Came through today. Waited to have our order taken for a while before another car pulled up. They took that cars order first and when we let the lady know what happened she was extremely rude. We ordered three coffees and got to the window and they only gave us two saying we didn't order the third one. So they had to figure out what to do and then cane back and we told them almost three times what we wanted. They went and made it and came back with a small hot latte instead of a medium iced caramel latte. So they told us to move up very rudely and they would bring it to us. The inside of this restaurant was disgusting. There was food all over the floors and the tables have not been cleaned in eons. My wife's French fries tasted like fish and they put way too much mayo on her chicken sandwich. I told the staff about the fries and they did offer to make us some more but I did not want to spend another minute in the place because it was such a mess. Most of the staff were just standing around. Two of them were talking about Facebook. The two guys that were cooking earlier were sitting around when we left. Maybe they could clean off a table if they have nothing better to do? We could not throw away our trash because every single trash can was overflowing. When I say overflowing I mean there was literally garbage laying around each bin. Oh and there was a dead mouse just outside our window where we were eating. I believe this is the one on Post Rd in Wells. It's probably the only place in the area with a dollar menu. Chicken sandwiches for a buck, large tea for a buck, burgers for a buck, large coffee (with any other purchase) for a buck, ice cream for a buck, etc- much more. We ate breakfast there for coffee, burritos and sausage sandwiches for a buck a piece. When you're traveling with children and families, dining out can be pricey while vacationing, but this is as cheap as it gets in the Moody Beach area. read more

We always stop here when we are in Maine and they are the freshest McDonalds food ever. Plus it's great to be able to get an ice cream at 10 at night while sitting at the beach. Fresh food. Needs a better drive thru service though. read more

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. This place sucks, I ordered a milkshake today and it was half whip cream. My fellow friend ordered a regular coffee and that was filled with more cream than coffee. If you can't even serve at McDonalds, then you mind as well just live on the streets because you can't do anything right. Bad experience. read more

This was single handedly the worst fucking experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I went at about 11:55, just about 5 minutes before closing so it is understandable that the burgers might not be up to par because the staff was in a rush and wanted to leave, but when I opened the 3 hamburgers I ordered they were absolutely doused in ketchup and mustard and almost inedible. The buns were soggy and the ketchup was leaking out the packaging. Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. The staff wasn't even friendly, they were talking to me all bitchy. SLOW!!!! Been waiting in line for about 10 minutes, only two cars ahead of us. No apologies, just ignored. And for a cup of coffee.

The Manager yelled at me for leaning on the wall and staring at my food. She was rude to all of my team mates when they ordered their food. The Bathrooms were a mess. The tables were not clean. My friend ordered an apple pie and it was stale and was hard to eat. Also my friend ordered a Mocha and the manager that was taking the orders said "no" to them make it for them. I have never had a problem at this local mcdonald's. NEVER! Until today. I got a large big mac meal and when i got home i opened up the bag to find that the 'large' fry was half filled. I pretty much got a medium fry (if that). Now I don't live very far, less than a mile away, and when i get home i've got a hot meal... but no... the fries were ICE COLD! and SOGGY! I don't know how that's possible since the fries are usually under a heat lamp of some sorts, but it's like they flash cooked them and didn't bother to check to make sure it was cooked through and through. Of course part of me is thinking I got some employee's snack fries. not happy. read more

Every time I come here there is something wrong with my order. Today I was greeted by a very miserable drive thru attendant. Shake machine broken at 2:15pm and when I finally got my food I wasn't given a receipt and both of my mcdoubles were made plain even though I didn't ask for that. There was no sauce in the bag. This McDonald's is the absolute worst!!! I live close by and I have been here a hand full of times and every single time I either do not get all my food, my food is cold, or my order is completely wrong!! I understand it's fast food but you either need a better working system, better employees that are not just standing around or on their phones infront of customers, and or better management that actually trains their crew and teaches them how to satisfy their customers!! Over all I really wish there was a Burger King or Wendy's in wells for when I'm in a hurry and need to grab a bite to eat!!! read more
