I bought the new spicy shrimp and beef bowl and it belongs in a bowl.a toilet bowl, in a filthy gas station in the middle of nowhere, without paper towels or toilet paper.At first glance it looked appealing. After removing the lid and taking a nauseating whiff, I quickly changed my mind. The bowl itself was filled with noodles and small horrendous chili skins(?) and damn near nothing else! There was supposed to be shrimp throughout the bowl , I received two (2) and the spicy beef was so hard and chewy I didn't dare to swallow it. I love Panda Express, however my time here was not very lovable. This location does not have online ordering, which is very inconvenient given it is a popular location. To begin my experience, I ordered my two items, a bowl and a plate. I asked for the bowl with fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. The plate was to have orange chicken and Shanghai steak. When I received my order, I took it home and soon realized that my bowl had orange chicken instead of shrimp, DESPITE paying the extra money for the shrimp. I am a Pescatarian, and so I could not even eat the chicken which was very upsetting. I hope next time this location can do better and meet their high expectations. read more

I mean, they're nice and all, but management thinks it is perfectly fine for there to be a huge line at lunch time. Like Chipotle, they just have ONE person taking orders, and some customers take forever to place an order, which just slows the line down more, and the cycle continues. The food is okay, nothing more. Many items overcooked, soggy. Portion sizes vary and are inconsistent.
