After a hard day of work I was really I decided to try out Burger Zone in South El Monte I saw when pasting thru heading to Dunkin Donuts on Durfee Ave. Walking in the restaurant I seen good deal including Happy Hour deal from 2PM to 5PM. They also have wide section on their menu including Mexican and American meals. I was very I haven't decided what to order then I saw the club combo it comes with fries and drink then I order it. My club combo was made to order but I have wait until they call my number. The restaurant is big but the interior looks very nice. I got my order they load the fries alot my container was popping then taste the fries they were very crispy and crunchy and right amount of salt add it flavor in the fries. Arrive home then I open the container and took a piece of their club sandwich it tasted so good I have try other club sandwich from others restaurants but the club sandwich from Burger Zone have amazing flavors in one bite the meal was very impressive I would order again. read more

The food is amazing but the men servers are rude they should make an all female team of servers they are more polite and have quality customer service. The men are too heavy with the customer when taking orders with what do you want, what else or so and so. I get it you're dealing with people all day and all , but maybe move to prepping instead of dealing with the customer like this you don't feel annoyed or bothered. Even when closing they need someone with more experience we all want to go home but if you guys close at 10:00 pm then as the customer we expect quality service and not being pressured or hurried to buy food. read more

I love a restaurant with a huge selection on the menu, there's always something to order that will hit the spot. I came here on a lunch break to try it out. It's on the corner of the street in a plaza with a good sized parking lot. I ordered some taquitos for dine in. The food took a little while, but I think the staff was busy with the drive thru line. The staff seemed overwhelmed and they were also training a new person. The food was not great. The taquitos were tiny and tasted like they were warmed up from a freezer. I was trying to get some salsa and was waiting at the counter for help for a few minutes. It seemed like there was only one experienced employee working but she was stretched really thin. On the evening of May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day) the lady at the register refused to allow me to use the restroom, I assured her that I had patronized her restaurant in the past and was aware of their policy but my bladder was about to splatter if she would please allow me to use the restroom. This is one of our local burger spots. My family and I have been here a million times, not the best customer service but the food is great. Today We decided to order their cheese burger family pack of six. For those that don't know about this special it's 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries and 6 drinks for a whopping $56.00. We had a second order that we requested to be charged separately, which was a problem for the guy who was charging. He didn't hide the fact the he was bothered. We got our complete order, and asked for extra ketchup and chili peppers his response was " it's in the box" turned away and left the window. Well low and behold we open the box to find 8 ketchups and 1 bag of chilis‍. Basically 1 packet of ketchup per bag of fries(huge bag), no ranch for the onion rings or ketchup for our second order... so I called and spoke with Catia who informed me that they were only able to give a certain amount of ketchup per order. I would have gladly paid for extra but wasn't even given that option. He was quick to get me out of his window We than spoke to the manager who turns out to be the manager who said " it's one ketchup per bag of fries and we could use them however we wanted" $75 later, we got salty fries and 8 packets of ketchup and a sarcastic manager... no thank you!! There are definitely better burger joints than Burger Zone. If you want crappy service with an attitude go there. The girl at the counter charged me incorrectly and said no refunds I said I wanted to upgrade my fries on my sandwich to chili cheese and she charge me for a whole order. When addressing their mistake the girl told me that they don't do refunds and said that when I payed that was me acknowledging the order was correct when the girl didn't even repeat the order back to me . Service was awful. Cashiers were RUDE. Ordered two breakfast burritos and two drinks. The tortillas from the burritos were hard cracking open over cooked. the whole inside was falling out. First burrito wasn't cooked as ordered had to take it back they redid it the second you couldn't even bite into it it cracked open and fell apart. Went back up with a kind and calm attitude to the cashier if I may just just get my money back for that 1 burrito only one bite was taking out she had such major attitude she suggested that the cooks can make something else. I've ordered the DUI Supreme - Chili Cheese Fries with Pastrami and Asada many times in the past - Most days it is delicous. Occasionally, it can be saltly. But the portions given are insane and massive. One is good enough to share for 2 people, possibly 3. I definitely love the Wet Chile Verde Burrito . The green sauce on top is where the money is at and the pork is usually very juicy and tender. Portions are also massive. I usually order this and place it in a glass container to reheat at work for lunch. Not pictured is the fried chicken basket that we ask for extra crispy, and that is soooo bomb. I love how well seasoned the chicken skin is and the crunch.... The extra crispy fries taste like meat... It must be the oil they are deep fried in, so delicious. The cheeseburger is ok. It's good, but it definitely doesn't compare to In-n-Out. I would order it again since this place is right down the street from me. They have a special of 2 for $6. read more

Look, it was probably the hunger pains talking but man, this place was tasty as can be! It was passed noon and we were driving to LA and we hadn't eaten yet. La traffic was at it's best (meaning it was a packed freeway, stop and go traffic) and we weren't gonna make it to our destination anytime soon. So I got off the freeway near the 60 freeway and told myself "drive this way and eventually I'll find something". Man did I get lucky with this one, my food was "the bomb"! The burgers came out looking juicy as hell. The French fries were hot and fresh, and of course a little thousand island with that never hurt. And we we payed with card they charge a percentage based on how much you spend , so that was shady . Also they only gave us 5 ketchups and when i asked for some more the guy asked how many i had gotten and said that theyre gonna charge 25 cents more per packet . Their fish sandwiches are good. I always ask extra crispy and they cook it right. Their curly fries are better than Jack and the Box. It's how JB used to have them until the quality went down. So went to grab some chili cheese fries for my kids and not to my surprise, again my order was wrong. It's partially my fault for putting trust in this place to get three ingredients right. I get home and open the box for my kids to eat and there's no cheese or chili just plain fries. I called them up, explained and they agreed to replace the order. I head back to waste my time since they barely added a pinch of cheese and chili to the original box. I included photos of the original order and the "replacement". Moral of the story, make sure you check your food so you don't waste your time or money here. Wasn't even enough to tell if it tasted good...oh well.
