Love meland!! We aren't local but drove here looking for something fun to do with my niece. It was a hot day and this indoor space was perfect. We got here Saturday at 10 AM right when they open and the place was a little busy at first and then pretty busy probably like 50 people total (parents with kids - there was a bday party) But there are still a lot of space to move around with parents and the kids. I was able to interact with her on pretty much everything going up and down the slide climbing ropes, playing with giant Legos and the ball pit. it was so much fun. Our niece is 2 and the big kids were super respectful of her speed on the larger equipment. This place is socks only and it was super clean! Our white socks were still pretty white when we got home. I've been to this location many times and have even had my son's birthday party here. It's always a hit or miss on whether you get an empty place with plenty of room for the kids to run around in or complete chaos. With the amount of foot traffic this place receives, I would hope staff kept it a bit cleaner. Especially, since there's so many kids running around. Things are getting a little rundown and there were trash on the floor. One can only hope they do occasional deep cleaning since you're expected to take your shoes off the minute you enter the playground. All in all, I do recommend Me Land as a place for your kids to let out some energy. Weekdays are less busy unless school is out, then it's crazy just like the weekends. read more

Me Land is so fun! There's even an area for younger children to play at. The service is really nice they aren't rude, they try to help you in any way. they can! My kids loved going here. We stopped going coz there were things that badly needed replacing, stuff not working/ broken like the one in the ball pit that sucks the balls up and then drops them down again to the pit, staff are very standoffish and bathrooms get filthy. People suggested HyperKidz and I was impressed with their staff. They were constantly checking the bathrooms and carried a handheld vacuum to keep the place tidy. Wish Me Land would hire better staff -- those who cared about the place more than their phones. Although they changed the torn up foams, they still have the same staff who could care less to keep the place clean, let alone safe for the kids when we tried them again. Wanted to do my kids birthday party here but I couldn't imagine dealing with the rude staff during the party. read more

My toddler really enjoys this place. He is 3 and I would be nervous if he was much younger/smaller. It is a bit geared toward bigger kids, though there is a small tot zone. There is a large fun ball pit with activities to do with the balls. Big slides. Some play areas have a space that have toys and such, this does not. A couple of cozy coupe cars to ride around in. Very large play structure. We will be back, just watch your little ones. read more

Me Land is definitely a fun place for kids of all ages. I took my 18 month old and 7 year old and they both enjoyed themselves. There's a separate play area for 0-3 years old. The older kids love it since there are places to climb and slides. It's a fun place and reasonably priced during the week. I paid $22 for both kids and it's all day place. During COVID, there's plenty of hand sanitizer and they do temperature checks at the front. They are only at 50% capacity right now so it's not too busy. All parents and kids must remove their shoes prior to entering the play areas. The only negative is that not everything is functional since activities are limited. We definitely would come again for a fun day with the kids. read more

This is a really nice indoor playground. They have a nice section for younger kids and a bigger play area for an older age group. A variety of of fun things to do here $12 on the weekends I believe. My 1 year old loved it. I did enjoyed it too! I would go back. read more

Always a fun place - but I recommend going Monday-Thursday...on a non-holiday. Sometimes the ball machines don't work, but there's still plenty to do. This is one of my 6 year olds favorite places. Plenty to do for my 2 year old too. read more

This is the most amazing indoor kids playground I've ever seen! My 6 year old played until he couldnt play anymore. This place JUST opened so I'm giving them lots of grace in this review. It was a cold rainy Saturday and we knew it would be very busy- there was a line out the door. And by "line" I mean chaos. There were no employees letting people know how it would all work- just an ipad floating around to sign the waiver. Confusing. They needed to have someone going through the line explaining the process. There are cubbies for your things- you can fit a pair of shoes but nothing else. No purses, def not a winter jacket... and no hooks anywhere to be seen- this is something they could m easily fix and I hope they do- 100+ winter jackets on top of cubbies, along with shoes, purses and coffees (because you can't bring them in) was messy and chaotic. They stamp your hand when you go in, but you didn't have a ticket so I'm not sure how they knew who paid because it was so packed. The actual play places are very nice and fun- so well done. We will be back, hopefully when they work out more kinks. read more

