to figure out how to work out the deal. So he leaves to go get a lady who I am assuming is the lead or manager, I told her what I ordered and she looks at the screen and says there's no deal. I had to show her it on my phone too. She said she needed a code, but since I redeemed the code when I originally made my order the app won't let you redeem another one for 15 minutes. So then she told me I had to wait the 15 minutes or pay for it as is! Absolutely ridiculous. Her whole attitude was rude and unsympathetic. She was really of NO help at all. If you order a 'special request' from this location, be careful. Because it may be too overwhelming for the line staff. They'll put the extra ingredient you ask for, but will leave everything else out. On top of that, everything here is a little more expensive than any other McDonald's I've been too. So now they want me to bring the sandwich back to them tomorrow. Nobody has time to set a sandwich aside in their car to go bad and return it back to a McDonald's on their lunch break. Their system for using the McDonald's app is horrible and they never take off my rewards, so I end up paying for the whole thing. It's happened to me twice where I'm in the drive through, and they think I'm lying about my reward and I've had to pay for the items because there's "nothing they can do." They have also been selling their fountain drinks without carbonation for months and will hand you the drink knowing well that the drink is not made correctly. One thing is an attitude from customer service the next is not double checking bags for all the food to be in there and me going back more than once. No boxes for certain food items but also no common courtesy to say that it's wrapped in something else with no sticker either. Also since this establishment charges for extra sauces randomly they will also forget your sauce for nugget's. Get it together. Plus this is what my burger looks like.
