I hate I even have to get on here and write a review. But somebody should be held accountable or at least take notice to the tragedy that is the customer service here. Again, I hate complaining about this, but there's two drive through lanes...I arrived right after this one vehicle, they went to the left I went through the right... I had a simple order, I sat there at the menu with nobody saying anything and watched as 3 vehicles on the left side kept going past until they finally asked for my order Also, at the window. They messed up our drinks...when I brought it to her attention, she was mad at ME for it. I apologized (for their drink machine not working) for her to still ignore me and not say one word after that. Just took my drinks, poured them out... refilled them and gave them back. For reference, I ordered two Dr Peppers and when I got them they were light brown like tea. I had my daughter taste them and she said it was gross, so it's not like I'm being extra. In the last year or so, this place has seen major improvements. I don't know if it's a change in management, employees, or whatever but keep it up. I haven't had a messed up order in a long time. Try to get the attention of an employee was an exercise in futility. Slinging food onto the counter calling out order numbers that customers couldn't match with food, everyone looking through the bags to find their dinner like animals. Customers trying to flag down an absent manager. Attention lights blaring on kiosks with no paper. No receipts for customers and the place was swamped with crickets. If you want to experience a good McDonalds, whatever you do DON'T go to this one. This is not their first failure, this is one in a long list of failures. Parents don't take the chance on ordering your KIDS food there, the happy meals are the last thing they worry about being fresh or having all of the components. They don't give a shit if your happy meal is correct or complete. Employees are only as good as the management. There's only one person to blame for this and that is the unit manager. I had delivery for the fast convenance. And I never leave reviews. But as someone who is in upper management in the food industry. This has been the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I wanted to let them know that they had missing items and the Dr Pepper was all carbonation. Before I could even continue with what I was saying they gave an excuse of driver left without making the drinks right. They offered to put my name down for a credit. I told them that I had already went through door dash. I was gonna say I don't need a credit . But I was cutoff again and hung up on. After driving from Sachse to this location, our food was still not ready and we waited 15 minutes in curbside delivery. Still no one ever came out. Went inside and was told it wasn't ready. Normally this location is decent, not as good as the Sachse location, but decent. This morning I went to get breakfast and ordered my usual. Sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal. I received a plain sausage McGriddle. No egg. No cheese. First world problem, I know but I got charged for it so I expected to receive it. That wasn't the case. I didn't realize this until I got home because I trusted they would be able to get my order correct. My fault. Their failure. I am lucky that there are many other options around this McDonald's that I can choose from going forward. I would not recommend this location. So I went to the other window to get my food and I was making sure everything was in the bag and this lady at the window saw I was looking for a happy meal (that's what I ordered) and she said rudely "the happy meal's right there" and slammed her window. What is the point of this location. They are always out of everything. They need a new manager that keeps on top inventory, one week they are out of all sodas, the next week were out of French fries (how), the next they were out of large cups, and the next they were out of straws.
