Hadn't had my usual McD's breakfast in awhile, and stopped here to pick up some grub. They have a double drive thru, which I thought was pretty awesome! However, utter fail. When I go to pay, he charges me way more, and I tell him I only had 2 things. He was charging me a different person's order. Which I believe the same thing happened to the lady in front of me, as I saw her give more money after she got her receipt. Then, it took forever and a day to get her food, as the orders were probably mixed up. As that happened to me! Thank goodness I looked in the bag, it wasn't my order. More food, and others may have been tempted to take it, but I gave back the bag to the worker and said it wasn't mine. Heard the two discussing how the orders were all wrong. Yes, the double drive thru idea may seem great, but make sure your employees are trained with it correctly, because this 2 minute stop turned into a 10 minute wait! read more

This McDonalds sucks. If youre going to order, go inside. The drive through is NEVER correct with the orders. The last few times I have gone there I have ordered very loudly and very clearly and they dont understand my perfectly plain and articulate english! Its ridiculous! I always order burgers plain, I never get that. I order 20 nuggets, I get 10. I order a large meal, I get large fries and medium drink. Yuck. Food is bland, cold and stale. With only three cars ahead of us we thought it would be fast food. Hahaha it took over 15 minutes. I went at 2:53 PM to use the internet. There are plugs along the South wall so you can plug in (points for that). Why 2 stars? Every table was dirt.y I worked at McDonald's in college so it's not rocket science.. I saw three employees on break (I get that it's the law) but it is 1.5 hours after the lunch rush and there was no ta single clean table. Stagger the breaks and it gives you a body to get clean up. This used to be a pretty typical McDonalds, but it has seriously gone downhill and the past month. Last week when I came through here on my lunch break the line at the drive thru was so long, I decided to just go in. I went in and placed my order but when I went to the beverage counter to make my drink both machines were out of ice. The straws were also empty and I had to go to the cashier to ask for one. I had my drink without ice and it wasn't even cold from the fountain. The line was now so long inside that I didn't want to wait to ask for ice. While I ate my food no one ever went to the beverage counter to refill the ice or the straws. Now today, this is my next time coming. The line was taking so long in the drive thru that wasn't long when I got there, that all the cars behind me started honking the horn. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but the honking got really annoying. I'm not sure what is going on with this place, but they either need to staff more people, or they need to retrain those people. read more

Food is the same as every other McDonald's. I appreciate the double drive-thru lanes and that they stay open late. The problem with going through the drive-thru is that they mess up some aspect of your order every time (missing fries, missing sauce, etc.). I now always check that every item I ordered is in the bag before I leave the window, which is annoying to those behind me. I hate going inside the restaurant because it is attractive to many bums who hang out either inside or on the outside seating all day long. read more

I went to this McDonald's on March 2013, my husband and my son walked in because we were going to order to eat inside, as we are waiting inside there was this hispanic kind of heavy built curly haired lady who started yelling at the employees telling them to not just stand there and to do something because they were waiting for customers to order but there weren't any, and she kept yelling at them in front of us, we felt awkward, the rest of the employees just kept looking and it looked like a very hostile environment. The lady just gave us a dirty look and went inside, the people there looked not too happy to work there, I can't imagine having a boss like that yelling at you in front of customers. By far the poorest managed McDonald's I have ever seen. Went there ten minutes before closing and the manager had told them to close early. She finally came to the window after I sat there honking (like HELLO!!) and she is super rude taking my order. Her name was Paloma. The other worker that took my money complained about her the whole time(how mean she is to them,etc). I get home and I'm missing a burger. Gave it another try and again it's Paloma and the poor little girl working the drive thru is literally crying while apologizing for the 25 minute wait in the drive thru. She goes on to say there's only 2 people working and the manager refuses to help them. I asked who the manager is and she said PALOMA again. This time I'm missing my sons chocolate milk! I asked for the owners number. Called a woman named Helen, she never returned my call. Seriously, get it together. The ONE star is earned by the convenient location and poor staff that really tries to do good. This Saturday, 2/17 at around 8 pm I came in for dinner. I ordered a Big Mac, got my food, but it came out cold. I talked to the manager bout my food but the manager was rude. The manager of this McDonald's should take measures immediately to have the men's room cleaned and properly maintained. The urinal often overflows when flushed, and the soap dispenser occasionally detaches from the wall and is unusable. This is an ongoing problem that the manager would be well advised to address proactively for public health and safety. read more

We went to this location and ordered 5 ice cream cones and the person helping us had to ask if they had cones when they were right behind him. He was playing with a object while helping us. The first cone was very flat and no shape and we made a comment and someone else had to do the rest for us (they did redo our 1st one). After we got our other 4 cones we said this is really soft and the guy said 'yah it is'. Why would someplace serve something to customers when the product isn't right? I ordered a mocha and the lady who worked there did not speak a word of English and I am certain she was not a legal resident of the United States and she gave me a milkshake. I then said I ordered a mocha and she replied "Yes mocha" and I said no that is a milkshake, and she said "Mocha". I then said why would a mocha look exactly like a milkshake and be in a milkshake cup. And then she said it was a Mocha. I told her a mocha was hot and that that was clearly a frozen beverage and she just replied "Yes hot". This is unacceptable for a worker in any field. I could understand her not speaking English but I do not understand why she was hired. This is clearly a problem caused by inadequate intellect and not simply a language barrier as she was literally holding the cup in her and, feeling the coldness radiating onto her hand. This comment does not only apply to this location, but many others in your company. Maybe it's the way your restaurants are designed but I find this quite often. In this location which has been open for several years, going thru the Drive-thru is quite nasty. The wall that runs along the the Drive-thru from where you pay to where you pick up your food is loaded with hundreds of spit marks that nasty customers have done. It has never been washed off, at least to see if it could be cleaned up, I know this because the wall is also filthy with dirt that has settled there. I can't imagine the person running the store now noticing this or not caring about it. I'm sure there must be room in the budget for a power wash matching. I sure hope the inside is cleaner than the outside. Or maybe it doesn't matter to most of your customers read more

The staff is incompetent. I tried ordering a mighty kids meal with chicken nuggets and a milk and the guy asked me if I wanted a cheeseburger, hamburger or chicken nuggets. I replied with chicken nuggets and he asked 3 or 6? Ok obviously he's new, no big deal. When my order was ready it was put on the counter. I knew it was mine but the guy never called a number or even bothered to look at me, (there was only three other people in there so he must have known it was mine.) So I walked up to the counter and asked if it was mine he said "yup" and pushed the tray towards me. As I sat eating my food with my daughter, more people continued to come in. I noticed four other customers complain that the food they received was wrong. Seems that management is seriously lacking! Enter the manger! Maybe I caught this girl on an off night. She never once offered help the "new guy," instead just gave him nasty looks in front of the customers every time something was wrong. She never once gave an apology to anyone, in fact seemed to do whatever she could to not get involved. Now enter the manager's friend. This girl comes in and is swearing and talking as if they are at school together or something. Instead of telling her friend to stop swearing the manager instead jokes about how much her friend swears. I'm just glad my daughter is five and rarely pays attention to me let alone what anyone else is saying. I'm giving them two stars because once my order was complete, I got my food in a timely manner and it tasted just like it usually does at any other McDonald's. Good thing McDonald's has a fool proof system in place! I'm guessing if this place didn't have a "McDonald's" sign out front, it would not still be in business. read more
