I arrived at 8:15PM, Feb.15,2025. I bought four McChickens for our dinner and my next morning breakfast. The machine didn't spill any receipt, the guy just confirmed I already ordered four McChickens, I just had to wait, which was fine. There was no customer inside, only two cars waited on the drive thru passage.

Well you know a bout to! If you need a MDs fix and my husband did. Had a fish sandwich and fries. If we are back in town we will visit again.

Only drive thru was open, not the lobby. The outdoor seating is really great!! Lots of tables and you can park your car right next to it. I love that set up. I had a Big Mac and my dog had the McDouble.

Super fast service and really good sweet tea

Listen, I don't usually review fast food places, but this McDonald's is pretty good. We ended up visiting 2 times in 2 days while seeing the Grand Canyon. We don't usually eat McDonald's at all, but I'm a pescatarian and sometimes finding food on the road is a little difficult. (I got the filet o fish) The service is super fast and friendly, even though they were extremely busy both days. The food came out hot and fresh. Shout out the the management and people working for keeping this place running smooth when you are slammed.

Quick stop on our way to the Grand Canyon!

Yeah, I know it's McDonald's... but hear me out... this McDonald's has their act together. Line around the building and we had our food in no time! Custom ordered food came out correctly and everything was crispy and hot!! The staff working (morning shift on 2/6) were friendly, polite, and talking all safety precautions!!! If your hitting the Grand Canyon and want to stop for coffee or quick bite... this is the McDonald's to pick!!

I had the double chocolate cream pie. YUMMMMMMMMM . . . My friend had a fruit pie. The coffee was good. I saw other guests enjoying pastas, sandwiches, and other desserts and they seemed to be enjoying their meals. Our server was awesome and very personable. Parking is the standard small town curbside parallel parking. There is a small gift shop with some interesting signs (see photo). I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

I haven't had to write a review in so long (I actually posted this on the wrong account earlier--so…read morethat tells you how long it's been), but I felt like I needed to share my experience today. We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.
