My husband and I kicked things off with the Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps, which disappeared way too quickly. I ordered the Tuna Crispy Rice with spicy tuna, crispy fried sushi rice, jalapeño, and avocado. It was the perfect balance of crunch, spice, and freshness. My husband went with the Chirashi Bowl, packed with tuna, salmon, hamachi, roe, seaweed salad, avocado, shiso, chives, and sushi rice. We wrapped things up with the Chocolate Maki, because apparently "we'll just skip dessert" is something people say but never actually do.
