Amazing Customer Service. Priscilla. Establishment very cleaned.

This has to be the greatest McDonald's of all time, it felt like being at Disneyland, everyone was smiling and their customer services were short of expectacular. Kudos to this store, especially to Glenda and Priscilla. This has to be the first 5 Star Mac Donald's of all time. I've always said that it's not the company that builds opportunities but the employees who build the companies and this is a great example. Shout out to this McDonald's. Very impressed and everyone here deserves a raise. Keep it up. Thank you for giving me and my family and experience of a lifetime. Will be recommending this McDonald's to all especially all of our social media followers. Very clean facility and restrooms were my favorite, they smelled good and very very clean. We felt like kings and very shocked at everything. Again thank you all for all your support, service, and kindness.

Despite all the bad reviews I had a great experience at this location. The people complaining have to understand that it is always a rush here. It's the only Mc Donald's off a busy highway for miles and tons of people are hangry and just tired from their travels but ur not the only one. We all are and we have to respect these employees doing their best to put up with your attitudes. However. We came in and the place is packed but aside from that we placed 3 orders and they brought out all of our orders at a reasonable time with at least 10 orders ahead of ours. The food tasted great and the place was clean.

This is what a medium size looks like, just like having a large.. I recommend y'all go to the other local McDonalds in Newhall Ave, they give larger sizes for each fries‼‼ Don't over spend on large fries in Stevenson Ranch

This Is Why AI Is Replacing Employees - The Worst Customer Service Experience Ever If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I would. Actually, I'd give them negative stars if Yelp allowed it. This is exactly why AI is replacing employees--because people like "Paula Fox" (if that's even her real name) make you wonder how human employees can be THIS bad at customer service. And before anyone says, "Oh, maybe it was just a bad day," let me be clear: This location has been terrible for a long time. This wasn't some isolated incident--it was just the moment I finally decided I'd had enough. A History of Awful Service Let's talk about how customer service doesn't exist here. Most times I come through the drive-thru, there's no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. Sometimes, the moment I pull up to the window, they just stick their hand out the window holding my food, like I'm supposed to just grab and go without a single word exchanged. No "hello," no "thank you," no "have a nice day." Just a dead stare that screams, "Hurry up and get out of here." But this latest experience? This one took the cake. The Order That Disappeared - And The Manager Who Lied About Her Name I placed a mobile order for my son's Happy Meal through the McDonald's app. Simple, right? Not at this location. I arrived 10 minutes later, waited in the long drive-thru line for another 10-15 minutes, and finally got to the window--only to be met with zero professionalism, zero acknowledgment--just a cold, deadpan "What's your order?" I explained that I had a mobile order for pickup. The so-called manager, Paula Fox, looked me dead in the eye and said, "There's no order for you." No effort to check the system, no attempt to resolve the issue--just immediate denial of my paid order. I showed her my phone, where my order was clearly marked as paid. Instead of acting like a competent human being and fulfilling the order that was already paid for, she told me: * Cancel your order. * Get out of line. * Reorder. * Wait all over again. Excuse me? I was already there, at the window, with proof of my order. She had every ability to make it right in that moment, but instead, she chose to make my life harder because... why? She was too lazy? She was on a power trip? She wanted to see how much time she could waste? I pushed back, asking why she couldn't just give me my order. Her response? "That's the best I can do for you." No, Paula. The best you could have done was your actual job. At this point, I was understandably frustrated. I told her I was going to make a complaint and asked for her name. Her response? "Who's asking?" Are you kidding me? Who's asking? The PAYING CUSTOMER you just scammed out of their order, that's who. She continued dodging the question, acting like I was asking for state secrets. Only after pressing her multiple times did she finally give me a name: Paula Fox. WELL, GUESS WHAT? A few days later, I returned and asked another employee if they had a manager named Paula Fox. They LAUGHED and said they had NO ONE by that name. So not only did she steal my money and refuse to give me my food, but she straight-up LIED about her identity. Enough Is Enough I refused to waste more time waiting in line again like a fool. Instead, I drove miles away to another McDonald's because I have self-respect and refuse to reward blatant incompetence. But I shouldn't HAVE to drive miles away to get basic service. I shouldn't have to deal with employees who can't be bothered to say hello, can't be bothered to do their jobs, and think it's acceptable to stick a hand out the window like I'm in a vending machine drive-thru. McDonald's, if you care at all about your customers, this location needs a complete overhaul. Your app took my money, your employees stole my order, and your so-called manager lied to my face about her own name. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague. Unless, of course, you enjoy being ignored, scammed, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. This is exactly why AI is replacing employees--because at least AI doesn't lie to your face and pretend your order never existed.

