Do you know the famous taste of McDonald's fries or the satisfying taste of a juicy beef patty? Well... unfortunatly they don't serve that at this location. It's all tasteless. Other items I find decent include the filet of fish , biscuits with eggs, and coffee. I'm not sure if it's a problem with this particular restaurant or if McDonald's has gone down generally (like Starbucks no longer serves good coffee). Other than that it's a nice space and the food comes out reasonably quickly. Of note, there can be homeless outside, which can be a bit of a nuisance on the way in or out. read more

Honestly very impressed with this location. The food was hot and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. I ordered to go on the big ordering screens in the entrance area and my order came out quick and was bagged neatly with plenty of sauce for my breakfast burritos and I was even given a large drink when I only ordered a medium which was nice. The lobby and seating area was clean and had plenty of comfy seating and booths available. I loved this location has a perfect view of the space needle. Very good location and would recommend. They even have a walk up to go pick up window if you ordered on the app and don't want to go inside the building. Definitely a solid McDonald's location! read more

This place has nice indoor seating (as well as some outdoor) and has a lot of self-serve kiosks. Their food tasted nice (relative; consistent to what you would usually expect from a McDonald's). Also, they immediately changed my fries when I told them they were not hot . Lastly, I have been able to get cone ice cream there for the last few times I was there (so, their ice cream machine is more likely to work than not, based on my limited experience / sample size ) read more

Decided to try their Big Arch Burger and it was good. However, very pricey. The burger cost $10 which is insane for McD's. The burger was good to experience, but I definitely would not get it again. The meat was juicy and fresh and the buns were soft and fluffy. The service was decent. I ordered through the kiosk and an employee delivers you the meal. The new and improved McDonald's by Seattle Center. I'd been going to the old one for so long it was refreshing to get an updated McD... Now the food being served was the same. My Quarter Pounder w/cheese tasted fantastic a real culinary wonder. I wonder why MCDonalds isn't a Five Star Michelin rated establishment. McDonald's located close to the Space needle. I took my friends who were visiting Seattle to the Needle. Stopped here for a quick bite before getting into the line for needle experience. Very large and spacious McD. A lot of seats and multiple kiosks for ordering, The experience was great - even though it was a big group, we got the food real fast. Happy that you can even come in and sit down compared to the one closer to downtown Belltown. Have had no issues with my orders that I've placed on the mobile app when I come to this location. I have to say. I'm very impressed with the new McDonald's that just opened up near Seattle center. It's super clean; the workers there are very friendly and hold the door open for you as you enter / leave and the food is very hot and tasty. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not the everyday McDonald's eater. I have been trying to eat healthier lately but today a fish filet and double cheeseburger called my name after running some errands. This has been the freshest food I've gotten from McDonald's in a long time. If I ever have a fix for Mickey d's again, I'll be sure to take the walk there. Way better than McStabby's on 3rd Ave. Got on the Monorail from Westlake Mall and walked on over to Mickey D's. Ordered at the kiosk. I didn't see any homeless people inside however, there was one standing outside the entrance with a cardboard sign. The dine-in attendant was on point. My tray of food was delivered to my table. No napkin though, not his fault. Seems that they are held in the back because I didn't see a napkin holder anywhere. Luckily, I had one on my person. I was going to bus my tray after I ate my breakfast but the attendant came along and took care of it for me. He made sure tables were clean too. I figured, well, it's across the street from Seattle Center so they're gonna get a lot of people and surely enough it was busy. A view of the Olympic Iliad can be seen from the interior. This is the closest, non-McStabby's McDonalds to me so I went here fairly often. Frequently took 30 minutes to receive an order after placing it and they close their dining room at night, so I often waited in the cold and rain. I'll bo longer be coming here because after I placed an online order and walked the 3/4 mile, my order was cancelled just as I entered the door, 20 minutes after I placed it. Didn't get a notification on the app or anything, and the app had minutes earlier said my order was being prepared. I waited for 10-15 minutes (as is typical at this location) before checking on the app for the order status, which indicated it had been cancelled. Not that a single item wasn't available, the whole entire order. I had received an email of the cancellation 10 minutes earlier, when I was likely already standing by the counter waiting for my order. We used to be a proper nation, where restaurants knew exactly who they were created for. McDonalds is attempting to become this chic Hyatt Hotel, terrace view wannabe hipster ambiance. Additionally, mandating that we order through the kiosk when I have arthritis is unacceptable. What happened to creating relationships and connection at the cash register? Now we have "Service Ambasssdors" but who are we "ambassing" for if you are not talking to your clientele? Now my arthritis is worse. Very poor service. No napkins, no drink holder or bag and an employee with a very bad attitude that acts like the napkin budget comes out of her paycheck. Not only did she roll her eyes and scoff when I asked for a few extra napkins because when I originally asked for napkins, since there were none in my bag, and she literally gave me two. 2 napkins for for a meal for 2 people, we only get one each. I also heard her making little comments about "people ordering and not picking up their stuff". The crew at this McDonald's used to be good but the newer employees all have attitude issues.
