Meat Salon Korean BBQ is an excellent place to get your kbbq on. We walked in on a Friday night around 5:30PM and were seated immediately. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It wasn't super crowded but there were a lot of people dining inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]By the time we left, it was getting super busy, with people waiting to be seated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was excellent. We always had someone checking in on us. We also got a lot of good information on the items we had questions about. Food came to us quickly and there was even a point where they cooked one of the premium meats for us, so we go the best cook we could. The menu is great. We really liked the high quality meat and interesting items. The Korean tartare was super interesting and really delicious. Fried kimchee was something I didn't know I needed in my life. The banchan was also really good. I liked they had flavors of melona that I had never heard of. Can't wait to come back in to have this excellent food at a very reasonable price.

We did a walk in for mother's day, but also checked the yelp app because sometimes it will let you reserved seats. We came in here early 4-5ish so it wasnt as busy we came in got seated right away, [[HIGHLIGHT]]i said 3 adults 1 pre teen and a 16mo old so she asked do i need a high chair i said sure yes please which usually i dont i always bring mine but this time i said its ok we can use the resto high chair, and lady said oh sorry theres 3 kids and they are ALL being used i said its ok will wait whenever 1 comes available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As we go seated checked the menu very quick its easy simple menu we are simple did the lunch packaged, at this time there was 5-6 tables that are occupied, we put our menus down and waited then started to turn our heads to find for our server, so we can start our orders in. Our server which was a lady in the younger side was handling 2 table me and the one beside us. It took a minute for her to come to us thats fine. As she came by i started ordering our basic order 2 brisket porkbelly rice steamed eggs and sides. So we can get the grill going, then when it came started ordering a soup. Our first round of meat went by very quick and our server that was bringing food at the table beside us we were trying to catch her attention to order more because weve been out of meat for a good minute and our grill was smoking and she said you want to change grill we said share but we are also out of meat if can put more orders in. I feel like she could have been more attentive multi tasking, if shes serving the other table besides us if thats was me i would be eyeing the other tables i serve so i can anticipate if im needing or just check and see if they me or something instead of us waving turning heads and food settling in and getting full instead of meat keeps coming. In the middle of the 2nd wave there was a shift change and we had a new guy came, now even we were almost done and full due to that break of not having to order right away he came and said do we need more meat or sides or water the types that you expect a server to do. That i felt that our first server was missing and i felt the guy came often just to ask if need anything else etc which i felt the lady should have done, i think we shouldn't have to wait a hot minute to order more or have a hard tike flagging the lady servicing us while she came to the other table more often then she came to ours. Wasnt happy at our server with the service she gave i think if we had the guy that came to our table during the shift change i think we would have had a Great experience. And even tho this was my first time my MIL came here with other fams and she noticed Everytime its al girls server the service was not good and slow but when its the guys they are well served, and i was expecting her kind of service if it was busy but it wasnt it got busy when we were about to leave and i think AYCE servers should be attentive to their table watch if the table needs more meat or sides and esp if its our first round of meat was gone and our grill was smoking i mean, we all know if we marinate our food and stop eating we get full and beats the purpose of doing AYCE. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was ok good amount of table clean, a lot of parkingZ[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was good the meat are well seasoned and fresh and pricing is good. Hoping for more attentiveness from the server

I can't believe we JUST found this place! Honestly I think it's one of the very few ones I actually like around here. There was another one but after they changed it was ... no longer my favorite. Meat selection was great and really loved that they have yookhwe (Korean steak tartare) on their premium AYCE list. It was a little salty but it was still delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got there right around 5:30-6pm and was a bit quiet but around 6:30(?) the place started to get busier and was filling up pretty quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great -- I think the servers name was Leon? He was very friendly and very attentive, really appreciate him coming by to make sure everything was good. Here is a minus one. There was a girl server that was NOT cool ... she wasn't nice, she wasn't attentive, and she deliberately did not look our way when we were trying to order something. Also, while I understand there's a 90min time limit we were still eating and drinking alcohol. She decided to drop off the check without saying a word and basically slammed the check down and I was so confused and when I tried to ask why we got the check she had already walked away. I did not appreciate that one bit. It was a great dinner until her. Overall I would definitely go back but I really hope I avoid her and I hope everyone doesn't experience her attitude, can really leave a bad taste even if the food was great.

    Kalbi Short Ribs, super tasty!

We love Meat Salon, and have been coming here several times a month! The prices are fair, and the quality of the meats are very good! Choose your items, and the food is delivery very quickly! The servers here are very efficient, and constantly check on us. Never had anything here that was not up to par, but my recommendations are the rib eye steak and the kalbi short ribs! The rib eye is very tender, and the kalbi is very flavorful and meaty! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of free parking, the restaurant is very clean, and even though it's a KBBQ restaurant, it's not very smokey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended!

