On Jan I9, 2020 at 10pm went to McDonald's and I can tell you this is the worst McDonald's in town and that they just remodeled it and open after being closed for 5 months or so! I ordered one plain cheeseburger two large fries six piece kids meal 10 piece chicken nugget one BigMac, just plain nasty the meat looked like it was made in the morning all dry this on the burgers, made my daughter sick.. the chicken nuggets where cold and fries where old as well! Have you ever seen the movie "Meet the Parent's"? There is a scene in which Ben Stiller is at the airport waiting for the flight attendant to board him. Well, I experienced a similar situation at this particular McD's. I walk up to the counter and the person at the register does not acknowledge me, so I figure she is waiting on a phantom customer as there is no one else in line. So she's standing there tapping her finger's on the counter, looking around, occasionally jabber-jawing with her co-worker's. Some other customer's walk in and they point at me. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. Went through the drive thru today around noon and wasnt given my apple pies or fries. The girl in the drive thru was giggling and laughing with her coworkers so obliviously she was distracted and didnt give me my entire order. I went inside and told them what was missing. Another girl took my receipt and completed my order. I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce for the nuggets. Worst experience and worst customer service ever experienced with Mcdonalds. 12:00 am and leaving work, wanting a quick, easy meal on my way home, to experience the worst customer service possible. Long wait time to acknowledge my presense at drive thru order screen , multiple items on menu unavailable, and concerns of sanitary quality of items as if i was bothering the workers with my order. Always fast, and the people are pleasant. The drive-through can get really busy sometimes but they seem to handle the traffic well enough. I love that it's right off the freeway, so not only are they fast but easy to access! The restaurant is clean and well kept. Definitely one of my go-to places when I'm craving for McD's! read more

I came to this McDonalds ONCE, and I will not be returning. My sweet tea was WATERY. The service was slow, and messy.

Let me start by saying I worked for Mcdonalds and know how their items should be. My sausage biscuit with egg was not consumable due to the biscuit being harder then a rock. I do know that that batch should have been thrown out after it's time expired which probably wasn't. The mc chicken I order was terrible when I opened the wrapper I was greeted by mayo all over the outer bun and maybe 5 slivers of shredded lettuce. The mcdouble I ordered was terrible. The only way I can describe it is dryer then the Sahara desert. Every time I have visited at night the ice cream/shake machine is broken. I know the food is cheap and the employees are always new but there should be more time training the employees to live up to the standards of McDonald's. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because they were fast and friendly. read more

There was nowhere to secure my tricycle today,as they have no rack; I chained it in the rear of the store while I was inside for a job interview.
