Unless you're traveling down the 5 and need to stop here because of the convenient location right off the freeway, it's best to avoid this place. Time and time again I have had terrible experiences here. My latest, and hopefully last visit, I used the mobile app and drive thru pickup as always. I did not order anything odd, McNuggets Happy Meal, and a couple 2 cheeseburger meals. I was told to pull my car over to the side to wait for my order, nothing unusual as this is a common way to allow the drive thru line to keep moving. After several minutes passed by, and seeing car after car get their food and drive off, I went inside to see why my order was taking so long. I asked the guy servicing the counter, he knew nothing, but was going to check. It's 10 minutes now after being asked to park to the side when I then asked who I assume was the manager about my order. I was not given any answers. I asked a different person. I then asked that manager again. Finally after 15-20 minutes after leaving the drive thru window I get my order. I wasn't given an apology. All that was said to me was she gave me large fries. Yes, changing my 2 medium fries to large was well worth the 15 minute wait. The excessive wait for nuggets and cheeseburgers was inexcusable, even for McDonald's standards. I understand this is a busy location being right off a busy interstate, but obviously these issues are never addressed. Never again will I come here. I'd rather just take the longer drive to another location. read more

Ha, while I hate my reviews saying different ratings, I wanted to update my rating for this location. Since the last very annoying incident about 8 months ago I have not had any issues here. While not a healthy habit, I tend to come a lot in the very early morning for a hash brown at the minimum (I'd say once a week minimum). While I totally get that things will not be perfect at 4-5am, the visit from my last review was a very frustrating incident. Not once since then though have I dealt with any of the headaches. There has been someone that talks to me through the speaker pretty quickly, my order has been correct, friendly employees on duty, my food has been satisfying, & I have not had to pull up past the window to wait for my order like I've had to do multiple times (I have no problem doing it, but I feel like a sitting duck doing so just waiting to get robbed when it's 4-5am). This place SUCKS!!!! They want to go fully digital, but it seems like they just want to get rid of the customer service aspect of the food industry. There was nobody at the front counter where there were 2 registers there collecting dust. So after standing there for about five minutes, an employee finally walked up to us and asked us if we needed help. So we started placing our order with her just to be cut off and told that we need to use the digital kiosk behind us. We were having a hard time finding the food bundle that we wanted to order and after about another five minutes we got another employee to help us. She was the most helpful employee there and made sure that we got what we wanted. Then we waited a few minutes for our food to get done, and when they called our number I went to pick it up. But there were a few orders on the counter and no employees to help out and verify which order was mine.so as my food was getting cold, I tried to get someone to help me out again. A couple of female employees made eye contact with me but didn't approach. Finally one come to help and verify which one was mine and placed 3 dipping sauces in the bag and immediately walked away afterwards. When I looked in to double check the sauces, they were the wrong one. So I tried to get someone to help fix this issue, and since I was getting frustrated by the lack of customer service, I walked a little bit behind the counter. Which by the way was the quickest way for me to get someone to help me, after I was asked to go on the other side of the counter, they fixed the problem. I don't know if I'm just old school or what, but the was I see it is that the employees here get paid $20 an hour to be lazier than when they got paid the same minimum wage as anyone else in the state of California. Bring back the customer service and maybe your reviews would get better. Lower their pay and I bet they'll start to work better. I still can't believe that they get paid $20/h and suck worst at their job, what a joke. My girlfriend went to ask them for a servey website but was handed a blank piece of paper by en employee that didn't speak English. All she was able to understand was survey. Came in through the drive thru last night to get an M&M McFlurry and an egg McMuffin (why not?). I had to pull over and wait about 15 minutes for my egg McMuffin. I debated on writing this review because everyone knows Macdonald is not good food. The employees where beautiful end the food was stale. Life got a little uncomfortable when my eyes started itching from the sprite. We are burping so much it's just wow. I tried to give my dog a french fry and he almost THREW UP. Checked the website it states breakfast until 11 am. Downloaded the app, it also staes breakfast until 11 am. Placed order on app, app says there was an issue and to go into the store. "Manager" doesn't ask first, immediately tells me to place my order at a Kiosk and to bring the ticket. I show him my phone with the message and he tells me someone will be up to look at it. I am told they don't have the order in their system, they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. I informed him the website and app say 11 and ask him to update them. One of the cleanest McDonald establishments we have ever been to! The play area, restroom, and eating area are impecable. As soon as some patrons left, the staff wasted no time in cleaning the area. Drove back around and saw someone was working in the store and went through drive through again and still got no help.
