Very slow service. Got a small 8' pizza with pepperoni that came out to $15. $12 for the pizza itself +$3 for pepperoni. It took the guy 30 minutes to make, it was flavorless.

At the corner of Jones and Turk in the heart of the TL, Da Hot Spot is a nice option for sandwiches and chicken shawarma. A bit pricey, but good quality and good-sized portions. I love how bright it is inside, it looks very fun and welcoming.

Stopped here for an Americano before watching a musical at the GG theatre. Nice and bright spot in the TL. Good coffee and friendly service. Has a variety of food options that I'll try another time.

One of my friends recommended me this place . She said her son love there tea and sandwiches. I love boba but there boba is a milk tea . I like the customer service here I told the I just wanted tea and they gave it to me. I tried there sandwiches with fries . I also had there smoothies really good. My favorite part is how clean this place is. They also accept ebt. I will be coming here often for my smoothies.

Great food good prices really high quality restaurant Irbyn and Arthur are great people and I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food in Sf. Gracias Tio

Garlic fries, perfectly crunchy and great taste

This is a gem of a spot. I've been here a few times know and their food is good but the customer service is amazing. Smiles all round, friendly staff. Great atmosphere Considering the neighborhood. Definitely my new lunch break spot. Garlic fries at 10/10. Pizza is a 7/10 I just with there was more sauce on the pizza. That is my ONLY criticism of this place. That should tell you how good it is.

I definitely will not be getting food from this place. Very very overpriced especially being in the tenderloin. The food is very mediocre. You can make a better sandwich for a few people with their prices. My sandwich didn't even have American cheese like I asked for. They handle cash with the same dirty hands to prepare your food and my fries were freezing cold. Took almost 30 mins for a sandwich and no one else was in there.

Cesar Salad (added avocado +$2) but where the hell is the avocado? All, I see is a spoonful of guacamole.

I don't normally drink a lot of boba, but vacations are for treating yourself, right? The crème brûlée milk tea was basically dessert in a cup. You could actually taste and chew on little bits of torched caramelized sugar throughout the drink. The boba itself was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. And then there was pudding in there too! Every sip had me going "ooh" and "ahh" as I discovered another delicious texture. The only downside was that the drink only comes in one size, and it was a bit too much for me. I was genuinely sad that I couldn't finish it. That's one of the reasons I don't order boba very often. I can eat way more food than I can drink liquid for some reason. But I'd happily return to Urban Ritual to work my way through more of their milk tea menu the next time I'm in San Francisco.

We didn't have to wait in line to order, but all of the tables inside were packed. I was in need of something light and refreshing, so I decided to try the lychee IPA (non-alc). My drink was prepared promptly, and it immediately quenched my thirst. The lychee flavor tasted fresh, and its sweetness was tempered by the subtle hops flavor. The drink was also lightly carbonated with just the right amount of fizz. The menu wasn't as extensive as those of the larger, more established boba shops, and I wish there had been more fruit-flavored teas - especially for the summer. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try other tea varieties on my next visit.

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.

It took me a while to determine if the amazing flavor was coming from the strawberry puree or the matcha, and I assumed (incorrectly) it was solely from the strawberry puree. Remember, I don't normally like matcha.... But then, I went back for seconds and asked for the regular matcha, and it blew me away. Super flavorful, but not super sweet.