This establishment needs more supervision by staff. There were kids way too old to be in the areas with toddlers and being very rough. No employees monitored any of that. In the older section, way too much unsupervised action and I witness two kids get injured by rough play by others. Injuries were not extreme but enough for me to ask them if they were okay. I really loved this place the first time I went which is why we went back. I went this Saturday and it was PACKED. I called before to see if I had to schedule a time to come (which some kids places are doing) and they said no. I didn't see any signs about capacity nor did anyone mention it on the phone. For some place to be this pack and for there to be a global pandemic happening, it's truly upsetting to only see one person working. The entire time I was there I did not see one worker sanitizing anything & I was there for almost two hours. The front desk girl didn't catch a break so I can't really blame her for not being able to clean. This is a kids place with people consistently coming and going and more and more germs. There was also a lot of older kids running around and being rough and throwing themselves off of play equipment. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my sons side. On top of that, this many people and no child safety precautions. Even Chuck E. Cheese has stamps to make sure you are leaving with only your child. I recently had my daughter's birthday party there. Initially I was disappointed in the lack of assistance the party hosts were giving and when I said something and tried to talk to the manager, I was told he had left. Anyone that has been here knows how crazy busy it gets, and there was at least one other party going on at the same time as mine, so with that and all the walk ins you can imagine the place was a mad house. I am disgusted that the manager thought it was a good idea to leave 2 young girls in charge (one being a minor) when there was so much going on. Not to mention when these girls close up, they have to walk in the dark parking lot to get to their cars, I worry what could possibly happen. Sure the place is fun and my kids had a blast, but because of the poor management and clear lack of concern for his employees, I will not be returning. read more

This place has potential but so many issues that should have been ironed out by now. We went there for a party and they only had one tablet for signing the waiver. Yes, I have a phone. But one tablet for the whole place, it's ridiculous. I don't know how they pass the fire code. The place was packed. The garage doors in the back were padded for safety but they won't open. The sprinkler system won't kick in until the flames get to the top. If there is a fire, I'm afraid that it would be catastrophic the ways things are set up. A lot of the things were sub par. Ball pit was empty, the suction things were not working half the time. They really should make everyone wear socks (non slip). And the bathrooms should be in the shoe zone. Like you take your shoes off and then you go to the bathroom and then you come out to the play area. I didn't see any staff on the floor. I think they need to limit how many people go in at a time. Have a schedule. Other places do this and it's better. Unless I hear from people that it got better, never again for us. Much rather drive the 20-30 miles and go to a place that is safer. read more

This place is amazing! I wish they had one where I live! I was surprised the jungle gym is just big enough for parents to go through. Of course my son wanted me climbing around with him. I wish I had worn shorts and workout clothes! The water fountains were not working and they did not provide a replacement which is surprising considering how much exercise goes on. Nice to have a new play area in Frederick as there isn't really anything else like this one currently. Kids had a lot of fun and it seems to keep them busy for quite awhile which is good. A little hectic overall, but not too overwhelming most of the time. Some pretty unique things for kids that I haven't seen at other play houses so that was nice as well. It could have been the time we were there too as it was at the end of the day, but it seemed to have a bit of a sweaty odor throughout the facility, so hopefully that is something that gets fixed in the future. We'll probably return in the near future and look forward to having a new place for the kids to play inside nearby. read more

