I wish I could give zero Stars. I got yelled at by a teenager with her mask hanging off her chin. She became verbally aggressive after I asked to wear my food was and told her I've been waiting for 15 minutes. I told the manager about my order and then they gave me the wrong order. This McDonald's location has the absolute worst service speed i have ever seen. It has nothing to do with the workers and more with management not hiring the amount of people required to complete the tasks they are heavily under staffed and need more people i waited for 25 minutes for 3 burgers and fries. Placed an order at 3:20 on mobile app for 5 items. Arrive at curbside at 3:34 and start waiting for my food. At 4 I went inside to ask where my food was as 30 whole minutes for 5 items seems a bit long. Turns out everyone is waiting for orders, place is in chaos. Guy working the front desk wasn't helpful at all. When I said I had been waiting there for 30+ minutes for my order he tells me "I don't know what to tell you". I tell him you already charged me for it and had my bank account showing pending charges for the order. This person was of no help and only seems interested in his post shift meal as that what he did after telling everyone to wait. When I ask if they are making my meal for me he tells me "I think". 20 more minutes go by and I finally talk to another worker who was much more helpful as he was communicating back and forth to the front of the house and was able to get my cold meal to me. Came up to register and I was asked to wait, 10 mins. later I'm still standing waiting for someone to take my order. Front end crew was being asked by his manager to do some drive thru orders while I am waiting for someone to take my ordEr. After putting my sausage and egg McGriddle, meal with coffee. I was presented with a coffee and a chicken McGriddle sandwich and I just said to ignore making iT a meal because it might take an hour for it. Worst service ever. One of the slowest mcdonalds for service ever. I waited almost 20 minutes having been asked to "pull ahead" saw 6 or 7 cars get food a d go. All I ordered was a qtr pounder meal. Parked in the street walked in got a refund and left with no food. Usually a regular customer but will not go back again. They rush to get cars through so their ticket times look good for the drive through. read more

This Mcdonald's is as good as it gets for a fast food restaurant where a number of people are in training and just getting started in the work force, and there are great people working for them who appreciate a steady job to make an honest living. This McDonald's by far is the best one I've been too since I've missed back to Washington from Billings, MT. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions! They had this restaurant super clean, and they had cute little bouquets each table. They were quick and accurate with the order process and fulfilling the order. read more

We have been here multiple times. Keeping in mind that it's McDonald's, the orders are always correct, the food is freshly made, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This place never seems to get our order right. Tonight they not only told us our order was missing then they were waiting on frys (that we're old and cold) when we sat in the space waiting for our food only to still in the end be missing a burger. We found eating here to be a pleasant experience. The staff greeted us as we walked in and also as we were leaving. My husband said the person helping him was very nice and there were no problems with our order. There's also a nice play area that a good amount of kids were enjoying. Our son is 23 months, so he's too young to climb the play structure (the rules said age 3), but he had fun running around and pointing out the hamburger seats. read more

I really like Mc Donald's there food has come along way last time I went for dinner my food was so good I was very happy with my burger I dident eat French fries as I like them to much and so in place i ordered side of Apple slices .The Mc Donald's in Stanwood has really been consistent and the cooks really do a great job to help improve the food quality I want to give a thumbs up too all the cooks as they work hard for the company to put out an excellent product I've visited many Mc Donald's and I have to say the one here in Stanwood Wa is by far the best I've ever had and I'm very picky when it comes to my food.The out front employees r very friendly makes for a comfortable dining experience I will come back only to this Mc Donald's asap.Love the food employees makes it a great place read more

Absolutely horrible, three times in a row they have gotten my order wrong and today was the last straw. I wanted something quick before work so I went here and ordered 2 burritos and a mcchicken, not only did they decide to substitute my burritos with a mcmuffin, they refused to change it and made me pay, so I got a mcmuffin and a mcchicken because I thought "whatever I'm in a hurry I just want food". I asked him at the second window, did I hear you correctly $7.85? He said yes. I asked if the prices went up and he said because of the new wage law that went into effect.