Ventured in to this location for the filet o fish because it's $2.99 today on Fridays. Large parking lot, easy to find or drive thru. The kids area is fantastic, they play fun oldies over the speaker and the kids love playing on their playground set ups. There are tables in that space and I keep the kids in there to eat and play. You can place your order on a computer screen when you walk in (like a large iPad) or at the front. The sandwiches came out warm, crispy and what you'd expect. They did cut back on their usage of cheese (seems like they're cutting the pieces in 1/2) Smaller portions, but the prices have increased across the board. If you're looking for an icecream cone, or McFlurry they are usually up and running at this location! They keep the store clean and I appreciate that the workers are friendly and always smiling!

I stopped by this McDonald's becase I ate a bagel at a plaza nearby and got thirsty after finishing it. I figure getting a drink at McDonald would be much cheaper so I just had to drive like half a mile. I found parking easily but I will say the plaza this McDonald is in can get busy. When I walked in, I was surprised that this location still have their self serve soda fountain so they didn't take it out yet. No one was working the cashier so you have to order at the kiosk. I saw a worker doing curb side order so I just asked for my large cup to fill up my own drink. This McDonald also has a play area for kids so that was nice to see, there was no kids though.

Horrible customer service!! Wanted to pay with cash and they said no! Luckily I had a credit card!

Waited 45 minutes for food before just leaving . Place is ridiculous , I get that it's a McDonald's and I shouldn't expect Chick-fil-A level service . But gahdamn how does every car after get there orders and they go through multiple drive through lines . They don't answer phones either and ignore the vehicle that's been parked waiting curbside forever . If you want to donate your money to this location and never receive your order go ahead . read more

You're workers are high af! I literally cam through the drive thru looking at the man his eyes is puffy as hell hearing them talk about munchies. "This is my fourth shake and cookies im still hungry" also went back im the window asking us if were christian(prolly the guy in the back) when he already charged us with our order. We ordered a big mac and nuggets he gave us a quarter pounder instead of the big mac. He gave us a medium fry thats not even a medium amount it's literally a small fry serving. I honestly give zero sh*t if your high just don mess up my order. Jsyk its the manager thats higj as heck. read more

Terrible Service. Ordered at kiosk, no receipt was given. Stood in line for a long time to speak to a rep. She was absolutley clueless on how to fix the issue. I gave the exact kiosk #, time/date, and even showed the charge on my bank app, she still couldn't figure it out. Don't deploy tech that you can't maintain read more

Well let's start with the customer service since was shitty,today me and my hubby went to this location around 1030 and we order a couple of combos of sausage McMuffin and we ordered with hash browns Wich we didn't get it until mi hubby went and ask for it; since we paid for we need to get it; he asked nicely por Splenda and the fat bitchy lady said how many with a shitty attitude looks like a bad manager no wonder this place has 2 stars only definitely not coming back; and in case the owner is reading this review well if u need your store to success you probably should fire this kind of people or ur business will go down thank you so mucho. read more

Unless you're traveling down the 5 and need to stop here because of the convenient location right off the freeway, it's best to avoid this place. Time and time again I have had terrible experiences here. My latest, and hopefully last visit, I used the mobile app and drive thru pickup as always. I did not order anything odd, McNuggets Happy Meal, and a couple 2 cheeseburger meals. I was told to pull my car over to the side to wait for my order, nothing unusual as this is a common way to allow the drive thru line to keep moving. After several minutes passed by, and seeing car after car get their food and drive off, I went inside to see why my order was taking so long. I asked the guy servicing the counter, he knew nothing, but was going to check. It's 10 minutes now after being asked to park to the side when I then asked who I assume was the manager about my order. I was not given any answers. I asked a different person. I then asked that manager again. Finally after 15-20 minutes after leaving the drive thru window I get my order. I wasn't given an apology. All that was said to me was she gave me large fries. Yes, changing my 2 medium fries to large was well worth the 15 minute wait. The excessive wait for nuggets and cheeseburgers was inexcusable, even for McDonald's standards. I understand this is a busy location being right off a busy interstate, but obviously these issues are never addressed. Never again will I come here. I'd rather just take the longer drive to another location. read more

Came in through the drive thru last night to get an M&M McFlurry and an egg McMuffin (why not?). I had to pull over and wait about 15 minutes for my egg McMuffin. Probably due to the fact that not a lot of people order them at 9 at night. Both items were delicious and the workers friendly. read more

This McDonalds 'S consistently gets orders wrong and then don't care when you have to call or go back in to make them correct them. It says the orders are double checked before they are sealed. Well they need glasses. How can you miss the most basic things when you check twice! I worked at a McDonald's when I was in High School many years ago and we did it right! They don't care! I debated on writing this review because everyone knows Macdonald is not good food. The employees where beautiful end the food was stale. Life got a little uncomfortable when my eyes started itching from the sprite. We are burping so much it's just wow. I tried to give my dog a french fry and he almost THREW UP. I don't know if I want to do this again. But thank you to the beau employees for being so beautiful.... 2 stars. read more

