Lousy service! I don't know if they're overworked or just plain tired but don't go here if basic customer service is what you're expecting. Make sure you tell them that your order is to go if you plan on leaving once you receive your food. Absolutely disgraceful! I am a black independent woman and this McDonald's is the worst one I been to in all my years. When I came in I was greeted by no one, and then some moody- looking teenager disrespected me! This is what he said! "of course your black, you love chicken" excuse me. Very friendly service. They gave us replacement fries when the first one we got was cold. We also liked their refill policies. Too many McDonalds have super strict or even rude refill policies, but the employee was super sweet and she got us extra refills. (Management don't yell at her!!) read more

I ordered two Big Breakfast® meals through DoorDash and was really surprised to find no Hotcakes included. For years, the Big Breakfast has always come with Hotcakes -- that's how it's advertised and how it's always been served. I even received syrup as a condiment, which tells me they expected Hotcakes to be part of the order. It was disappointing to receive a smaller meal than what I paid for, especially as a delivery customer who can't check the bag before it's handed off. If McDonald's has changed the combo or if the order was packed incorrectly, it should be communicated clearly. I ordered both the McChicken and Cheeseburger with special requests and they were delivered exactly as I requested. One thing about McDonald's is that you can expect the taste to be similar in all McDonald's. Service is efficient here. It's near Union Square so it's always busy. You can order from the self service kiosks and then head to the pick up line, or you can order with someone at the counter. I can see that the workers here try to keep everything as clean as can be, but with such a busy store, it's hard to keep up. I don't see much of an ambiance except they try to look "corporate" with lots of use of grey and neutral colors which is kind of boring for a fast food place. read more

I have picked up orders here several times , and have always had a pleasant experience. 1st when I have come to this location (normally the evening) there has always been a member of their staff to welcome customers , and to make sure no one enters without a mask. They have several kiosks , and clearly marked signs , and video boards so you know when your order is ready , and where to pick it up. Orders are very well packed in strong sturdy bags with handles , btw do not freak over the bag fee that's not on McDonalds rather the Insane SF Elected Officials who had it mandated by law. Parking before 6pm can be a bit insane , but it's not as horrible later in the evening if your just running in to pickup an order. Have found the orders correct , staff pleasant , and efficient. read more
