Title: Disappointing Experience at McDonald's I recently visited a McDonald's location and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, the employee taking my order exhibited unprofessional and sarcastic behavior, which set a negative tone for my visit. Upon arriving at the window to collect my order, I was handed the wrong drink. It was disheartening to see the staff, including the manager, laughing and joking loudly while customers were being served. This environment was not conducive to good customer service. I requested to speak with the manager regarding the unprofessional behavior of the employee. The manager, Alex, declined to provide me with the name of the employee in question, despite my intentions to escalate the matter to corporate. His demeanor was dismissive, as he continued to smile while informing me that he would not disclose the name. This experience highlights a lack of customer service training and accountability among the staff. It is concerning that such behavior seems to be tolerated in a customer-facing role. I hope McDonald's can address these issues to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future. read more

The manager Kayla does not know how to do her job. Letting other employees talk for her. I did ask for the owners number because other customers informed me that if I fill out a complaint on site, that it would be thrown away. We have been going to this location for awhile, but I will take our kids somewhere else. Johnathan an employee not working, was getting in my husband face, when he told the staff that our order was incorrect.
