I've been trying to eat healthy so I ended up getting the blackened grouper sandwich, but without the bun, and instead of the french fries I got a side of steamed broccoli with garlic. The fish was actually quite good and the broccoli was very freshly made in crisp with garlic. Management needs to address this so employees aren't left dealing with frustrated customers because of a known system failure. The staff apologized and offered to rush our order by moving it ahead of the others already being prepared, but by that point we had already been waiting 40 minutes, had children waiting in the car, and it was getting late. We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund. This experience wasn't about the employees, they were courteous and tried to make it right. The issue was the lack of a reliable backup process for a known system problem, which created an avoidable inconvenience for both customers and staff.