This was our first time at Me Land. We went on a Friday afternoon with not a lot of people there. Check in was fast and easy because we filled out the online waivers before hand. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and the place is so big the kids never had a dull moment. We spent a good 2 hours at Me Land and the kids are already asking when we will be back. Do your self a favor and stay away. Although the few front desk ladies we cross paths with and the assistant manager were kind - the owners are a complete nightmare. The married couple do not communicate between each other regarding parties and therefore jump at customers at something that was both already discussed and in writing too! Complete fraudulent behavior during the check out process. The owner was a complete ass and tried to make up money with random charges because his wife agreed to allow us to bring outside food due to dietary restrictions (she was not able to get what we needed and stated to go ahead and bring our own food). I called him out on this and will continue to do so through these reviews to the general public. To not be trusted at all. Our first time going was on a Saturday evening so it was pretty busy but manageable. Before I completely bash this place let me say my kids did have a good time and were worn out when we like left. Now for my biggest concern - My daughter got injured one of their slides. When I went to the desk to ask for ice, the employee at the desk had said other had been injured as well and that the slide should be shut down. She then proceeded to get the manager/owner to speak with. When he came out he said that it was MY fault that my daughter was injured because she did not read the sign. I would like to point out that she was going down a slide that an employee was sitting at the top of ensuring people were using it correctly. He also stated that his employees up until last week were telling people the rules of the slide but parents were getting mad so they stopped. WHAT?!? My point is who cares if a parent is mad cause you told them a rule. Everywhere you go there are rules and sure sometimes they suck but if it protects everyone. Needless to say they will not be getting my business again because of how this was handled. Thankfully my daughter is ok but there would be much larger issues if she was not. read more

Yes! Go and go now. This place was awesome and kept my kid entertained for hours. We went on a week day and it was less crowded then some of the other reviewers who went on the weekend. My mother and I went to Me Land on 01/07/2020 to get a refund for a one month membership that was unable to be used due to the pandemic. The one month contract was 57.50, signed on 03/11/2020 and used only the day the contact was signed. My mother had called in advance and spoke to an employee we believe is named Kia and was told to come in and a refund would be issued. When we arrived the girl at the front desk named Madison was very nice but unsure how to expedite the refund. She called the owners Michelle and Meng Wang on the phone and they said they would have to call her back. Meanwhile we've been waiting for 30 minutes. The owners told Madison that we would have to pay the walk-in fee for the day which would have been around 37.00. The owners said they would only be able to refund 20.00. At this point I asked to speak to the owner Meng. I explained that a one month contract was purchased and if we only used one day that the price would be prorated for the month and would be around 2.00. He said there was nothing he could do. I told him that I would be reporting this business to the BBB and the FTC. He told me to do what I had to do. He was rude, unprofessional and certainly had no business sense. My mother is 75 years old and on disability so 57.50 is a significant amount of money for her. Because this business took advantage of her I will be pursuing every avenue to make this right. read more

My family is new to the area and this is the first playland we've been to so I can't compare it to other indoor playgrounds in the area. My 5 yr old son had a blast and ran around for two hours. I didn't enjoy myself so much due to a few issues. The playland was packed and the ventilation system did not keep up so it was hot and humid as soon as we walked in. My son was sweaty early on due to the temperature. The small entrance was not set up for many patrons checking in at the same time. First timers must fill out a waiver before paying. I didn't learn this until after waiting in line. At the desk, I was directed to the side to fill out the waiver and then had to get back into line, which was much longer line by then, to pay. It was then that I saw the ill-placed "sign" on the wall next to the doors that explained the waiver must be signed before getting in line to pay. No one walks into a business and turns completely around to look behind them for instructions. There are better places for those instructions. Finally, the bathrooms are located inside the play area which means you are walking into the bathrooms and then back into the play area in your socks, carrying all the bathroom germs directly onto the surfaces where the kids are rolling around. As I sat on a bench nearby, I only saw one parent and child put on the feet covers that are sitting in a small bin on the floor to the side of the Women's restroom door. The bin was hardly noticeable and there was no signage anywhere indicating the covers must be worn while in the bathroom. I noticed the bin for the Mens room is located inside the restroom. Simple corrections for those issues can make a future visit more enjoyable and safe. read more
