Whoever worked at around 2:30am-3:00am in the kitchen messed up my order. I ordered hot and spicy & got mcchickens. On top of that, the kid who was at the window giving out the orders was rude. He clearly wasn't trained well when he was first hired but I don't blame the kid I blame the management. The reviews really do speak for themselves and I won't be surprised if the reviews continue to decline the rating of this horrendous performance. read more

I had a really bad experience at this location they took like an hour to take my order, once I tried getting the workers attention to order my food he said to wait or sit down, a couple that was behind me ended up leaving because the guy never took their order. read more

Online it says that it opens at 4am but it's a lie. I was there at 5:40am all lights were on, not a single sign saying that it's close or a reason why they won't take orders. I was parked for like 3 minutes waiting and being patient. No one answer so I decided to pull up at the window and it seems like no one is in the store, but there are cars parked outside. Kind of pathetic. Only one register open with a line of a dozen people. Parking lot is a traffic mess. I tried the new Grand McExtreme bacon burger and it was awful. Overcooked, flavorless meat, overloaded with sauce. McDonald's isn't great food, but it's usually a lot better than this. read more

Stopped by 5/19/2023, late afternoon. Attempted to use kiosk, was advised by kiosk to go to counter to complete order. Incoherent female who couldn't understand English kept reply "huh" when explaining kiosk directions....all I wanted was a couple of cheeseburgers and a drink, staff incapable of understanding English. I finally realized life is too short, and just left. This by far is the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited in my entire life! Most polite and courteous employees of any Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Hard wood paneling, pleather cushioned seats, and classical music in the seating area make for a comfortable dining experience. Plus, at this Mc Donald's, you can get green chile on your hamburger. read more

Worst service went and ordered some food and forgot to order an Apple pie before i paid I said could I add a apple pie she looked around as if looking if someone was within earshot and said they didn't have any. So I said okay and paid then when I got up to pick up my food I asked again to the other gal she said they did have someone. Deff the cleanest and quickest location in SF. Yes all MD chains have the same food but here it's prepared significantly better. The fries are always fresh and crispy. And the workers are pretty nice too. Would recommend over the other locations. read more

I've eaten here a number of times. Tables need to be monitored and wiped down more frequently. Did the drive through for a Coke. It tasted like someone mixed fruit punch in it. I had to throw it out. They need to adjust the syrup and carbonation and clean their lines. read more
