The cheese that stuck to the wrapper. It's almost the whole slice.

It was busy when I entered. I dont usually use a kiosk unless I'm forced to. I hate them as much as I hate self checkout at the grocery store, but it was busy, so I placed my order. Apparently I forgot to up the coffee size for my husband's meal but put in the number of sugars for a large, so I had to place another order. Since my son decided he wanted sausage burritos, I made it a meal. That made three meals purchased: two of the double sausage-burrito meals and one steak bagel meal. I ordered the coffees with sugars for all and cream in one. I assumed they would all have the items inside and be stirred. I assumed wrong. The sugar was a clump at the bottom of my cup and I had to get a straw to stir it. My coffee was weak, so my cream and sugar were too much. Odd though, because I have ordered my McDonald's coffee the same way since 2009 and this is the second time it's been as weak as dishwater, the first being yesterday morning in California. Standards are important. Consistency is why restaurants like McDonald's are successful. Lose consistency and you lose your market share. I love the steak, egg, and cheese bagel. It's my favorite breakfast at this chain. This one did not impress me at all. The bagel was blackened around the entire rim and there was a burnt spot on the side. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper and I had to restack it to have everything in the sandwich instead of hanging out the sides. The meat was salty, too salty. The cheese, as I mentioned was attached to the inside of the wrapper. The egg was boring and the sauce was shared between the sandwich and the bag's cheese. It was the driest most blah bagel ever made at McDonald's. I looked for the hash browns and there was only 1. Three meals and we got one hash brown? Seriously, I could have eaten at a diner for less than the $42 and change we paid here for breakfast for three and got what I ordered. The restroom was clean, so that is one star. The counter staff was nice enough, so that is the other star. The food gets zero stars. I will be getting my coffee at Love's for the next few days on this road trip. McDonald's you owe me at least 2 hash browns.

I arrived at 8:15PM, Feb.15,2025. I bought four McChickens for our dinner and my next morning breakfast. The machine didn't spill any receipt, the guy just confirmed I already ordered four McChickens, I just had to wait, which was fine. There was no customer inside, only two cars waited on the drive thru passage.

Only drive thru was open, not the lobby. The outdoor seating is really great!! Lots of tables and you can park your car right next to it. I love that set up. I had a Big Mac and my dog had the McDouble.

Super fast service and really good sweet tea

Listen, I don't usually review fast food places, but this McDonald's is pretty good. We ended up visiting 2 times in 2 days while seeing the Grand Canyon. We don't usually eat McDonald's at all, but I'm a pescatarian and sometimes finding food on the road is a little difficult. (I got the filet o fish) The service is super fast and friendly, even though they were extremely busy both days. The food came out hot and fresh. Shout out the the management and people working for keeping this place running smooth when you are slammed.

Quick stop on our way to the Grand Canyon!

The breakfast food was cooked to perfection, and they had the best rye bread I have ever tasted. Only wish they would have known more about it so that I could have gone and gotten some to take home, or at least stocked where I could find it in the future. The staff was on-point and very friendly. It was not loud, so that is always a plus.

I really liked the Ma/Pa restaurant feel, which gave it that homemade, comfort feel. Inside, they had a small souvenir shop with nicknacks, hats, shirts, cups, and more. They also serve homemade desserts like keyline pies, large cookies, banana bread, and more! The staff were very friendly, kind, and always attended to us when needed. I had a traditional type breakfast plate with a side of biscuits and gravy. It all came together with eggs, hash browns bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The food was great. The eggs were a little bland, but nothing bad. The bacon could have been a little more crispy. My fave from the whole plate was the biscuits and gravy! It had good flavor to it and the biscuits tasted fresh and soft, like they were homemade! Later that evening, we were craving chicken wings for dinner. When we checked Yelp for places with chicken wings, this place appeared with positive comments about the wings. So we ordered to-go from here for dinner. We had bbq chicken wings, French fries, and fried zucchini. The chicken wings were great very saucy, which I like! The zucchini pieces could have used a little flavor. Though they were fried perfectly and tasted fresh when ate them, they probably could have used a little more salt or something. It seemed a little bland to my taste, but overall they were delicious! Portions for both breakfast and dinner were huge! So come hungry! Overall, the service and food were great! Definitely worth a try if you're a first timer. Thank you for the great service and food!

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

My family does not visit Subway often, so we were simply answering questions as they were asked and trying to work through the ordering process. Instead of being guided through the order, we were met with impatience at nearly every step. When I realized I had forgotten to select cheese after my sandwich had been placed in the oven, the employee became visibly frustrated and scolded me for not mentioning it earlier. When I mentioned lettuce, I was sharply told to wait until we got to that part of the order. Throughout the interaction, every hesitation seemed to be met with irritation. The employee's tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude made it clear that we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. The experience became so uncomfortable that I eventually stopped trying to customize my sandwich and completed the order without even choosing a sauce because I just wanted the interaction to end. What bothered me most was seeing the effect it had on my son. He is naturally shy around strangers, and by the end of the order he was visibly uncomfortable, avoiding eye contact, and clearly embarrassed by the way we were being treated. The food was fine. The customer service was not. As travelers passing through town, we expected a normal sandwich order. Instead, we left feeling rushed, unwelcome, and embarrassed.