Checked the website it states breakfast until 11 am. Downloaded the app, it also staes breakfast until 11 am. Placed order on app, app says there was an issue and to go into the store. "Manager" doesn't ask first, immediately tells me to place my order at a Kiosk and to bring the ticket. I show him my phone with the message and he tells me someone will be up to look at it. I am told they don't have the order in their system, they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. I informed him the website and app say 11 and ask him to update them. Did not offer to help or take my order, nothing. He was rude to every customer he talked to as well as the employees. read more

One of the cleanest McDonald establishments we have ever been to! The play area, restroom, and eating area are impecable. As soon as some patrons left, the staff wasted no time in cleaning the area. Ordering at the kiosk is annoying, but having the amazing employees bring the food to the table make up for it. read more

This is the slowest fucking McDonald's we've ever been to. The only reason we go is because it's right down the street!! But no more. This fucking crew doesn't know what to do. This last time we went through, we repeated our order to them twice! Got it wrong. And ok top of that, the "large" fries we ordered were less than half full. Pretty much empty. Management needs to do a better job! There is no reason they should be this incompetent with all the other competitors around. Very disappointing! Avoid this place. Drive a couple miles north if you're really craving McDonald's. read more

Worst service. Every time I come here the mess up my order in the drive thru and I end up having to go inside to have it fixed. This time I am beyond fed up! I sat thru the drive thru and they messed up my order but the dining room was closed so I had to re sit the drive thru to get my sons food. No discount no comps. Just rude attitudes. Slowest Mcdonalds I've ever been too, thought it was a fluke because of Covid but over 2 years they can't figure it out, should not take 34 minutes with 6 cars ahead of to get my food, and by the time you get it it's cold so it's not the cooks it looks like the drinks slow down the zero, figure it out, yesterday will be my last visit To this McDonalds. Terrible location worthy of zero stars. Ordered through the app and sent my husband to pick it up. He had all the info needed and we have done this many times at other McDonald's. The moron manager refused to release the food citing policy and clearly showed no brains or initiative of her own and failed on the most important part of her job - the customer service job. This is the closest McDonald's to our house but we will drive out of the way to avoid it in the future! #epicfail read more

By far the worst fast food restaurant in Santa Clarita. Every time I have gone there or have ordered delivery (unfortunately this is the closest to my house) they have forgotten items or charged me incorrectly. The managers are incompetent and do not assist ask you to pull forward and wait 20 minutes. Will go out of my way to never go to this location again. read more

Ordered through the McDonald's app and drove back down here only to wait a long time for anyone to help us. Drove back around and saw someone was working in the store and went through drive through again and still got no help. Super disappointed since I had my kids with me and we have a long drive home and saw this was the only 24 hr McDonald's around at the time. Super disappointed in the lack of urgency to customers at this location. I hope management takes a look into what's going on with their night crew! read more

This is a McDonalds so the food is the same as any other McDonalds in the US. This one was very dirty though. Over half of the empty tables were so dirty you would not want to sit there. We were there for about 30 minutes and I never saw one person come you to clean the tables. They were busy, but not that busy. read more

Came here around 3am for a quick snack during work. Drove up to the drive thru order menu. Sat there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. Decided maybe they want me to drive up and order. So I went to the window. No one was in sight. Lights were on and window was open. So I figured they have to be open. No one came. Could smell good being made. But still no one came. Sat there for another 5 minutes and then decided to leave. Seriously. I get it you're working at night. But doesn't me slack off and not do anything or care. Gives the business a bad representation and makes customers not come back. Seeing the other reviews for this location should make the corporate think twice. Would only come here again because it's open 24 hours. No other location in Santa Clarita is open 24 hours. read more

I completely understand having a rush and being busy but it's the lack of accountability for me , the point of a curbside is to order ahead and have your order brought outside ready on time, not have to go inside and get it yourself, which is completely fine I get it's busy BUT nothing makes someone really annoyed to see them take a look at your bag , see that it has to go outside and still ignore it and not do anything about. Especially when you're on a lunch break ! I also took a bite of my burger and there was a liner sheet still on the burger , how do you cook it and not see that ?!!! I went in to take a bite and immediately had to spit my food out. read more

I haven't tried the dolma but look forward to those on a future visit. The shop is easy to access from I-5, just a little way off the freeway. It's in a shopping center, so there are many other restaurant and store options nearby, including a stuffed cookie shop right next door that is tempting. Counter service, with a few tables inside. I had the rather unfortunate set of circumstances that led to me to this particular Mc Donald. Usually fast food is called fast food because the service is supposed to be fast and good at the same time. I clearly made my order in the drive through and was asked to repeat it about 3 times. Once the food was finally ready after waiting for what felt like forever- I drove away with only to be disappointed when I reached my home to have been given the wrong order and no ketchup or napkins. Damn. Stopped here on the way north to go camping and they forgot something in our order. In fact, it wasn't even on the receipt, but there's no way that he didn't hear us since we talked about it. We ordered oatmeal, among other things, but he asked us what we wanted in the oatmeal. He asked us if we wanted brown sugar in the oatmeal. We answered all of his questions so we were sure it was coming our way. Wasn't in the bag. Wasn't on the receipt.