The only think I probably would order from this pic again would be the octopus, but that's because I'm not comfortable cooking it lol

The food was amazing and authentic!! From the homemade sauces, quality meat, great banchans and love their green onion salad!! And they have radish and rice paper!! Happy hour special is great! Really loved all their beef belly options, especially garlic along with thin sliced pork belly!! My husband enjoyed a grape Sojo and it was great too!! We'll definitely be back soon!! Also a shout out to the bus boy, forgot his name but he wears glasses and I believe he's Filipino. To the manager/owner he would be a better server than some of the ladies that you have, his customer service was top notch, he needs to be promoted!! Wish we would have gotten better pictures, just got one after we had devoured a lot of the food! Highly recommend the Meat Salon, so glad we gave it a try!! It's definitely a gem among many Korean BBQ spot in Vegas!!

    Fam enjoying food!

Always a go-to place to be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is not as big as other KBBQ places, and it's not as busy either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]What I like about this place is that it's homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You don't feel rushed to eat here, servers are attentive and pleasant to be with while you're eating. The food comes fast, and it's a good portion. Let them know if you're a group and whether you want a big portion or just a reasonable size. Love their Kalbi actually all of the selections. Additionally, they also have a la carte so if you're not vibing kbbq? You got the other options. You should come visit and check this place out.

I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted for dinner - had saimin with egg and steak for lunch so I really wasn't craving anything particular but was hungry. We decided to come here and let me tell you we hit every head of my cravings. The sides are always great here - cucumber Kim chee, chapchae, kfc, squid and all the dips you could want. We had beef belly, pork belly, more beef and within the span of an hour we capped it off with green tea ice cream. We were full but not hurting full - still able to function. Service was great- several check backs never wanting. It was a bit light because we came for happy hour at 10pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was nice and cozy and not too noisy. Made the evening very nice and warm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will do it again soon.

This used to be the old honey pig KBBQ. I think they kept most of their interior design still. The quality is still very good. They also offer the rice paper wraps for the meat. The meat selection is very diversified. There's a lot of appetizer options. Their tempura veggie are on point and doesn't taste the old oily taste. Definitely worth the money. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great group dinners.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Spicy beef, belly and garlic pork belly cuts!
    Ralph E.

Food was excellent. I was surprised on how much selection you can get on the basic all day choose. Highly recommend the thinly sliced pork belly with garlic! That was recommended by my server Ivy. She gave me outstanding service and great recommendation on what I should pick. She kept checking if I was okay and honestly made me feel like I'm at home! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoyed the atmosphere as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A lot of Korean barbecue restaurants focus too much on making it look fancy, but this place keeps it very straightforward, which I really appreciate![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 10 out of 10 would come back again for the service and the great quality cuts of meat!

Meat Salon has quickly become our new favorite KBBQ spot. I especially love going when it's not too crowded because the service is top-notch. The staff always gives the best recommendations, and we've tried some amazing dishes like the garlic beef belly, ribeye (they even showed us their fav technique for grilling it, which was pouring butter on the grill, adding a bit of the roasted salt and pepper, then placing the ribeye on top and moving it around on the butter, then seasoning the top with more salt -- it's addicting trust me on that), beef rib fingers, and boneless short rib. We usually skip seafood and chicken and stick with the beef or pork options. The brisket sauce is delicious, as well as the salt & pepper mix with sesame oil. This a must from all kbbq spots for me ;) For sides, my go-to's are deep-fried marinated pork, japchae, deep-fried kimchee, and gyoza. They're all so flavorful and complement the meats perfectly. For dessert, I always go for the coconut melona bar (my son insists on the strawberry chocolate one), and you can't leave without finishing your meal with hot green tea. I've been here with just my husband, with our kids, and we even reserved their larger room for a dinner with our extended family. Every time, it's been a fantastic experience! Busier nights, just expect a little slower service, so order larger amounts if you can. Note they have the late night special for after 10pm, but it doesn't include the ribeye, short rib, or rib fingers -- so we opt to pay a little more for the all day menu.

As a part of the normal schedule, I've started to search for " go tos" and in stepped Moobongri Soondae.  This has always been on the short list for trying out so I was glad to finally make it here about a month ago. This place is in a "plaza area" and its surrounded by a bunch of different types of shops so parking is plentiful. The joint itself is clean and functional on the inside. Plenty of tables, quick /friendly service, and a bunch of options for eats. The menu is broken down by Soups, rice dishes, hotpot, jovial, soondae, bbq items and then some "app type bites". The menu is expansive but I can confidently say, I have not been disappointed yet. Over the last few trips, I have had the naengmyrun, the soondae soup, the spicy pork belly soup, and the bossam.  The banchans are good and they offer a small but delicious assortment. The Bossam was delicious, with no smell on it and good portions. The soups are all fantastic (absolutely delicious), and the naengmyun is absolutely delicious. Pair this with a nice cold bottle of soju and this meal has been hitting home every time ive been there recently. The Service is absolutely fantastic. They are super friendly and honestly so efficient. This joint is my current favorite... Just good food, good service, good eats, and reasonable prices.  Approved!

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).

It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

Great place and good value. The nice food court with variety. Free water is available if needed…read more The mixed of Korean foods, burgers, salad, pork cutlet, good coffee and nice desserts you can have it all. The place also run some special from time to time. Come check it out. Four stars since the rotation of food had happened quiet often, sometimes I missed what I like to eat. But that will be a surprise for your visit.... right????
